Bandung Insight is a company that has just been established in mid 2018, and has just begun in the field of information systems. For a new company, and of course there are still many shortcomings in various fields. And according to the observations of the author,  the system that is used today is just working alternately, because it has not found the right information system that will be used in the future.In this system, data retrieval uses survey methods in collecting and processing information data to contain an overview of the situation in the object of the studies. As for the design of the information system, the author tries to use the SWOT analysis approach. Why? Because the reasoning of this system will be useful if its implementation is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the company by implementing information strategies and business strategies.

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> – <strong>CV. Gajah Mungkur adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bordir kain. Perusahaan ini mengalami pasang surut penjualan produknya selama dua tahun terakhir. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi seperti analisis SWOT sebagai pendekatan perusahaan menghadapi persaingan bisnis penjualan serta pendekatan dinamika sistem dalam memberikan rekomendasi terhadap keputusan atau kebijakan perusahaan terkait nilai omset penjualan dan nilai profit perusahan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor ketidakpastian (uncertainty). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan ANP dengan software Super Decisions, didapatkan bahwa alternatif strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan CV. Gajah Mungkur untuk melanjutkan proses bisnisnya yang lebih baik adalah dengan cara memberikan promo diskon dan melakukan pemasaran secara online. Berdasarkan analisis output hasil simulasi skenario, bahwa bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon harga produk sebesar 5% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 139.258 unit. Kemudian bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon produk sebesar 10% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 151.918 unit. Selanjutnya adalah bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon produk sebesar 15% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 164.577 unit. Selain itu bila perusahaan menerapkan pemasaran secara online, bila perusahaan menerapkan promosi online salah satunya di online shop shopee maka perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 174.533 unit.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>CV. Gajah Mungkur is one of the companies engaged in fabric embroidery. This company has experienced ups and downs in the sales of its products as per the data for the last two years. For this reason, this study uses strategies such as SWOT analysis as a company approach to dealing with sales business competition as well as a system dynamic approach in providing recommendations on company decisions or policies related to the value of sales turnover and the value of company profits which are influenced by uncertainty factors. The results of this study are based on the results of ANP processing with Super Decisions, it was found that the right alternative strategy for CV. Gajah Mungkur, to continue its better business process, is by providing discount promos and marketing online. Based on the output analysis scenario simulation results, that if the company applies a 5% discount on product price scenarios, the company will get an additional sales volume of 139,258 units. Then if the company applies a product discount scenario of 10%, the company will get an additional sales number of 151,918 units. Furthermore, if the company applies a product discount scenario of 15%, the company will get an additional sales number of 164,577 units. Besides, if the company implements online marketing, if the company implements online promotions, one of which is the online shopee, the company will get an additional sales number of 174,533 unit.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords - </em></strong><em>SWOT, ANP, System Dynamics Simulation</em><em>.</em></p>

Objective - The purpose of this study is to identify the issues in implementing information sharing practice in an organization related to the technical and non-technical aspect. This study attempts to discuss the indicator and strategies for information sharing practice, which appropriate in Malaysian land administration. Methodology/Technique - This study will be conducted in a qualitative method. Primary data will be obtained from an interviewed session with the respondents and will be analyzed using a thematic and SWOT analysis. Secondary data will be collected from the content analysis of literature and previous study Findings - It shows that the issues related to technical and non-technical aspect divided into four themes. Each theme is divided into external strength and weakness; and internal threat and opportunities. Based on the findings, the discussion is expected to highlight the suggestions strategies in enabling information sharing for solving problems related to land administration. Novelty - There is a lack of study related to information sharing practice in land administration organization in this region. This study can fill in the gap and provide a useful solution and reference taken into consideration to the top management, policy maker, technical team and the user in land administration organization. Strategic intelligence is about having the right information in the hands of the right people at the right time so that those people are able to make informed business decisions about the future of the business. Thus, in order to improve a company’s strategic intelligence process, management must take a critical look at how effectively they manage information. Effective information management requires specific information-processing practices, employee behaviors and values, and technology. The information orientation (IO) framework is a tool that managers can use to determine the company’s level of effective information management and to identify areas where they can make improvements. By achieving IO maturity—aligning processes, people behaviors, and technology practices with business strategies—a company can derive a competitive advantage and future leadership. IO mature companies are most successful at collecting and openly sharing the strategic intelligence that their employees need in order to successfully monitor and proactively react to future market trends or events.

Information about UMKM is very much needed by the Cooperative Office of UMKM in determining the direction of MSME development. Accurate data will have the right impact in determining development programs and services for SMEs. The problem that often occurs in managing UMKM data and Consultation is that management is still done  manually using a book, so the risk for data loss, double data, and data retrieval are difficult when data is needed quickly. So based on these problems it is necessary to have an Information System to manage MSME data. The method used is the waterfall software development method. The results of this study are systems that can facilitate datamanagement, speed up the data search process, classify according to criteria so that it can be used as a reference in the development and service of MSMEs and assist cooperative service consultants in the business consultation process.

To solve the waste problem in Indragiri Hulu Regency, the Regency Government built a Landfill (TPA). This waste Landfill (TPA) is located at Jalan Batu Canai, Pematang Reba Village, Rengat Barat District. However, the management of this TPA has experienced various obstacles so that it does not run optimally so it is interesting for further research.This research was conducted in August 2020 at the Batu Canai waste landfill (TPA) using survey methods, literature study and interviews. The type of data used in the form of a combination of quantitative and qualitative research will be described descriptively. The variables of this study include 1.) The existing condition of Batu Canai Waste Landfill (TPA) Pematang Reba Village, 2) The impact of the existence of Batu Canai Final Disposal Site (TPA) of Batu Canai Garbage in Pematang Reba Village on the environment, social and economy according to the perceptions of the community around the TPA , 3) Management strategy of Batu Canai waste landfill  (TPA) Pematang Reba Village. The existing condition of TPA Batu Canai in terms of facilities and infrastructure is quite adequate, although some infrastructure and operational facilities are damaged. From the calculation results, the estimated service life of Batu Canai waste landfill (TPA) is 8 years and 9 months. For the impact of the existence of TPA Batu Canai, according to the community's perception around the TPA, from a socio-economic perspective, their response was positive and from an environmental perspective, their response was negative. Meanwhile, the alternative management strategies for Batu Canai waste landfill were analyzed through SWOT analysis. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the condition of the TPA was in Quadrant III and the right alternative strategy for managing the Batu Canai Final Processing Site (TPA) in Pematang Reba Village was a WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, namely 1) Optimizing the Controlled landfill system, 2) Support Government to establish a special agency for managing TPA, 3) Utilizing good waste processing technology to process organic waste into bio energy, 4) Empowering and fostering communities to establish a Waste Bank.

M Group is a company engaged in the field of pharmacy, eye health and food. Along with the rapid growth of the company there are problems of how to make use the Information Technology department as optimal as possible and how to build a  blue print of it strategy in handling a variety of issues and programs or initiatives to support the company's business strategy? This study aims to produce a strategic plan for information technology M Group. The research method used is John Ward and Joe Peppard’s framework for strategic planning of information technology and Scott A. Bernard’s Enterprise Architecture documentation. This study uses SWOT analysis, IT Balance Scorecard and Cost Benefit Analysis as a strategic tool to analyze the needs of Information System on M Group. After conducting the analysis then the  Information System(IS) strategic planning is propose for M Group for next years (2020), which includes business strategies IS, IS / IT Management Strategy, Information System(IS) strategy and future application portfolio. The result of analysis and proposed strategies on M Group documented using the Enterprise Architecture Documentation.

Micro Small medium enterprises (UMKM) in each state specifically in the ASEAN region faced with the situation of global competition. A very tight competition is forcing businessmen to Become the best. One of the ways that it can be Reached by the trade to be Able to be the best business strategy is Appropriate, effective and efficient. This research aims to find out how the application business model canvas in creating alternative business strategies for the development of UMKM. The second objective is to know the proper strategic alternatives for the development of UMKM. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with the use of informants as respondents research. The source of data used is the business owners as much as 16 UMKM who open businesses in the downtown area of Pasir Pengaraian. Data collection techniques directly using interview techniques, observation and documentation. This research uses a template business model canvas to map strategy for the effort and combined with the SWOT analysis. Based on Data Obtained from the results of research, that the description of the business model approach of UMKM using Business Model Canvas outline can be used as Recommendations for business strategy, the business model of the which is currently already underway is Able to meet the Nine elements of the blocks on the template business model canvas. The findings of this research are that not all the UMKM business strategy and have just run a business without the vision of enterprise development. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis can be found that new alternative Efforts by optimizing internal strength in revenue streams on each of UMKM and conduct of elections to the right customer segments. Suggestions that may the researcher pointed out every UMKM should be more online to have the vision to grow and continue to innovate against products goods or services, increase of customer segmentation and the make use of business model canvas approach in making the strategy of the business.

The article discusses the advantages of embedding an information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate system of the university. The purpose of the development and implementation of the information and analytical system is formulated. Its features are determined, as well as the rationale for choosing the implementation environment. The place of the information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate system of the university is indicated. The model of the data structure of the information and analytical system in the contour of the corporate information system of the university is presented. Typical problems in the organization’s infrastructure are identified and solutions for optimizing the work are proposed. A reasoning model for analyzing corporate information system data is constructed. The levels of access to the analytical system are defined. This information is useful for both managers of educational institutions and employees of services involved in processing information about the organization and reporting for making strategic decisions.
