Based on the 2017 Zakat Outlook data from BAZNAS shows the great potential of Islamic philanthropy in economic empowerment. Among these Islamic philanthropic institutions, namely LAZ Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Ponorogo. This study aims to determine the management of Islamic philanthropy for economic empowerment and development strategies for economic empowerment programs at BMH Gerai Ponorogo using descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques through documentation, non-participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. Then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods and SWOT analysis. This research shows that Islamic philanthropic management for economic empowerment of BMH Gerai Ponorogo uses a special allocation from infaq funds and also shadaqah for the BMH Gerai Ponorogo economic empowerment program in the form of grants for business capital. Currently there are 2 main programs of economic empowerment, namely “Pesantren Berdaya” Catfish Cultivation, Shaleh Hidyatullah Children's Education Center, Sumoroto, Kab. Ponorogo and Oyster Mushroom Cultivation for Dai Tangguh in Kec. Parang, Kab, Magetan, East Java. In the aspect of Islamic economic empowerment materially in the form of capital and business assistance. Meanwhile, spiritually this economic empowerment program aims to support Islamic preaching on these two objects. For the economic empowerment strategy, it is seen in 3 aspects: enabling aspects (pre-program implementation), BMH Gerai Ponorogo conducted a survey and a feasibility test for the type of business. Then in the aspect of empowering (implementing) BMH Gerai Ponorogo also participates in mentoring and business assistance by controlling it regularly for 1-3 months. For limited guidance, apart from meetings, also through online media such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook to provide direction/advice and consultation on program development. For the aspect of protecting (evaluation) BMH Ponorogo Gerai accommodates complaints and obstacles experienced and formulates solutions. Overall, the BMH Gerai Ponorogo economic empowerment program has major problems in human resources and competency in managing economic empowerment. Researchers recommend the provision of training or recruitment of special experts for the development of economic empowerment programs both intensively and extensively at the BMH Gerai Ponorogo.

One of the visible forms of worship is reading, studying and practicing the contents of the Koran. The ability to read the Koran properly that is owned by a person will increase the enthusiasm to deepen it. Thus, fluency and accuracy in reciting the recitation of the Koran is very important for everyone, because it will lead to validity and failure of one's prayers, and also an encouragement to deepen the study of the Koran. This research was conducted at Lambung Mangkurat University in the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP), the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and the Faculty of Medicine (FK). The focus of research on students' religious behavior is assessed by their ability to read the Koran by the behavior they display in their daily lives. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. Data were collected using participant observation and dept interview techniques. The interview approach used was structured interviews and free interviews. The research was conducted for two months, (October-November, 2019). Data checking was carried out through focus group discussions. There are three categories that this research produces: first, students who have high quality; second, students who have medium quality; and third, have low quality in reading the Koran. The factors that become the difference in quality are caused by the influence of the family environment, the influence of the previous educational environment, and the influence of the community environment.

The purpose of this study is to identify contextual learning problems in schools and their application in the digital era, where children today tend to return to a perspective that children will learn better if the environment in which they study is a natural environment. This paper is the result of research that uses a logical phenomenon approach, the suggestions and recommendations of this study are expected to increase learning knowledge for both parents, teachers and students to succeed in improving learning outcomes. The method used is qualitative in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis, with semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and participant observation. The findings in this study are that contextual learning at Aisyiyah Fullday Pandes Wedi Elementary School, Klaten, Central Java is accompanied by textual understanding so that there is a student activation process (acquiring knowledge), so students will understand the material optimally.

This empirical research is intended to analyze the effect/implication of KUBE program on economic empowerment and community welfare at  Bangka Regency. The implementation of the variable (x¹) was measured by three indicator variables namely theoretical and technological support, the diversity of the target group’s behavior and the desired level of behavior change. Structure of KUBE program and implementation process (x²) were measured by clarity and consistency of KUBE program objectives, its accuracy and the allocation of funding sources. External factor variables that influence the implementation of KUBE program (x³) were measured by five indicator variables; socio-economic, public support, constituents, government support, and commitment. This research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques, and inferential analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, and SPSS 23.0 software. The population of this research is some KUBE which spread in several villages in Bangka Regency with 122 groups across 8 sub-districts.  The sample of the study is 5 KUBE with 53 members at Sungailiat, Mendo Barat dan Merawang Sub-district. The result of the study showed that the implementation of the KUBE did not affect the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency. On the other hand, the structure variable of KUBE program implementation affects the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency. Moreover, the external factor variables that influence the implementation of the KUBE program affects the economic empowerment and welfare of people in Bangka regency.

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of online media communication in efforts to improve tourism promotion in Bangka Regency. This type of research is a survey research with a qualitative-quantitative method approach (mix method). The subjects in this study were 110 respondents. The sample framework uses non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The scale used in this study is a Likert’s scale. Data analysis uses in this research is descriptive analysis. Data were collected by inventory questionnaire, participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of content validity was conducted by expert judgment and construct validity, reliability analysis was conducted using Cronbach’s Alpha formula. Data were analyzed by correlation, simple regression, assisted by SPSS 22 ver. computer program. Simple linear regression analysis where to see the contribution made by online media communication as variable (X) to tourism promotion as variable (Y). The result showed that, the role of online communication by 12.5% in effort to increase tourism promotion in Bangka Regency and 87.50% (100% - 12.50%). The results obtained through the calculation of the regression Y = 16,919 + 0,181 X, the coefficient of determination 16,919 + 0.181 (2) = 16,919 + 0.362 Y (Promotion) = 17,281. Hypothesis result, H0 was rejected and accepted H1, which means Online Media Communication has play Role to improve/ ingcreas tourism promotion in Bangka regency. BAZNAS has the ability to optimize the potential of zakat in the digital era. The utilization of digital content becomes one of the strategies to increase the attractiveness of LAZNAS. Increasing the role of digital influenced by the quality of display as well as the quality of content displayed. LAZNAS strengthens the quality of content by displaying featured programs. This study aims to determine efforts to increase the attractiveness of LAZNAS through the excellent programs of agricultural empowerment conducted by LAZNAS Al-Azhar in the digital era. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation. The agriculture empowerment program of LAZNAS is an economic empowerment program in the agriculture sector that has been recognized and modeled by strategic partners such as BI, OJK, LIPI and others. Agriculture empowerment LAZNAS Al-Azhar is a qualified program with a concept that is structured, comprehensive, measurable, integrated, and sustainable. Agriculture empowerment program of LAZNAS Al-Azhar become the attraction by placing the program in the main view in every digital media utilized by LAZNAS Al-Azhar. “Gemilang Village” into the realization of an empowerment program targeting communities in proverty alleviation comprehensively. Creative ideas of agrobusiness development are developed to improve the quality and attractiveness of the program.

Abstract : Enviromental protection and good management is one of the program mandated in UU No.32 Tahun 2009. Plastic waste to increase every year was a serious problem for the sustainability of natural ecosystems. This study to aim the analyze of Tryada Craft entrepeneurship development strategy in the utilization of plastic waste to be a product selling value. The research method is descriptive analysis through SWOT analysis. The results showed that the availability of raw materials were easily obtained, and that give the entrepreneurs to improve the product quantity, but the lack of available business capital and the use of online media that were not optimal in promotional activities, so made the product not yet interest in society and business training have not been implemented. The emergence of negative public perseptions of waste based products was still a threat to the future development of this business. Therefore, government support for these entrepreneurial activites including providing socialization to the public regarding the safety of using recycled products was an important thing to do.      Keywords : SWOT Analysis, Plastic Waste, Environment.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of display production to consumer satisfaction at Togamas Supratman Bandung. The research method used descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used library research and field research in the form of non-participant observation, structured interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. For data analysis used validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing, correlation coefficient X on Y, significant test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination. The obstacles faced at Togamas Bandung are the lack of space and making it difficult to arrange displays, product especially interior displays which are used to organize various types of products in one display with large quantities and the lack of employee attention regarding product in inputting or scanning product. While the efforts made at Togamas Supratman Bandung, namely by reducing the number of displays, returning to distributors, checking scanned of products.

The theme of this study is how the strategy planning in optimizing market levy in Bantul Regency. During 2012-2015, the levy achievement always exceeded the market target, but based on the potential data from Kepala Seksi Pendapatan in Kantor Pengelolaan Pasar, the specified target is too low, so that, the market levy still has potential to be optimized. Therefore, the aim of this study is to formulate the strategy to optimize market levy in Bantul Regency.The data used in this study was obtained from employees of the Kantor Pengelolaan Pasar both in the field and administration sector, also traders in Bantul district markets. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 34 employees of Kantor Pengelolaan Pasar, and interviews with market traders. The analysis mehod used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.Based on the SWOT analysis, it is obtained the strategies for optimizing market levy in quadrant III by reducing the weaknesses to rise the opportunities. The implementation of the strategy, by the Kantor Pengelolaan Pasar, firstly by committing traders data validity, which is continued by collecting in an integrated system, that is a book keeping system. The officer made the routine administration after collecting, and traders who often do not pay the levy (in arrears) are required to pay the levy directly to BPD DIY.

Abstrak. Desa Trusmi merupakan sentra batik sekaligus kuliner di Kabupaten Cirebon. Banyaknya pemegang usaha di bidang produksi batik mengakibatkan persaingan dagang diwilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)  di salah satu usaha batik milik H. Edi Baredi atau sering dikenal dengan EB Batik Tradisional melalui inkuri terbimbing. Analisis meliputi profil usaha, aspek produksi, aspek tenaga kerja, aspek pemasaran dan aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif analisis. Berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal analisis SWOT, strategi yang  dilakukan oleh EB Batik Tradisional yaitu menghindari kehilangan penjualan dan profit yang disebabkan banyaknya persaingan dagang di kawasan sentra batik Trusmi dengan munculnya inovasi baru. Penguatan karakter pada produksi batiknya dapat mengatasi pesaingan dagang dan menambah daya tarik pembeli. Kata Kunci: SWOT, Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan Kegiatan Ekonomi Abstract. Trusmi village is a center of batik as well as culinary in Cirebon Regency. A large number of business holders in the field of batik production has resulted in trade competition in the region. This study aims to analyze SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) in one of the batik business owned by H. Edi Baredi or often known as EB Traditional Batik through guided injury. The analysis includes the business profile, production aspects, labor aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Based on internal and external analysis of the SWOT analysis, the strategy carried out by EB Traditional Batik is to avoid losing sales and profits due to the high level of trade competition in the Trusmi batik center area with the emergence of innovations. <p>Areas Based Economic Empowerment Program (Program Ekonomi Berbasis Kewilayahan/PEW) is a program designed to focus on the learning process and empowercommunities through local economic institutions to shore up the economy of thecommunity itself. This study aims to: 1). Knowing the PEW Group self-reliance inorganizing services to members in order to regionally based economic empowerment.2). Identifying the factors management, member participation and partnership thathinder or support the PEW Group self-reliance and self-reliance opportunities for effortsto develop a support group for regionally based economic empowerment, 3). Formula tepolicy recommendations for the city authorities to develop and implement a model ofselfreliance development PEW group as a regionally based economic empowerment strategy in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research, the research took place in the townYogyakarta. The collecting data techniques used were: study documentation, participant, observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussion (FGD). In the first studywere: 1). Evaluating Performance PEW Group 2). Identify factors inhibiting andsupporting self-sufficiency Group 3). Self-Supporting analyze PEW Group 4). Early formulation compile policy recommendations group. The research development model of self-reliance. Year II study is 1). Self-Supporting Group to develop a model based onthe results of Phase I study 2). Validation conduct joint FGD Stakeholder Model through3). Develop Model Self-Supporting Implementation Handbook. Results showed that the level of self-reliance menilitian PEW group is still low. This isreflected in the level of independence that is still low, both in terms of independence inthe administration, self-reliance and independence in the management of the assets. PEW group of selfsufficiency level is still low, due to several factors, namely: (1) Capacity Board PEW Group is still low (2) The lack of participation of members of the Group, and (3) lack of stakeholder support. Another factor that still require serious treatment that can increase self-reliance PEW Group is a factor Assistance Group Implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation during implementation is still lacking.</p>
