This research aims to: analyse the influence of Transformational Leadership among variables on performance clerk; Analyse the influence of motivational variables on performance among employees; Analyse the influence of the working Discipline among variables on performance clerk; Analyzing simultaneously the significant influence of transformational leadership, motivation and discipline work against employee performance; analyse the influence of the most dominant Transformational Leadership among variables, motivation and discipline work against the performance of employees. This research uses Descriptive Quantitative. the population in this research is Ngunut Subdistrict Office clerk Tulungagung district. The researcher does not specify a sample, because all members of the population will be examined. The technique is a method of data collection now. In this study, researchers used the software (software), Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to carry out a descriptive and statistical analysis software (software) Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 21.0 to carry out the test, test the classical, hypothesis testing and  multiple linear regression analysis, , The results showed that there were simultaneous or partially significant effects between Transformational Leadership variable, motivation and discipline work against the performance of employees: as for the most dominant influence i.e. variable Discipline work.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

Human resources are the most important assets in an organization because human resources have a role as the subject of implementing policies and operational activities of an organization. Every organization must pay attention to and empower its human resources properly so that the organization can develop. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine whether organizing, directing and controlling simultaneously affects employee performance. 2) To determine whether organizing, directing and controlling partially affects employee performance. 3) To find out which of the three has a dominant influence among the leadership roles in Islam on employee performance. This research is an explanatory research. the population in this study was only 52 people. Another term saturated sample is census, where all members of the population are sampled. In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. technique, it is explained briefly between variables. From the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Organizing, directing and controlling simultaneously affects employee performance. 2) Organizing, directing and controlling partially influences employee performance. 3) Organizing has a dominant effect on employee performance.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

This study aimed to examine and analyze transformational leadership and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya. Quantitative methods use to process questionnaire that employees have filled in. The study population was all employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya consisting of 63 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 23 software. This study indicates that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive impact on employee performance. Transformational leadership and employee engagement can affect the performance of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya.

Human resources play a very important as human as the wheels of all companyactivities. Efforts to improve the performance of the system conducted well-definedleadership and motivation to improve employee morale. This study aims to examine andanalyze the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on the performanceof employees of PT. Media Nusantara Informasi Jawa Timur Bureau. Data were collectedused survey through questionnaires and carried out at 50 employees of PT. MNI Bureau ofJawa Timur. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17. The technique used ispurposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factors, testing reliability analysis with Cronbach's alpha. Analysis of dataused multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypotheses. Theanalysis showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employeeperformance and work motivation positive effect on employee performance.Keyword: Transformational leadership, motivation to work, performance of employees.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizationalcommitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also havepositive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and compensation to employees performance of PT. Sumber Inti Pangan, Tangerang. Data taken in this research is 99 people taken by random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and then the data obtained are analyzed. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it is evident that the leadership, motivation and compensation significant influence on employee performance. The variables that have the greatest influence on employee performance is leadership. With the results of this analysis, the company needs to further encourage and apply the appropriate leadership style because it proved instrumental in improving the performance of employees in addition to the need for the leadership of the company continue to pay attention to employee motivation as this will encourage a sense of pride and a sense of belonging and loyalty is high. The same was done to efforts to improve the provision of compensation, either directly or indirectly to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
