An activity to be able to produce maximum results requires an established framework of thinking that is often called a paradigm. The last quarter century of the development of science and technology is very fast and difficult to estimate. The impact of the development of science and technology reaches various fields including economics. In this case the Islamic world in general is left behind by the West. This lag is partly due to the absence of a sophisticated and reliable paradigm of mindset. For this reason, a new paradigm needs to be built that is intact and easily understood, especially in managing the Islamic economy. First, there are four systemic words in management, namely (smart-S), say (talk-T), action (A-action), and outcome (R-result); abbreviated to STAR. Second, the expected outcome must be based on the three words that are the aim of the activity, in particular the Islamic Economy, namely the Gold of wealth, the Gospel (success) which means the throne, and the God (God) which is heaven; shortened to 3G. To get all three is required 7 (seven) Steps as taught by Allah in the Quran or Al-Fatihah which consists of repeated verses (QS, 15:87). God willing with the discovery of this new paradigm of the STAR 3G 7S will facilitate the understanding of Muslims in their identity, and will soon come out of shock and pursuit of loss.

Therfore the definition of advance civilization has a new space, and opens the way of the inherent potentials as the basic of the advance civilization. This writing tries to open the values of Sayyidina Husains struggle in Karbala and mixs it contextually with the concept of Coomaranswammys spiritual civilization as the basic meaning of civilization by using the historical and analysis descriptive method. Hence the paradigm of advance civilization has an alternative of the new paradigm, and the spirituality can be a measure of advance civilization.

The fast development of advance science and technology in the twentieth century has forced the people to change and adjust their ways of thinking and acting. Any society or nation does not adjust themselves to the changes around them will be left behind and isolated. As the effect of the radical changes, the social and commercial organizations are demanded to change to be able to survive and develop. The problem is how to manage and lead the organizations properly applying the new paradigm of the twentieth century. This article critically discusses the paradigm shift in the twentieth century resulted by the fast development of science and technology and in the other side it brought some problems such as borderless nations or globalization. The deductive and inductive analysis of the problems in this article concludes that educational organizations in particular should be proactive and absorb the positive changes occurring in their environment and in the world. Management and leadership within the educational institution should be based on the learning organization principles to survive, develop, and complete.

It must be acknowledged that the Islamic world until these days has left far behind from the West in terms of achievement in science and technology as a result of a burhānī-based system of knowledge that is rational-empirical. Therefore, Muslims must take back a burhānī tradition that was once victorious in the golden age of Islam in the past. But the West that has been advanced with its civilization “stabbed” and “killed” the civilization they had built themselves. This is due to the fact that the standard of truth is based on the arrogance and supremacy of the rational-empirical reasoning as such, while bayānī (textual) and ‘irfānī (spiritual) reasonings are alienated or marginalized, although it is clear that human life cannot be be measured only on the criteria of empirical rationalism, but it needs textual and spiritual approaches.

The article considers prerequisites for the formation of a new paradigm in the energy sector. The factors that may affect the imminent change of leadership among the energy generation are analyzed. The variability of the projects of creation and functioning of power stations is examined. The focus is made on problematic aspects of the new generation, especially, storage and supply of energy, achieving a system of parity that ensures balance in pricing generations. The author substantiates the principles of forming system of parities arising when comparing traditional and new generations. The article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the 215 projects for the construction of facilities for renewable energy. The significance and direction of the impact of these factors on the growth in investment volumes of transactions are determined. The author considers leasing as an effective financial instrument for overcoming stereotypes of renewable energy and as a promising direction for accelerated implementation of investment projects.

The status of tafsīr and Qur'anic studies in the Islamic Republic of Iran has changed significantly during recent decades. The essay provides an overview of the state of Qur'anic studies in Iran today, aiming to examine the extent of the impact of studies by Western scholars on Iranian academic circles during the last three decades and the relationship between them. As in most Islamic countries, the major bulk of academic activity in Iran in this field used to be undertaken by the traditional ʿulamāʾ; however, since the beginning of the twentieth century and the establishment of universities and other academic institutions in the Islamic world, there has been increasing diversity and development. After the Islamic Revolution, many gradual changes in the structure and approach of centres of religious learning and universities have occurred. Contemporary advancements in modern sciences and communications technologies have gradually brought the institutions engaged in the study of human sciences to confront the new context. As a result, the traditional Shīʿī centres of learning, which until 50 years ago devoted themselves exclusively to the study of Islamic law and jurisprudence, today pay attention to the teaching of foreign languages, Qur'anic sciences and exegesis, including Western studies about the Qur'an, to a certain extent, and recognise the importance of almost all of the human sciences of the West.

The present study discusses the cultural and intellectual movement, now on the point of prevalence in the contemporary Islamic world, which adopts the Western ‘hermeneutical method’ and applies it to the Qur'an in particular, and Islamic religious texts in general. The author shows this movement's complete disregard for the established principles of tafsīr, the traditional Arab-Islamic rules of Qur'anic interpretation and the related Prophetic aḥādīth as preserved in the authenticated Sunna. The author argues that the ‘hermeneutical method’ starts from the preconceived notion that the Islamic heritage is male-centred and biased against women, both theoretically and practically, and, on this basis, proposes that the time has come for an intellectual break with this premise and the re-interpretation of the Qur'an and faith in the light of Western Christian hermeneutics. This paper proposes that this method fails to take historical events and the civilisational Islamic experience into account.

This article argues that Mariam uses its eponymous heroine's lived and embodied experiences of veiling to explore the impact of French secular legislation on Muslim schoolgirls' everyday lives in France. Interweaving secularism studies, feminism and phenomenology, I argue that the film portrays the headscarf as the primary means by which its protagonist is able to resist male patriarchal authority and negotiate her hybrid subjectivity. I conclude that Mariam offers a nuanced representation of veiling that troubles the perceived distinctions between Islam and secularism, oppression and freedom, and the veil and feminism in France and the West.
