The role of cloud technologies in digital transformation of education (on the example of secondary vocational education)

The article describes the capabilities of cloud technologies (using the example of Google services) in implementing the target model of the digital educational environment and developing the first stage of digital transformation of education using the example of the general education course “Informatics” in secondary vocational education. The article substantiates the relevance of updating the content of educational programs of secondary vocational education in accordance with the requirements of the digital economy in the context of the implementation of Federal State Educational Standards of Secondary Vocational Education for 50 most demanded in the labor market, new and promising professions and specialties (FSES of Secondary Vocational Education for TOP-50). The novelty of the work in the context of digital transformation of secondary vocational education is shown. The relationships between the didactic capabilities of cloud technologies and the types of educational activities of students and the requirements of digital transformation of education are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the functional support of the components of the target model of the digital educational environment by means of cloud technologies is carried out. The experience of organizing the training of students of the Perm Commerce and Technology College in the groups of the profession “Cook, Pastry Chef” in the framework of the general educational discipline “Informatics” based on the use of cloud technologies as a model of a digital educational environment in the formation of general and subject competences is presented. In the presented experience, cloud technologies (Google services) are considered as the main and as an auxiliary didactic tool in the context of general functionality of Google services, types of didactic tasks for open source software, approximate thematic planning in the subject of “Informatics” for secondary vocational education. The results of the work can be useful to scientists, teachers and methodologists of higher and secondary vocational education, and can also be used directly by teachers of the course “Informatics” in secondary vocational education.

The main tasks of the Olympiad of diploma projects of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport are to improve the quality of training, develop the creative abilities of students, increase the interest of students and teachers in the development and improvement of the railway industry, and form highly qualified human resources. The practice of participation of branches (structural units) of secondary vocational education of the Irkutsk State Transport University shows that not all indicators can be achieved.The educational process in secondary vocational education is focused on preparing for practical activities in production. In accordance with federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education programs, a student must master general and professional competencies, acquire certain knowledge, skills and practical experience. It is proposed to make a number of changes in the system of evaluating the Olympiad of diploma projects in terms of criteria. The assessment system of the Olympiad must be adapted taking into account the possibilities of secondary vocational education to stimulate the participation of structural units in their conduct.

Considered the experience of federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education for enlarged groups of professions, specialties created in 2015 by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation The main objects of their activity are federal state educational standards, sample programs, quality assurance and development of the content of secondary vocational education, professional improvement of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers. They showed the formation of a new project team. It is important to collect all railway specialties in one group to ensure the unity of approaches in the development of the content of federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education of secondary vocational education, exemplary educational programs and examination of their content, as well as to improve the quality of educational content and continuity with higher education. The corresponding specialties of higher education are included in one group 23.00.00 “Engineering and technology of ground transport”. Federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education provide expert services in the field of their activities. For this, an Expert Council has been created. The composition of the Expert Council is formed from the number of teachers of educational institutions of open source education. In total, during the work of the Expert Council, more than 130 examinations of educational publications on road and rail transport have been carried out.

Recommendations for the design continuity of the content of basic General and secondary vocational education in the context of general and structural changes in the education in our country. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the Federal state educational standards for “Technology” and the Federal state educational standards of secondary professional education the foundation for the design continuity of the content of education in educational complexes “school — College” are set in the form of organizational-pedagogical conditions implemented in the context of personal-oriented approach, motivating students to continue studies in colleges. В статье поднимается актуальный вопрос о необходимости формировании медиаобразовательной среды школы в условиях цифровизации образования в контексте новых федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов общего образования. Дается обзорное определение понятиям «образовательная среда», «медиобразование» и «медиаобразовательная среда». Научной новизной статьи является рассмотрение новых подходов к развитию образовательной среды общеобразовательной школы. Предлагается модель медиаобразовательной среды и основные условия для ее формирования: организационно-педагогические, материально-технические, кадровые, финансовые и др., в том числе сетевое взаимодействие, возможности формирования медиаобразовательной среды с использованием ресурсного обеспечения «Точек Роста» − центров образования цифрового, естественнонаучного, технического и гуманитарного профилей в сельских школах, реализуемых в рамках федерального проекта «Современная школа». Приводится положительный региональный опыт создания медиаобразовательной среды в системе общего образования на примере Томской области. The article raises an urgent question about the need to form a media educational environment of a school in the context of digitalization of education in the context of new federal state educational standards of general education. An overview definition of the concepts of "educational environment", "media education" and "media educational environment" is given. The scientific novelty of the article is the consideration of new approaches to the development of the educational environment of a secondary school. The model of the media educational environment and the main conditions for its formation are proposed: organizational, pedagogical, logistical, personnel, financial, etc., including networking, the possibility of forming a media educational environment using the resource provision of "Points of Growth− - centers of education of digital, natural science, technical and humanitarian profiles in rural schools implemented within the framework of the federal project "Modern School". The positive regional experience of creating a media educational environment in the general education system is given on the example of the Tomsk region.
