This research aims to 1) describe the description of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty, and Performance. 2) analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. 3) to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Loyalty. 4) to analyze the effect of the influence of loyalty on employee performance. 5) to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance through Loyalty as an Intervening Variable in the Credit Union Cooperative, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan. The sample in this study was 68 employees. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. Besides, loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. And job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance through loyalty. loyalty moderates job satisfaction on employee performance. Loyalty is the most important part to be noticed and considered by upper management because through loyalty employee work results can be achieved and employee performance increases.

Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.

Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of paper and printing machines which will increase greatly in paper demand is increasing every year. therefore the employee's performance is an important factor in increasing the sales of the company so that it can compete with other competitors. To maintain the necessary motivation employee performance so employees can work maximal.This purpose of study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and impact on employee performance PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ, Tangerang Cipondoh many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) .Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. XYZ totaling 43 people to measure transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and performance of employees by using a Likert scale. From the analysis of the data obtained showed that the Transformational leadership style, communication to motivation and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance.

This study discusses the impact of work compensation on employee performance during the Covid 19 pandemic with job satisfaction at PT XYZ. This study aims to determine the effect of training, job satisfaction and employee engagement on millennial generation performance at PT Midi Utama Indonesia in Makassar. Training and job satisfaction act as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable and employee engagement as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using path analysis. Subjects in this study were 52 store employees of Alfa Midi. The data in this study were obtained by questionnaire and then processed using SPSS. The results showed that training had no significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement had a significant effect on performance, training had no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction had no effect on performance, training had no significant effect on employee performance through variables employee engagement, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance through employee engagement variables.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

Nurses are on the frontline fighting COVID-19, as they are caring for patients during the days and nights they spend at the hospital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct impact of job satisfaction on motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the roles of work motivation and employee commitment on nurse performance are also tested. The population in this study is nurses at the State Regional Hospital in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia, totaling 161 nurses. The sample in this study is 62 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant role to foster motivation, commitment, and performance of nurses in the hospital. Furthermore, employee commitment and work motivation are also proved to affect nurse performance. The results provide a better understanding of the approaches that can be taken to maintain nurse performance, especially during a pandemic.
