Factors Related to the Healing Status of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Puskesmas Perumnas 1 Pontianak2018. Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that is still a global healthproblem. The healing of patients from TB is important to note because it can harm public health such as providingopportunities for TB disease transmission to family members and the surrounding community, thereby increasing thespread of disease and deaths due to TB. The recovery of TB patients is influenced by several factors such as age, sex, levelof education, knowledge, level of income, access to health services, the role of PMO and treatment compliance. Thisstudy aims to determine the factors associated with the healing status of TB sufferers. This type of research is analyticdescriptive with a cross-sectional design. The instruments used were questionnaires and patient medical records. Datawere obtained by interviewing 106 pulmonary TB patients at their home who had been treated with category 1treatment for 6 months in Perumnas 1 Health Center in Pontianak City. The results of Chi-square test showed that gender(p=0.005), level of education (p=0.002), knowledge (p=0.008), the role of PMO (p=0.001) and medication adherence(p=0.000) are related to the healing status of TB sufferers, while age (p=0.320), income level (p=0.728) and access tohealth services (p=0.141) are not related to the healing status of TB sufferers. Counseling about factors related to TBrecovery is expected to increase the cure rate of TB patients.

The kind of research that was utilized in this study was an analytical questionnaire. In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support. The midwife program, on the other hand, had a moderate impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0,038 0.05 and a moderate effect of 11,1 times on the increase in exclusive breastfeeding.

The majority of countries in the world have tuberculosis, including Indonesia, which has the third rank in the world. This is due to a large number of sufferers who were not successfully cured. One of the factors that influence the recovery of tuberculosis patients is adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs for a certain period of time. Non-adherence to treatment can exacerbate the risk of disease because it can lead to MDR (Multi Drugs Resistant) tuberculosis. This study aims to analyze the determinants of tuberculosis treatment compliance in the city of Palembang. This study used an analytical study with a semi-quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional design. Sampling was carried out by proportional random sampling at 39 Puskesmas Kota Palembang, a total of 243 samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. Obtained adherence to treatment of tuberculosis patients by 42.8%. There was a significant relationship between perceived benefits (p = 0.000; OR = 3.556), family support (p = 0.000; OR = 3.512), support from health workers (p = 0.001; OR = 2.712), knowledge (p = 0.018; OR = 2,027) with adherence to treatment of tuberculosis patients. The level of compliance with tuberculosis patients in Palembang City is still low, namely 42.8%. The most important determinant of adherence is perceived benefit with a 3.556 times greater opportunity after controlling for other variables.
