This study aims to examine the perceptions of the influence of competence dimensions, work motivation on performance at X-supermarket in Palu City. This research is an explanatory research of the influence of variables (explanatory research), by using survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 135 employees (as respondents) who returned questionnaires as many as 108 people, and then analyzed by path analysis techniques, using SPSS 21 software assistance. The results showed that there was a direct and significant influence between competence and performance of 0.416. The influence of competence on performance can be strengthened if there is work motivation that influences the competence. The value of the effect of employee work motivation on performance indirectly is 0.294 with a significance of 0.020 <0.050. Based on these data it can be concluded that employee competencies can improve employee performance with good work motivation. This research is expected to help various service companies to improve their employee competencies so that employee motivation is expected to have good performance.

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of karakeristik of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department ofmarine and Fisheries province of Jambi and to know the influence of characteristicsof work and commitment the Organization's response to the employee motivation and performance, as well as to know the influence of motivation on performance. To address the research objectives then requires the author studies the theory related to the variable of research i.e. the theory of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to supportthis research. The population in this research is the Department of Marine and fisheries officer province of Jambi that add up to 57 employees. Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using path analysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results Research shows that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization to have an impact on the motivation and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) tests showed that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization had a significant and positive influence towards motivation and performance, so did motivasijuga have influence significant and positive on performance. This explains that the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations that either have a positive influence in providing and enhancing motivation to work-have implications for improved performance against employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries The Province Of Jambi. This research makes some conclusions based on the results of research of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi in good enough conditions, characteristics the work and the commitment of the Organization a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously, the characteristics of the job and the Organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of goodemployees partially or simultaneously, work motivation affects employee performance, and the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations collectivelythrough motivation can direct and indirect effect against against performance employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi.Keywords: organizational commitment, Job Characteristics, Motivasidan performance.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Purpose: Influence of communication climate and job promotion on employee performance and motivation with discipline and job satisfaction as intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of communication and promotion on employee motivation and performance with discipline and job satisfaction as variabels intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo Research methodology: The samples of this study are 74 respondents consisting of employees permanent of the division warehouse and production. This research applies path analysis by using the program of analysis Smart PLS. Results: The relationship between variables in this study produced thirteen hypotheses with significant influence and five hypotheses with not significant influence. Relation testing between organizational job promotion and motivation variabels has the biggest significance. Meanwhile, the relation testing between communication climate variabels and employee performance variabels has the smallest significance. Limitation: The limitation in this research is one company where the number of samples taken is only permanent employees of the warehouse and production only. Contribution: Results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to human resources management and to practical management. In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Introduction: Improved hospital performance can improve employee performance. The better employee performance, the more services provided to patients Employee performance is influenced by work motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. Methods: This research uses a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 79 employees. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation is assessed by questionnaire and performance evaluation uses observation sheets. Results: Employee motivation and performance are included in the high category (82.3%) and (92.4%). There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r = 0.775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). The effect of intrinsic motivation (r = 0.737) is stronger than extrinsic motivation (r = 0.325). There is the influence of sub-variable responsibility (p = 0.032), recognition (p = 0.002), work performance (p = 0.007), career development (p = 0.000), work (p = 0.016), promotion (p = 0.029)) working conditions (p = 0.001) on employee performance. Conclusions: Overall there is a strong influence on the work motivation of hospital employees. Work motivation still needs to be maintained and improved for better employee performance.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PT. Swadaya Prima Utama. Beradasarkan data yang diperoleh terindikasi bahwa kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan turun. Absensi menurun serta penguasaan prosedur kerja kurang memahami. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriftif verifikatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi. Variabel motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dapat diketahui pengaruh dan hubungannya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karawan sebesar sebesar 29,5% dan tingkat keretan hubungan sebesar 54,3%. Key:motivasi kerja , kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. PT. Swadaya Prima Utama. Based on the data obtained indicated that employee performance and employee motivation down. Absenteeism decreased as well as the mastery of work procedures are less understood. This research method using descriptive verifikatif by using regression and correlation test. Variables of work motivation with employee performance can be known influence and its relation. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence of work motivation on the performance of karawan amounted to 29,5% and the level of relationship keretan equal to 54,3%. To get wages or salaries we are required to work professionally with the consequences of getting a bigger income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the salary on work motivation and employee performance of UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang. population is all employees at UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang, as many as 35 employees. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this research is that there is a relationship between salary and work motivation and employee performance.

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance
