This research has a purpose to analyze consumer satisfaction of BRT Trans Musi transportation service users in Palembang City. Consumer satisfaction was measured through the quality of services provided by BRT Trans Musi consisting of tangible, empaty, responsiveness, reliability and assurance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection through questionnaires distributed to BRT Trans Musi transportation service users. The sampling technique was carried out used purposive sampling with a total samples of 200 respondents using the BRT Trans Musi Palembang transportation service. The analysis of this research used multiple linear regression with the results of the research showed tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance simultaneously very influential on consumer satisfaction of BRT Trans Musi Palembang service in the amount of 48,550. The most dominant variable of service quality influential was Tangible of 5,623 while the empaty variable had no effect with a value of 0,801. This research had a determinant coefficient of 54.4%.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. The puskesmas must still be able to maintain the quality of services supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and be supported by the creation of a clean, beautiful, neat and pleasant environment so as to meet the expectations or needs of patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the quality of services, facilities and the environment for patient satisfaction at Pujon Health Center Malang Regency.The type of research used is explanatory reset. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were patients who came to treatment (at least 2 times treatment) or patients who had used services to the Health Center as many as 150 respondents. Collecting data uses observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study prove the existence of a significant influence between the quality of service, infrastructure and environment on patient satisfaction in Health Center (p-value 0.034

A purchasing decision is a process of taking an opinion when making a product purchase. Thisresearch aims to know the simultaneous and partial relationships among Simplicity, Trust andRisk Perception to Purchasing Decisions of the OVO digital wallet users in Surakarta. The methodof research is quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling technique is the purposivesampling method. Data was taken directly using a questionnaire of 100 respondents. The analyticalmethods used in the study is Multiple Linear Regression Analyses. The results showed thatSimplicity, Trust and Risk Perception variables simultaneously & significantly impact onPurchasing Decision. Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Soedomo Trenggalek is one of the health organizations belonging to the Trenggalek district government. The number of patients each year at RSUD dr. Soedomo every year experiences erratic fluctuations, this refers to the quality of hospital services. Service performance at the dr. Soedomo still needs a lot of improvement because there are often complaints/complaints from patients and their families about the unsatisfied service received. Therefore, this research needs to be done so that it can improve the quality of service and the level of patient satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all inpatients in the Seruni room at RSUD dr. Soedomo Trenggalek. The research sample is a total of 60 respondents taken by random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the percentage to determine the characteristics of the respondents, as well as multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results obtained are Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at RSUD dr Soedomo Trenggalek.variable Tangibles or physical facilities is the variable that has the greatest influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at RSUD Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek. It can be seen from the beta coefficient variable tangibles (X1)which has a value of 0.388, and variable assurance (X2)has a value of the second largest, amounting to 0,313 compared to the beta coefficient else, namely empathy (X5)of 0.229, responsiveness (X3)equal to 0.207, and va riabel reliability (X2)of 0.169.

Abstract This Research Tried 1). To find out communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in influencing the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2010 concerning Parking Service Retribution at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District 2). To find out how parking services at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1600 parking service users. The sampling technique used is the probability of sampling which uses more random samples. The sample used was 94 respondents with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using frequency tables and likert scales. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the Implementation of Regional Regulations are communication with a percentage of 58%, resources with a percentage of 60%, disposition with 56%, and bureaucratic structure with a percentage of 64%, so that an average of 59% is included not good ". From the results of the study of Parking Service variables at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District, the average percentage of 60.4% is included in the "less good" category. Keywords: Implementation, and Services.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan konsumen tentang kualitas jasa yang diberikan perusahaan dan pengaruh kualitas jasa (tangible, emphaty, reliabiilty, responsiveness dan assurance) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian adalah survey, bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang menggunakan jasa transportasi PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara simultan kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari tangible(X1), emphaty(X2), reliabiilty(X3), responsiveness(X4) dan assurance(X5) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), sedangkan secara parsial variabel tangible(X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), variabel emphaty(X2), reliabiilty(X3), responsiveness(X4) dan assurance(X5) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport.KATA KUNCI:  Kualitas Jasa, Kepuasan Konsumen THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN USING TRANSPORTATIONABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out how consumer feedback about the quality of services rendered and the influence of the quality of the company's services (tangible, emphaty, reliabiilty, responsiveness and assurance) partially and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of research, quality service that simultaneously composed of tangible (X 1), (X 2), emphaty reliabiilty (X 3), responsiveness (X 4) and assurance (X 5) influence on consumer satisfaction PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), while partially tangible variables (X 1) does not affect satisfaction of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport (Y), variable (X 2), emphaty reliabiilty (X 3), responsiveness (X 4) and assurance (X 5) significant and positive effect toward satisfaction of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport.

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable by taking a research location at Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Jalan Colombo No 22 - Yogyakarta. Lifestyle is focused on the lifestyle of students who are consumers of the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta. This research belongs to the quantitative descriptive category by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression. While the sampling method was carried out with a purposive sampling technique for 100 consumers who visited the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. From the results of the analysis it was found that location variables influence consumer satisfaction, price variables influence consumer satisfaction, location variables influence lifestyle, price variables affect lifestyle, lifestyle variables affect consumer satisfaction, location variables influence consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable, and the price variable influences consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable.

This study analyzed tourism communications related to community satisfaction in tourism services, quality of products, and the attraction of Lake Toba. Quantitative descriptive research using non probability and purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents were women as many as 58%. While for men 42%. Thus women are more likely to like Lake Toba tourism. Based on the simple linear regression equation, it is known that Y = 12.691 + 0.736X, which means that every 1% addition of the level of community satisfaction (X) will increase Lake Toba tourism by +0.736. While the comparison of the t value and t table, it is known that the t value of 28.600 is greater than the t table of 1.98447, so it is concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that community satisfaction influenced on Lake Toba Tourism. The magnitude of the influence of community satisfaction on Lake Toba Tourism is obtained from the SPSS output with an R Square value of 0.893. This means that the effect of community satisfaction on Lake Toba Tourism is 89.3%, while 10.7% is influenced by variables are not in this study
