This study aims to determine the effects of destination image and tourism attractiveness variables on intention of young generation to visit a rural tourism destination such as “Kampung Wisata Tridi”. This research is a kind of causal research, where the primary quantitative data through questionnaire was taken directly from a tourists in tourism destination and also them who included as young generation. To fulfill the criteria of sample that needed on this research, the sampling technique was used is purposive sampling, by the consideration that sampling choosen is vary between 17-33 years old, and willing to fill the questionnaire. Based on the target that researcher have, a predetermine number of samples that taken was 50 respondents. Based on the result taken by data processing using SPSS 23, shows that the variable which effect significantly the intention to visit a tourism destination are destination image and tourism attractiveness. In other hand, variable which effect most significantly was tourism attractiveness compare with destination image.

This research aims at examining and determining the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention either directly or by perceived value, happiness, and tourist satisfaction. The sample in this research includes 227 tourists visiting Dodola Island using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method to test the hypothesis in this research is SEM-PLS. The results show that Experience Quality, Tourist Satisfaction, and Happiness had positive and significant effects on Tourists’ Behavior Intention. Meanwhile, Perceived value did not have any significant effect on Tourist Behavioral Intention as Perceived Value was not able to act as a mediator on the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention. On the other hand, Perceived Value variable had a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction. Therefore, the increase in Tourist Satisfaction sourced from Perceived Value could affect behavioral intention. The results of further research also show that Tourist Satisfaction and Happiness could partially mediate the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention.

<em>Jayengan Kampoeng Permata is a village ofgem merchant Banjar community which is now being planned to become a creative tourism destination. This study aims to determine how the level of readiness of creative tourism components Jayengan Kampoeng Permata by stakeholders. This study uses a deductive-quantitative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with JKP’sstakeholders as the interviewees. JKP’s readiness level was somewhat prepared. Components that contributed the highest value to lowest for readiness of JKP are creative tourism community, infrastructure, attractiveness, external institutions, tourists and internal institutional. The results showed that the readiness of people not guarantee readiness Jayengan Kampoeng Permata as a creative tourism destination, fascination owned Jayengan Kampoeng Permata has not been able to invite tourists, the readiness of JKP’s infrastructure sufficient not been able to attract tourists, internal institutional role in supporting preparedness Jayengan Kampoeng Permata and external institutions as external factors readiness JKP.</em>

This research aims to find the indication of sticky cost behavior in agricultural companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. Sticky cost is a cost that has no comparable character with changes in activity. These costs become sticky when the declining of company’s activity happens. This study used 9 companies as samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. It is found that the labor cost increased by 0,913 percent and operating expenses increrased by 0,146 percent when sales increased by 1 percent. In the other hand, when sales decreased by 1 percent, the labor cost decreased by 0,225 percent and operating expenses decreased by 0,131 percent. The result shows that there is indication of sticky cost behavior in the labor cost and operating expenses.

This study examines the determinants of excursionists’ satisfaction and destination loyalty towards architectural tourism destination in Ipoh Township, since in view of its economic, social and cultural importance, there are limited studies focusing on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty towards architectural tourism in the extant literature. In addition, the downturn of the tourism sector in Malaysia has mirrored in the state of Perak which raises an alarming signal to the state tourism authorities as domestic tourists are shifting away to tourism destinations in other states and cities in Malaysia. It is postulated that Destination Image, Authenticity, Safety of Destination and Cultural Differences as direct determinants of excursionists’ satisfaction and destination loyalty. Using convenience sampling technique, this study surveyed 250 excursionists who are visiting architectural tourism destination in Ipoh Township. The data were analysed to ensure the attainment of internal reliability before further analyses were conducted. Multiple linear regression analyses found that all determinants had a significant positive effect on excursionists’ satisfaction and destination loyalty. The findings suggest managerial implications to the tourism stakeholders in preserving the heritage and cultural value of the Ipoh Township. Limitations and suggestions for future research are also highlighted.

This study aims to determine the factors that can affect accounting performance. The population in the study was 14 with the sample in this study were 7 Islamic Commercial Banks. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study stated that CAR had no effect on ROA. FDR has a negative effect on ROA and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA. AbstractJellyfish are marine animals that are harmful to humans. Jellyfish often attack the beach tourists through the sting they have. The stings of a jellyfish can cause burning and even death if it does not get proper handling. So it is very necessary first aid on the right victim. But one of the societal habits for the first aid on jellyfish stings using urine or ammonia, and it is not justified. If urine is alkaline it will increase the effect of toxins. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of tourists about first aid in victims of jellyfish stings. The research design used was descriptive with coastal tourist population of Teleng Ria beach Pacitan as many as 492 respondents, The sample as much 98 respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data collection using questionnaires, then performed data processing using Coding, Scoring, Tabulating, and analyzed based on percentage. The results of this study indicate that of 98 respondents, 72 respondents or 73.5% had less knowledge, while 22 respondents or 22.4% knowledgeable sufficient, and 4 respondents or 4.1% have good knowledge. The result of this research can be concluded that knowledge influence to handling jellyfish sting procedure accordingly so as to prevent health problems like respiratory disturbance, pain disorder, and tissue damage, hence needed improvement of knowledge about handling jellyfish sting.Keywords: Knowledge, Tourists, First Aid On The Survivors of Jellyfish StingsAbstrak`Ubur-ubur merupakan binatang laut yang berbahaya, dan sering menyerang para wisatawan pantaimelalui sengatannya. Korban sengatan ubur-ubur dapat semakin parah bahkan berakibat fatal bila tidak mendapat penanganan yang tepat. Kebiasaan masyarakat yang salah menggunakan amoniak dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama sengatan ubur-ubur harus diperbaiki. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan wisatawan tentang pertolongan pertama pada korban sengatan ubur-ubur.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan populasi wisatawan pantai Teleng Ria Pacitan sebanyak 492 responden, sampelnya berjumlah 98 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan Coding, Scoring, Tabulating, dan dianalisis berdasarkan prosentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari 98 responden, didapatkan 72 responden atau 73.5% memiliki pengetahuan kurang, sedangkan 22 responden atau 22.4% berpengetahuan cukup, dan 4 responden atau 4.1% memiliki pengetahuan baik.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap penanganan sengatan ubur-ubur yang sesuai prosedur sehingga mencegah masalah kesehatan seperti gangguan pernapasan, gangguan rasa nyeri, dan kerusakan jaringan, maka diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penanganan sengatan ubur-ubur.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Wisatawan, Pertolongan Pertama, Sengatan Ubur-Ubur

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of the implementation of PP. No. 23 of 2018 on tax compliance moderated by the implementation of financial reporting. PP. No. 23 of 2018 is PP. latest issued by the government which regulates a tax rate of 0.5% for MSMEs with the aim of increasing tax compliance. The sample in this study were SMEs with the category of medium-sized enterprises with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 46 MSME actors. Data processing using Smart PLS with a questionnaire as a method of data collection. The results showed that the implementation of PP. No. 23 of 2018 has a positive influence on tax compliance. Furthermore, the variable of Financial Reporting Implementation cannot moderate the relationship between PP implementation. No. 23 of 2018 and Tax Compliance. The implication of this research is that the government is expected to provide socialization related to PP. No. 23 of 2018 to MSME players so that the level of tax compliance can increase even more. This is because some MSME actors as respondents admit that they do not understand in detail the PP. 23 of 2018. Keywords: Tax Compliance, PP. No. 23 Tahun 2018 terhadap kepatuhan pajak dengan dimoderasi oleh implementasi pelaporan keuangan. PP. No. 23 tahun 2018 merupakan PP. terbaru yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah yang mengatur tarif pajak sebesar 0,5% bagi UMKM dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM dengan kategori usaha menengah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 46 pelaku UMKM. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Smart PLS dengan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PP. No. 23 Tahun 2018 memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Selanjutnya varibel Implementasi Pelaporan Keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan penerapan PP. No. 23 tahun 2018 dan Kepatuhan Pajak. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah diharapkan pemerintah dapat memberikan sosialisasi terkait PP. No. 23 tahun 2018 kepada para pelaku UMKM agar tingkat kepatuhan pajak dapat lebih meningkat lagi. This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effects between the variables of religious commitment and Islamic attributes to customer satisfaction as a mediating variable with customer loyalty. The sample of this study is the Muslim community who have visited abroad and are domiciled in JABODETABEK. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The respondents obtained were 201 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data processing method uses PLS-SEM which is assisted by smartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that religious commitment had no significant effect on Islamic physical attributes and significant variables on Islamic non-physical attributes and customer satisfaction. The two indicators contained in Islamic physical attributes each have a significant and insignificant role on customer satisfaction, while the Islamic non-physical attribute variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction may act as a good mediator between religious commitment and Islamic physical attributes on customer loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh religious commitment dan islamic attributes terhadap customer satisfaction sebagai variabel yang memediasi dengan customer loyalty. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat beragama Islam yang pernah berkunjung keluar negeri dan berdomisili di JABODETABEK. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada sebanyak 201 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM yang dibantu oleh software smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religious commitment memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel islamic physical attributes dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap islamic non physical attributes serta customer satisfaction. Dua indikator yang terdapat dalam islamic physical attributes masing-masing berperan signifikan dan tidak signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, sedangkan variabel islamic non physical attributes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction dapat berperan sebagai mediator yang baik antara religious commitment dan islamic physical attributes terhadap customer loyalty.

The high interest of Grab users can be seen from the success of a UX Writer in creating User Experience. User Experience assesses how satisfied someone is with products, systems and services. This research has a purpose to find out the effect of UX Writing that has been done by the UX Writer in Grab application to the User Experience. The theories that are used such as Brand, Branding, User Experience, and UX Writing. The method that is used is quantitative research with the survey method. The sampling technique that is used by the authors is the Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling. The total of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection method that is used is a questionnaire of Google forms that are distributed directly or online. The research phase was carried out by using a pre-test to 30 respondents, then doing a post-test to 100 respondents. The results of data processing indicate that there is an influence of the UX Writing (X) on the User Experience (Y). The most influential dimension on UX Writing (X) is visual, while the most influential dimension on User Experience (Y) is branding. Tingginya minat pengguna Grab terlihat dari keberhasilan seorang UX Writer dalam menciptakan User Experience. User Experience menilai seberapa puas seseorang terhadap produk, sistem, dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari UX Writing yang dilakukan oleh UX Writer aplikasi Grab terhadap User Experience kepada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Brand, Branding, User Experience, dan UX Writing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non-probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test kepada 30 responden, kemudian melakukan post-test kepada 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel UX Writing (X) terhadap variabel User Experience (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel UX Writing (X) adalah visual, sedangkan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel User Experience (Y) adalah branding.
