This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes.student laziness can be caused by ineffective teaching and learning processes, the teacher is not right in determining the learning model and does not use teaching aids as a medium for learning mathematics, this results in the low student learning outcomes, the purpose of this research is to find out the activities of student and teachers in mathematics learning the addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers in improving student learning outcomes by using abacus media, the method used is classroom action research, research design using chemistry and mc. Design taggart which consists of four steps namely planning the implementation of observation and reflection which carried out two cycles, the subjects og this study were all students of class 1 MI AL-HUSNA Pasirnangka.the results of the study show that the use of abacus media can improve student learning outcomes MI Al-Husna Pasirnangka in terms of student activities in the learning process and learning outcomes this can be seen from the percentage of learning process activities and learning outcomes in cycle 1 that is 50%, then an increase in cycle II the percentage of learning process activities and learning outcomes in cycles II is 90%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika melalui pendekatan kontekstual siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin sebanyak 17 orang yang terdiri atas sepuluh orang laki-laki dan tujuh orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan dokumentasi serta hasilnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan aktivitas guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran juga kategori baik.   Kata kunci: pendekatan kontekstual, prestasi belajar, matematika. Abstract: This study aims to improve mathematics learning achievement through the contextual approach of eight grade students of SMPN 1 Hatungun, Tapin Regency. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects of this study were 17 students, consisting of ten boys and seven girls. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation and the results were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Other results indicate that student activities in the learning process and teacher activities in learning management are also in good category. Keywords: contextual approach, learning achievement, mathematics.

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes of students of Bima City Middle School 6. To overcome this problem, research was conducted using the Open-ended approach. This study examines the problem of improving student learning outcomes. This research is a Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles, in which each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis is done by using student learning outcomes data. Qualitative analysis is done using the results of the observation sheet during the teaching and learning process. From the results of data processing, the percentage of learning completeness in the first cycle was 83% with an average value of 82.08, while the percentage of learning completeness in the second cycle was 92% with an average value of 86.67. The average score of student learning activities in cycles I and II was 3.46 and 3.89 with the active category. The results showed that students were more active and motivated in the teaching and learning process and there was an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle using the Open-ended approach. Abstract Mathematics as one part of education that must be learned by each student in formal institutions. Mathematics is also one of the fields of study that has an important role and many of us meet in everyday life. So there is no doubt that mathematics is one of the pinnacles of intellectual glory. Etymologically the perception comes from English, namely "perception" which means response, the power to understand something. Perception can also be interpreted as the process of receiving stimuli where stimuli are in the form of objects, qualities, relationships between symptoms, and events, until the stimulus is realized and understood. The purpose of this study includes obtaining objective data about student perceptions in the learning process of mathematics. Obtain objective data about student learning outcomes and find out the extent to which students' perceptions of the effectiveness of the mathematics teaching and learning process of class VIII SMP Nur Ilmi Percut Sei Tuan. From the results of this study the calculation of the results of the average X ?1 = 60.63 and the standard deviation S1 = 7.09 is taken from the numbers shared with students, and the average X ?2 = 72.44 and standard deviation S2 = 3.88 taken from the average student learning outcomes . The statistics used are significant t test with a significant level of ? = 0.05 and degrees of freedom = 76. Calculations provide tcount = 11.8. By using the tstudent distribution table at a significant level of ? = 0.05 and the degree of freedom = 76 obtained = 2.04. this result shows that tcount> ttable. Thus Ho is rejected and in other words Ha is accepted. The conclusions obtained from data analysis showed that there was a meaningful relationship between the perceptions and effectiveness of students in the learning process of mathematics lessons on students' mathematics learning outcomes.   Keywords: Perception, Effectiveness, Learning Process, Mathematics Learning Outcomes,   Abstrak Matematika sebagai salah satu bagian dari pendidikan yang harus dipelajari oleh setiap peserta didik pada lembaga formal. Matematika juga salah satu bidang studi yang mempunyai peranan penting dan banyak kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga tidak diragukan lagi bahwa matematika merupakan salah satu puncak kegemilangan intelektual. Secara etimologi persepsi itu berasal dari bahasa inggris yaitu “perception” yang  artinya tanggapan, daya memahami sesuatu. Persepsi dapat juga diartikan sebagai proses diterimanya rangsangan dimana rangsangan itu berupa objek, kualitas, hubungan antara gejala, maupun peristiwa, sampai rangsangan itu disadari dan dimengerti. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya memperoleh data yang objektif tentang persepsi siswa pada proses belajar mengajar matematika. Memperoleh data yang objektif tentang hasil belajar siswa serta mengetahui sejauh mana keterkaiatan persepsi siswa terhadap efektifitas proses belajar mengajar matematika dari siswa kelas VIII SMP Nur Ilmi Percut Sei Tuan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh perhitungan hasil rata-rata 1=60.63 dan disimpangan baku S1 = 7.09 diambil dari angka yang dibagikan pada siswa, dan rata-rata 2 = 72.44 dan simpangan baku S2 = 3.88 diambil dari rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Statistika yang digunakan adalah uji t signifikan dengan taraf signifikan ?=0.05 dan derajat kebebasan = 76. Perhitungan memberikan thitung = 11.8. Dengan menggunakan table distribusi tstudent pada taraf signifikan ?=0.05 dan derajat kebebasan = 76 diperoleh = 2.04. hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan dengan kata lain Ha diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang berarti antar persepsi dan efektivitas siswa pada proses belajar mengajar pelajaran matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.   Kata kunci : Persepsi, Efektivitas, Proses Belajar, Hasil Belajar Matematika,

The background of the research is the result of low student learning English , learning outcomes of students do not reach the KKM, this is caused by the learning model used is not in accordance with the material in the teaching and learning process that it makes them unintersted with the materials given , the ability of the students to answer the questions of items is still low, and we still find many students afraid and ashamed to ask some questions about the unknown materials given in the teaching and learning process. Some students often disturb other students and play when the materials are being given by the teacher. The purpose of research conducted to improve student learning outcomes of English using Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Devisions (STAD). This type of research is the Classroom Action Research ( PTK ). The Subjects were VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 9 South Solok in the second semester of the school year 2019/2020. This research resulted in quantitative data in the form of data obtained from the results of tests conducted at each meeting in each cycle, and qualitatif data obtained from the observation sheet of students. Having conducted research for two cycles, each cycle two meetings, it was through the use of Cooperative Learning Model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Type, researchers succeeded in improving student learning outcomes characterized by an increase in classical learning completeness students. In the first cycle obtained classical learning completeness student by 68 %, then increased in the second cycle to 90%, while improving student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle by 22%. It can be concluded that the PTK is successfully improving student learning outcomes English Subtitles Time Table.

Researchers have a goal to describe how the analysis of student worksheets (LKPD) based on problem based learning (PBL) on student learning outcomes. The results of the research are that (1.) The use of LKPD based on Problem Based Learning as teaching materials has a positive effect of 80% in improving student learning outcomes. (2.) Problem Based Learning-based worksheets are appropriate to be used as learning materials in schools, because the use of Problem Based Learning-based worksheets in the teaching and learning process can help students understand learning so that the success of the teaching and learning process will be achieved. (3.) The advantages of LKPD based on Problem Based Learning as teaching materials can be said to be superior in that application, learning becomes more effective and efficient, making the learning process more interesting and can improve the quality of learning well.

Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

Low activity, student creativity in the learning process can result in the teaching and learning process being less than optimal so that the material presented is incomplete according to the expected completeness criteria. From the results of observations and discussions with the history subject teacher, information is obtained that the learning system has not fully involved students as the subject of learning consequently the final result to be achieved, namely individual and classical learning completeness with KKM (minimum completeness criteria) has not been achieved. One of the efforts made to improve the process and student learning outcomes, a learning method is used that makes it easier for students to compile and understand information or the content of the lesson text in increasing understanding of social studies subject matter so that learning outcomes are expected to increase, through the use of the SQ3R method. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How are the students' learning outcomes increased through the SQ3R method in history learning for students of XII SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir? "The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of teachers and students as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes in history subjects through the SQ3R method for class XI SMAN 1 Kateman Indragiri Hilir. The conclusion of this study is that the student learning outcomes, before CAR the average daily test was 64.3, after the CAR based on the daily test cycle I increased to 81.8 and was included in the good category. In the second cycle of daily tests, it increased again to 92.8 and was included in the very good category. Thus, the use of the SQ3R method can improve student learning outcomes in history learning for class XII at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency

This study aims to analyze the learning process at SMP Negeri 14 Medan. This research uses qualitative research, with a case study approach of SMP Negeri 14 Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, focus group discussions and documentation and then analyzed descriptively with descriptive analysis model. The results obtained are that the modeling learning strategy has a good impact on improving student learning outcomes, by making several figures into models who practice certain materials in the learning process, so that learning to dance starts from opening, core activities to closing. The conclusion of this research is that the modeling learning strategy designed by SMP Negeri 14 Medan, the modeling learning strategy takes into account the interests of students, the learning outcomes taught with modeling learning strategies are higher than those taught with conventional learning strategies.

Teachers have a duty to encourage, guide and provide learning facilities to achieve goals. Teachers have a responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help student development. Teachers must be able to carry out their duties properly by first having to understand carefully the matters relating to the teaching and learning process, because the success of the learning process is supported by the ability of the teacher to develop and generate activeness and students in the learning process. The research method used is the Quasi Experiment (Quasi Experimental Method) with the research design as the basis for the implementation of the research is to distinguish the influence of the Inquiry method and the effect of conventional methods on learning outcomes of Citizenship Education in terms of high learning motivation and low learning motivation where the treatment class is class Va student and Vb class. The following is presented sequentially descriptive data regarding: (1) Civics learning outcomes students are taught using scramble learning model, (2) Civics student learning outcomes are taught using the expository model, (3) Civics student learning outcomes have high learning motivation, (4) Civics student learning outcomes have motivation to learn low, (5)Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (6) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (7) Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model, (8) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model.

The spread of the Corona virus has had a significant impact on the world of education. The policy taken by many countries, including Indonesia, is to close all educational activities. This makes the government and related institutions have to present an alternative learning process. Many factors affect student learning outcomes coupled with changes in learning conditions due to the Corona virus (Covid-19) outbreak. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the impacts and constraints of the Covid-19 outbreak on teaching and learning activities, especially in Geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Sikur. Data collection was carried out using the pretest - posttest method of students' abilities before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by quantitative methods using paired sample t-test to test the difference in the effect of the two treatments on the interrelated sample groups. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a difference in the average Geography learning outcomes of 11th grade of social science students before and after the outbreak of the corona virus. Information was obtained that the average value of student learning outcomes during the face-to-face learning process was 86.27, better than the average value when the learning process was carried out online which was 75.73.
