Abstract Various problems faced by Sports and Health Physical Education Subjects (PJOK) in SDN Cluster IV Region III Koto Tangah Padang District in understanding and implementing the 2013 Curriculum. These problems need to be resolved so that the quality of learning can be improved. Priority problems to two aspects, namely PJOK teachers do not understand and apply: (1) Authentic assessment in the form of a grid and (2) Understanding, making and applying the concept rubric of performance assessment, product assessment, attitude assessment. Problem solving is done by: making models, writing teaching materials, presenting material, training, and applying. After presenting the material, the level of mastery of Mitra SDN teachers on the training material increased. (1) 77.21% authentic assessments in the form of lattices have been mastered by Mitra SDN teachers, and (2) 76.47% have understood, made and applied the rubric of performance assessment, product assessment, attitude assessment.

This study aims to improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning courses through the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) assisted by E-Learning through Lesson Study activities. This type of research was qualitative research through the stages of Lesson Study activities. Subjects in this study were the 5th-semester students who program 11 physics learning planning subjects in the 2018-2019 academic year in the Department of Physics Education, University of Papua. The research data was obtained through the student learning outcomes test instrument that was given after the submission of each topic of study, observation sheet of student activities, interview guidelines, documentation in the form of video recordings during open class implementation, and student response questionnaire. Data were analyzed through Rasch modeling with the help of the Winstep application to analyze student responses after learning. Lesson Study activities consist of three phases of activities, namely Plan, Do, and See. In the Plan stage discussions with the team of lecturers were held to develop Chapter Design and Lesson Plan. In the Do stage, the model lecturer based on the tools that have been prepared does learning. In the See stage, the reflection was done to find out weaknesses and strengths during learning which is then followed up on further learning. The results showed that student-learning outcomes increased student responses to good learning and learning atmosphere seemed very fun. Therefore, it can be concluded that through the implementation of PjBL assisted E-Learning through Lesson Study activities can improve the quality of learning in physics learning planning subjects.

One of the important components which determine the quality of education is the quality of instructional process. A qualified instructional process is characterized by the involvement of all instructional aspects, namely; human resources, material, media, and also the environment where the instructional process takes place, (Mukhid, 2007). All of those instructional aspects need to be accommodated by an appropriate method in order to make them effective. An instructional method that is proved effective in improving the instructional process is Project-Based Learning (PBL). This method of teaching and learning would facilitate the students with the instructional process that accommodate the students’ creativity and potentials. PBL provides authentic challenges and choices of processes in accomplishing the task. The teacher guides the students as a facilitator while the students do the project using their individual initiative. Moreover, individual initiative which is different in every student then empowers the team work to get the expected goal (Liegel, 2004). Finally, the instructional syllabus should first be constructed to implement PBL effectively that could accommodate all of its advantages. This article would elaborates the application of EFL syllabus that is made based on PBL method. The syllabus was applied in Applied English Class of Religious Education Department, IHDN Denpasar. The findings highlight both benefits and shortcomings of this type of syllabus and also emphasize the importance of Project-Based Syllabus in improving the quality of instructional process.

Kata Kunci: penilaian kinerja, profesionalitas guru, supervisi kepala madrasah The existence of an institution of education lies in the quality of human resources produced by it, since the establishment of an educational institution basically enhances human resources. The study was focused on the madrasah’s performance-based headmaster as an effort to increase the teacher's prosthesis. This research aimed to assist teachers and school staff in doing work effectively and efficiently. The study used qualitative literature with its data-collecting systems using documenter studies, while its analysis used content analysis. The results of this study in performance assessment institutions were formal systems used to assess performance periodically, and the results could be used for decision-making in terms of development, reward, planning, compensation and motivation. The madrasah's performance assessment was expected to be useful in determining the various policies associated with improvement. The madrasah's performance assessment was a model for policymakers or stakeholders to establish career development, periodical and sustainable development. For the headmaster, the performance assessment of the headmaster was a reference to knowing what elements the headmaster should do to improve his quality of work.

Problem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered pedagogy in which students learn about a subject in the context of complex, multifaceted, and realistic problems. Working in groups, students identify what they already know, what they need to know, and how and where to access new information that may lead to resolution of the problem along with discussion of the solution within the group. Few medical schools in Nepal have already incorporated problem-based learning into their curricula and other medical schools are planning to adopt. However, when PBL is introduced into a curriculum, it has implications for staffing and learning resources and demands a different approach to timetabling, workload, and assessment. So, issues like human resources requirements and logistic requirements need to address specifically from Nepal Medical Council for the assurance quality of medical education which, in turn, has contributed in enhancing the quality of health care services in Nepal. Hence, this paper is prepared for developing further understanding about major difference between conventional method of Medical education and PBL in relation to human resources requirements and infrastructure. This article ends with some of the important recommendations that could be considered additionally to existing minimum requirements from Nepal Medical Council for the Medical Schools/ Universities in Nepal who are running or planning to implement Problem-based Learning in their curricula.
