<p><em>One of the important components which determine the quality of education is the quality of instructional process. A qualified instructional process is characterized by the involvement of all instructional aspects, namely; human resources, material, media, and also the environment where the instructional process takes place, (Mukhid, 2007). All of those instructional aspects need to be accommodated by an appropriate method in order to make them effective. An instructional method that is proved effective in improving the instructional process is Project-Based Learning (PBL). </em><em>This method of teaching and learning would facilitate the students with the instructional</em><em> process that accommodate the students’ creativity and potentials. PBL provides authentic challenges and choices of processes in accomplishing the task. The teacher guides the students as a facilitator while the students do the project using their individual initiative. Moreover, individual initiative which is different in every student then empowers the team work to get the expected goal (Liegel, 2004). Finally, the instructional syllabus should first be constructed to implement PBL effectively that could accommodate all of its advantages. This article would elaborates the application of</em><em> EFL syllabus that is made based on PBL method. The syllabus was applied in Applied English Class of Religious Education Department, IHDN Denpasar. </em><em>The findings highlight both</em><em> benefits and shortcomings of this type of syllabus and also emphasize the importance of Project-Based Syllabus in improving the quality of instructional process.</em></p>

This paper describes the Role of Supervisor in Building Religious Culture. Teachers are components of human resources that must be fostered and developed continuously in order to perform its functions potentially. Therefore, to improve the quality of education starts from teachers and other education personnel. One of the efforts that can be done is by doing a supervision. Religious culture is one of the objectives of learning Islamic religious education, ie that learners can lead to the aspect of being not only leads to aspects of knowing and doing it. In this case, supervisor support will be given to build a religious culture, considering that one of the goals of the supervisor is the one provided to help teachers become professional, skilled and skilled teachers and able to do more effectively in achieving educational goals.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

This study aims to explain Pluralism and Islam as inseparable entities. Can be distinguished conceptually but cannot be separated in real reality. The method used. The method used in this research is library research, or can be used in library materials as a source of information to answer problems about educators in education. Islam and Religious Education Pluralism make religion a concept to create a sense of unity in the realm of ukhuwah basyariyah in advancing and improving the quality of education; Therefore, it is the education system that makes religion a moral value and not a formal institution that is formed. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pluralisme dan Islam sebagai entitas yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Dapat dibedakan secara konseptual namun tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam realitas nyata. Metode yang dipakai. Metode yang dipakai di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, atau dapat digunakan dalam bahan pustaka sebagai sumber informasi untuk menjawab permasalahan tentang pendidik dalam pendidikan. Islam dan Pluralisme Pendidikan Agama menjadikan agama sebagai konsep untuk menimbulkan rasa persatuan dalam ranah ukhuwah basyariyah dalam memajukan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan; Oleh karena itu, sistem pendidikanlah yang menjadikan agama sebagai nilai moral dan bukan lembaga formal yang terbentuk.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan komik matematika berbasis kontekstual untuk materi lingkaran yang berkualitas baik berdasarkan tiga kriteria, yaitu valid, praktis, dan efektif. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur-prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi empat langkah: (1) melakukan perencanaan produk yang akandikembangkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) validasi dan revisi produk, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi. Uji coba komik dilakukan secara terbatas oleh 10 siswa kelas VIII SMP. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, sedangkan instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan meliputi lembar validasi, angket penggunaan media, dan angket respon siswa. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komik matematika dinyatakan valid dengan skor kevalidan 4 oleh ahli media dan 3,9 oleh ahli materi dari skor maksimum 5 sehingga dikategorikan valid, komik matematika dinyatakan praktis dengan hasil analisis persentase kepraktisan 76,28 % dan komik matematika dinyatakan efektif degan hasil analisis persentase keefektifan 79,4%, sehingga dikategorikan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media komik ini memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai satu upaya atau alternatif media dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi siswa.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, komik matematika, lingkaranThis research is a research that aims to develop contextual based mathematical comics for good quality circle material based on three criteria, namely valid, practical, and effective. The design of this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development procedures used include four steps: (1) conducting product planning to be developed, (2) developing initial products, (3) product validation and revision, (4) small-scale field trials and revisions. Comic trials are limited to 10 students in grade VIII SMP. Data collection techniques applied in this study were questionnaires, while the research instruments used included validation sheets, media use questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The research data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that mathematics comics are declared valid with a validity score of 4 by media experts and 3.9 by material experts from a maximum score of 5 so that they are categorized valid, mathematical comics are declared practical with the results of a practicality percentage analysis of 76.28% and mathematical comics are declared effective with the result of the analysis of the effectiveness percentage is 79.4%, so it is categorized as effective. Based on these results, this comic media has good quality so that it can be used as an alternative media used by teachers in the teaching and learning process in an effort to improve the quality of education and create a pleasant atmosphere for students.Keywords: learning media, mathematical comics, circles

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

At present, the application of internet technology in the field of education is very much needed in order to improve the quality and equitable education services. One of them in improving the quality of education is from educators (teachers). The teacher has a very crucial role in the process of teaching and learning. Therefore, the teacher must be able to provide an appropriate method and method so that the classroom atmosphere in PBM becomes enjoyable. The specific purpose of this service is that they are able to understand and properly apply e-learning based learning media. The implementation is held for 2 (two) days, namely: first, the implementation of observation and the introduction process. Then the next day a workshop held on the application of e-learning based  learning media. The result of this dedication is that teachers can apply e-learning based learning models in the teaching and learning process.

<p>An era of technological disruption is marked by digitization in various lives. Apart from offering benefits, the industrial revolution 4.0 also has challenges that must be faced. The challenges faced by a country when implementing the 4.0 industrial revolution are the emergence of resistance to changes in demographics and social aspects, instability in political conditions, limited resources, risk of natural disasters and demands for the application of environmentally friendly technology. The PESTEL framework is the basis for considering political, economic, social, technical, environmental and legal factors to analyze challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Indonesia needs to improve the quality of workforce skills with digital technology. The relevance of education and work needs to be adjusted to the development of the era and science and technology while still paying attention to aspects of humanities. It is important to identify in competency classification, including: 1) Technical competence consists of all knowledge and skills related to work, 2) Methodological competencies include all skills and abilities for general problem solving and decision making, 3) Social competence includes all skills and abilities as well as attitudes to cooperate and communicate with others, and 4) Personal competence includes social values, motivation, and individual attitudes. New literacy, leadership, team work, mental maturity and character, culture and entrepreneurship make HR function properly in the community. The development of thematic studies in various disciplines is linked to the real world, project-based learning, through general education (extra-curricular) programs, and internships/practical work and the important thing that can support it is foreign language skills. Thus, competent human resources (HR), critical thinking, lateral thinking and entrepreneurship can be realized.</p>
