Pekanbaru City as the capital of Riau Province has   a quite rapidly development. One of the areas that is undergoing rapid change is the Soekarno-Hatta road segment. This corridor is located in a commercial and educational area. Strategic location makes this corridor an attraction for the community and investors to invest in the region. The purpose of this study was to analyze changes in spatial use in the corridor of Soekarno Hatta Street in Pekanbaru City in 2008-2018. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, with spatial overlay analysis techniques in 2008 and 2018 using GIS. The results of this study are the use of space in 2008-2018 experienced a lot of changes in land use change and increased space use. In 2008 the use of space in the corridor of Soekarno Hatta Street was still largely in the form of vacant land, which has not been utilized. Most of the changes in spatial use are the emergence of new areas of land that have not been utilized. In addition, an increase in the area of ​​spatial use for economic activities amounted to 301,455m2, the area of ​​social activity change increased by 17,014m2, and the area of ​​settlement changes decreased by 10,303m2. A significant change in spatial use is in the form of increasingly widespread commercial activity in the strategic corridor area.

In the current era of disruption, innovation and creativity are needed in all lines of business, including the Tourism sector. Wanagiri Village is one of the tourist destination areas which is located in Buleleng Regency is currently conducting promotions to attract tourists visiting this place. Having a strategic location and involving the community, the type of tourist attraction developed is a selfie tour by having lakes and mountains as background. Using SWOT analysis, it is expected to be able to find out which type of promotion is most appropriate to attract tourists. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, informants with purposive sampling, and triangulation of data aimed at obtaining data validity.

ABSTRACT : Population growth in the city of Bandung is increasing so that the laha needs especially commercial activities are also increasing both in the city center to the suburbs including Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. The development of this commercial activity also occurs along the Surapati road corridor, especially those in Cibeunying Kaler District. Surapati road corridor is designated as a holy shirt tourism area with the existence of outlets as the main activity. The existence of this corridor also has various supporting activities such as economic/trade, social, health, worship, education and government building activities. With a variety of activities in it, so that it can lead to changes in residential functions into commercial buildings, such as changes in land use from settlements to an outlet area for t-shirts, trade and services for trade and service activities following market guidelines. This study aims to identify the functions of trade buildings along the Surapati road corridor in Bandung City. By using a qualitative descriptive method to determine the effect of any factors that influence changes in function in the corridor of Bandung city, Surapati. ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the management of the use of space, identify infrastructure and planning, and determine the maintenance of assets in the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The research used qualitative descriptive method with case study approach. The object of research in this study is the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The informant of this research was the deputy chairman of takmir, the infrastructure section at all levels of the school, and the board of the Surabaya Al Irsyad College Foundation. The process of collecting data used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis to describe and to classify the facts or characteristics factually and accurately for providing a clear or accurate picture of the phenomenon were being investigated. Research findings show that the process of spatial use is in accordance with needs. Procurement of infrastructure is adjusted to the needs of each level. Maintenance of infrastructure assets has been carried out when there is damage or complaints from the school.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pemanfaatan ruangan, mengidentifikasi sarana prasarana dan perencanaannya, dan mengetahui perawatan aset di kompleks Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Informan penelitian ini merupakan wakil ketua takmir, bagian sarana prasarana di semua jenjang sekolah, dan pengurus yayasan. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan fenomena dengan melukiskan dan mengklasifikasi fakta atau karakteristik tersebut secara faktual dan cermat untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas atau akurat tentang fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemanfaatan ruang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengadaan sarana prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenjang. Pemeliharaan pada aset sarana prasarana telah di lakukan ketika ada kerusakan atau keluhan dari pihak sekolah.

Indonesian Banking in carrying out its business in economic democracy by using the principle of prudence, the main function of the bank is to collect funds and channel them back to the community. The role of banks in supporting economic activities is quite large because banks provide services in the circulation of money. Whereas from a bank's point of view, credit has a strategic position which is one of the necessary sources of money in financing business activities that can be emphasized as the key to life for every human being. Agreement is a legal relationship in the field of wealth based on an agreement between legal subjects one with the other and between them bind to each other so that the law is obliged to implement the agreement agreed upon by the parties and cause legal consequences. By using a qualitative descriptive method from the results of the observation the author describes how the credit application process is carried out and how the crediting procedure is associated with accounting information in the provision of credit in this case to increase crediting at PT Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk Manado Area. Based on observations the authors suggest that the independent bank must be more careful in making credit terminations so that there will be no bad credit.Keywords: credit applicaton, credit approval

The growing number of Muslim populations promotes significant development on Islamic economic and finance activities called halal industry. While the halal industry is experiencing positive growth in the last four years, the Global Value Chain (GVC) – the chain of system that drives international trades and global economic activities – remains stagnant. The present study aims to explain the position of the Islamic economics and finance in the GVC. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with systematic literature review approach. By collecting secondary data using strict-processing stages and content analysis techniques, the author manages to meet the study’s purpose. The findings suggest that the Islamic economics and finance have opportunities to boost countries' participation in the GVC activities by harmonizing halal standardization, enhancing financial infrastructures, and providing various financial products. This study contributes to generate government policies and enterprises' decisions in developing the Islamic economics and finance within the GVC framework. It further provides initial insights and potential topics for future studies.

Abstract This research will reveal clarity about the sustainability of the traditional house of Kudus which is used as a house for the jenang industry. The Kudus traditional house or it can be called the joglo pencu house is a house that has a blend of acculturation with local Javanese Pesisiran characters. This character is the result of the cultural process of the Kudus community. The culture of making the traditional house of the Kudus as a residence has developed into a forum for household business activities or Home Based Enterprises (HBE), namely the Kudus jenang industry. The traditional house has been used for jenang industrial activities for generations. The Kudus traditional house is still used as a jenang production house, even though the development of buildings and technology is currently progressing. This paper discusses what factors make the jenang industry still maintain traditional houses for jenang production activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that make traditional houses still function as jenang industrial production houses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method of the Kudus traditional house. The results of this study will show that there is an effort to maintain the traditional house of the Kudus by developing socio-economic activities.

Tarekat and Sufism are often used as scapegoats for the Islam declining issue. The concepts of zuhud, fakir, and tawakal are considered to alienate the activities of tarekat from worldly life, so that life is a way of fatalist life and away from the world. This fatalistic teaching adopted by Sufism is considered as the prior cause of cultural poverty among Muslims. The followers of tarekat and Sufism are identified with poverty and slum life. However, it is different from the Tarekat Shiddiqiyah in Jombang Regency which is engaged in business and many members do business and become entrepreneurs. This research is literature research using qualitative descriptive method. The primary data source of this study is murshid’s writings of the tarekat Shiddiqiyah, published books of the tarekat and the official page of the Shiddiqiyah. The focus of this research is: 1). how is the economic culture of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah and 2). What is the economic framework of the Sufi perspective of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah. The location of this study is in the tarekat Shiddiqiyah Jombang in East Java. The results of this study are: 1) The fundamental of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah economic culture is as follows: understanding of zuhud which does not have to stay away from the worldly life , Religion cannot be separated from humanitarian activities, business obligations, disgrace of lazy people and begging, suggestions for helping another human beings and business activities are Jihad fi sabilillah. 2). Shiddiqiyyah's economic activities include business activities and social activities in the form of charity and community economic empowerment. 3). The Sufi economic framework of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah perspective is: 1). Tawhid is the basis and purpose of economic activity, which includes tauhid al-mashdar and tauhid al-ghayah. 2). Sharia as an instrument of economic activity; and 3). Zuhud as a spirit of economic activity. Zuhud will lead to economic independence, and the charity. Charity in Sufi view will lead to a blessed economy. Key words: Sufi economy, economic culture, tarekat.

Hasil temuan di lapangan bahwa proses pemanfaatan ruang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengadaan sarana prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenjang. Pemeliharaan pada aset sarana prasarana telah di lakukan ketika ada kerusakan atau keluhan dari pihak sekolah.

Caturtunggal area is a residential area that is growing rapidly, especially in commercial activities. Current commercial activities have expanded into residential areas. Caturtunggal is one of the regions with an educational function and has become a new center of growth in Sleman Regency with the presence of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Yogyakarta State University (UNY). The development of commercial activities in the region to facilitate trade activities and services between people in need such as students (demand) and people who sell services (supply) that can create workers in urban areas so that they can contribute to the regional economy and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The purpose of this study is to determine the development of changes in spatial use from settlements to commercial activities in the Education Area and formulate the factors that cause a shift in the use of space in the region. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and analysis techniques using spatial analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis. The subject of this research is small-medium commercial activity in the Caturtunggal region. The results of this study were found as a phenomenon of 70% shift in the use of space to be commercially caused by 5 factors, namely economic factors, the existence of educational areas, locations, market preferences, and access.

Kuta Utara district is a suburb of Denpasar City which is currently experiencing rapid development, especially in its use of space. Since 2011, North Kuta District has been designated as part of the development area of the Sarbagita urban area which is a national strategic area. This study is related to changes in spatial use to describe changes in spatial use that occurred before and after the determination of the Sarbagita urban area. The analysis carried out was overlaying a map of land use change in 2003, 2011 and 2017. The results of this study indicate a rapid change in spatial use from the period 2011 to 2017 indicated by changes in land not built into built-up land.
