AFFIXATION IN THE UTTERANCE OF MANDURO SOCIETY

Language as a means of daily communication, will get shift and extinction if the native speakers no longer use the language. The factors that influence are the factors of social, economic, political, cultural and bilingual or even the multilingual that the speaker has. This phenomenon occurs in the utterance of Manduro society. Thus, it needs an effort to preserve the language so that language extinction does not occur in that language. One method that can be used is to socialize the language to the public so that native speakers can freely use the language wherever located. This phenomenon encourages researchers to conduct research in the affixation of Manduro society’s utterance as an effort to preserve language in the utterance of Manduro society in order to avoid language extinction. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample is chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interview, recording, observation, and Swadesh Morris questionnaire to obtain the vocabulary. Data analysis technique used is inductive analysis with data classification by using the methods of padan and agih, reduction, limiting the scope of theory, and drawing conclusion. Based on the result that has been achieved by the researchers, there is affixation process in the utterance of manduro society, such as: prefix, suffix, and confix. The affixation process is influenced by Javenese languange and Indonesian language.

Reduplication is usually used by society in daily communication. Principally, reduplication relates with word formation. In reduplication, we need to consider the base of the word, the change of phoneme, and the use of affixation. For example: the base word of “rumah” becomes “rumah-rumah”. “Rumah-rumah” means many houses. It can called reduplication, but it does not change the phoneme and does not use affix. This phenomenon occurs in the utterance of Manduro society. Thus, researchers conduct the research in reduplication pattern in the utterance of Manduro society. Descriptive qualitative research is a research type choosen by the researchers. In this case, the researchers use purposive sampling technique in determining the sample of the research. In collecting the data, the researchers use interview, recording, observation, and Swadesh Morris questionnaire to obtain the vocabulary. Meanwhile, data analysis technique used by researchers is inductive analysis with data classification: the use of padan and agih methods, reduction, the scope of theory, and conclusion. This research used a descrictiptive qualitative method with the technique of obtainine information/ taking informants using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were the method of observation, interview and documentation studies. Data analysis technique used data reduction, display, and verification or drawing conclusions. The result of this research notes that Rote Ndao District has the potential for natural, cultural and artificial tourism. These tourism potentials can be packaged into tour packages such as: Telaga Nirwana, Mulut Seribu, Oelangga Beach, Bebalain Hill, Raja Kedoh House and Ikat Weaving Center. The concept of indoor and outdoor tour packages are combined into one tour package. Based on these potentials, tour package planning is then made in the form of tables, descriptions and graphs. The tour packages made include 3 Days 2 Nights Rote Tour.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

ABSTRACT Social media Instagram is an opportunity for celebgram Rachel Vennya to promote Ngikan restaurant. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of celebgram credibility and trust on intention to buy. The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. The sample used in this research were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM .The results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 63.5%. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of celebgram credibility and trust have a positive and significant effect on intention to buy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 <0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. Bindu Village is located at Badung district, which has potency to develop the wellness tourism. Development wellness tourism at Bindu village involves the elite people. The purpose of this study was to identify tourist attractions and the role of elite people in developing wellness tourism at Bindu village. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are observation techniques, interview techniques and documentary techniques. The determination technique of informant uses the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the discussion that can be concluded is wellness tourism activities by doing healer activities, purification and therapy. Bindu Village has tourism potency such as the natural potential, the cultural potential and the artificial potential. The role of elite people in the development of wellness tourism in Bindu village is carried out by developing those potencies, building tourism facilities and promotions. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan small sidedgame terhadap peningkatan VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahun. Metodepenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan uji-t..Nilai tabel uji-t antara pretest dan posttest didapat nilai p = 0,000.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan small sided game terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahunKata Kunci: small sided games, VO2max.AbstractThis research method is experimental research using the design of One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. The Subject

Purpose: This research aims at finding out the effect of entrepreneurship education on people’s entrepreneurship intention. Methodology: The subject of the research includes 18 persons of Wedomartani village, Sleman regency, Yogyakarta with the characteristics of having no jobs, having been married, and male or female incapable of handling waste for entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses a Wilcoxon test. Results: The result of the analysis is Z = -2.102 and p = 0.018 (1-tailed), with p<0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the people's entrepreneurship intention before and after entrepreneurship education. So entrepreneurship education is effective in improving the people's entrepreneurship intention. Implications: People’s intention to convert waste into marketable goods is still low so that the waste spoils the environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship education is needed to rouse their intention in doing it.

This research was conducted at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office to describe archival management in the administration of state administration in the Padang District Attorney's office. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball techniques, which means that data collection was carried out based on direct field results taken from interviews until the data obtained was saturated at the Padang District Attorney's office. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research. With the various methods used, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise description of the data and problems that exist later. Archival management at the prosecutor's office has been carried out quite well, but the facilities and infrastructure are still simple and there are no archivist employees. However, the Padang District Attorney's office is trying to fix the problems of archival management with the attention of the leadership to the employees who manage the archives, adding facilities and infrastructure for archiving and as soon as possible to destroy archives that are no longer in use.

Purpose – This study aims to analyse the effect of the implementation of PSBB on the development of Retail MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises).Method – Respondents in the study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria for Retail MSMEs actors in Garung District, Wonosobo Regency, and at least the business had been operating for one year. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM Smart PLS.Result – The development of Retail MSMEs was significantly influenced by the implementation of PSBB and was moderated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Implication – This study can assist businesses and the government during a pandemic outbreak.Originality – This is the first study examining the influence of a pandemic outbreak on the development of MSMEs in the retail industry.
