The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of display production to consumer satisfaction at Togamas Supratman Bandung. The research method used descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used library research and field research in the form of non-participant observation, structured interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. For data analysis used validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing, correlation coefficient X on Y, significant test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination. The obstacles faced at Togamas Bandung are the lack of space and making it difficult to arrange displays, product especially interior displays which are used to organize various types of products in one display with large quantities and the lack of employee attention regarding product in inputting or scanning product. While the efforts made at Togamas Supratman Bandung, namely by reducing the number of displays, returning to distributors, checking scanned of products.

Abstrak-Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode perhitungan pph 21 Gaji pegawai tetap terhadap laba pada PT. ABC. Data penelitian diperoleh penulis melalui penelitian lapangan baik dengan cara observasi maupun wawancara serta didukung dengan peneltian pustaka. Metode Analisis yang digunakan penulis adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang bersifat komparatif  yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penerapan PPH21. Dari Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang digunakan adalah 3 yaitu metode yang di tanggung karyawan, metode yang ditanggung perusahaan dan metode grossup. Kata Kunci : Perhitungan PPh 21, Laba  Abstract - The objective to be achieved from this research is to find out the pph 21 calculation method for salaries of permanent employees to profits at PT. A B C. The research data obtained by the author through field research both by observation and interview and supported by library research. The analysis method used by the author is a comparative descriptive analysis method that is by collecting data and information relating to the application of PPH21. In this study there are two variables, namely variable X (NPL) and Y variable (CR). This research was conducted to determine the effect of NPL on CR Bank BPR Kertaraharja. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to identify how the influence of NPL and how big CR is at Kertaraharja Rural Bank. While the verification of the analysis to identify the problem is how much influence the NPL has on the CR of BPR Kertraharja bank. This research was conducted at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank office. This research was conducted using a sample based on Purpose Sampling. The hypothesis of this study is that NPL has an effect on CR at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank. To measure the effect of these variables using Simple Linear Regression with the help of the application software system SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, it was concluded that there was a significant influence between NPLs on CR banks, this was based on regression analysis with the equation Y = 24,985 - 1,312X. In correlation there is a fairly strong relationship between NPL and bank CR with a value of 0.680. Then the coefficient of determination (KD) is obtained that the NPL affects the CR with a value of 46.3%. Test the hypothesis of this study in which the t count of 4,147 is greater than the t table value of 2012. Then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that NPL has a strong influence on bank CR.

Kafalah is a guarantee of a guarantor, either in the form of self assurance and treasure to the second party in relation to the rights and obligations of both parties that the other party. In banking sector, implementation of the concept is well known as a bank guarantee, which is a guarantee in the form of paper issued by the bank which resulted in the obligation to pay to the party receiving the collateral if the guaranteed party breach the contract. This article aims to study the implementaion of kafalah product at BMI Banda Aceh including strategies in preventing risks related the products. It also examines the implementation of kafalah from an Islamic perspective. In finding the answer, this article employes qualitative approach. Data was collected through field research and library research which was then analized using descriptive analysis method. The results show that the product kafalah undertaken by BMI Branch of Banda Aceh is a form of insurance that includes guaranteed tender, performance bonds, warranties advance, and guarantee maintenance with a deposit of 100% cash collateral to the insurance value is small and a deposit of 60% of fixed asset plus 40% cash collateral for eprtanggungan whose value is greater than the value of the desired assurance customers. Moreover, the client or the insured must enter into cooperation agreements with project leaders to work on a particular project. Tips management undertaken by BMI Branch Banda is analyzing the customer or contractor using character analysis and collateral is more dominant than the overall analysis of 5C, because the BMI-related risks faced by the provision of guarantees / kafalah is credit risk and reputation risk. Crackers are snack products made from tapioca starch dough or the addition of other permitted food stuffs. Crakers are widely known to have a distinctive taste and cn be accepted by everyone. The level and type needs and desires of the consumer can be different from one another, which led to the choice of opening up business opportunities became more and more bigger, election reasons and election objectives and factors to be considered in a business venture on each consumer are also different. Other that, determine which segments the market shares are located and identify consumers into segments of a particular segment as well as identify targets what is achieved and its position. In order to support the success of research to be conducted in the cracker processing industry UD. Sukma CAP MD which is where the first step of the research to be done before doing the research is a literature study to find a reference about segmentation analysis, targeting, positioning to consumer satisfaction and using descriptive analysis method, test validity, test reliability, test normality data, multiple linier regression analysis and co efficient of determination. The results showed that the test validity and reliability test on the data processed to produce valid and real data, with multiple linier regression values of vaue  Y = -0,8266 + 0,3452x1+ 0,3795x2 + 0,1333x3 + 0,0904x4 and coefficient of determination () greatest 0,4624%. This shows that 46,24% great customer loyalty. Value of determination of 0,4624% ahows that the product of independent variables is considered to have only a small simultaneous effect on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Price Discount on Impulse Buying at Labello Store Medan, determine the effect of In-Store Display on Impulse Buying at Labello Store Medan, determine the effect of Price Discount and In-Store Display on Impulse Buying at Labello Store Medan. The research methodology used descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Labello Store Medan and its observation unit are customers of Labello Store Medan as many as 980 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study was the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is by data collection techniques through library research and field research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypothesis is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that 94.20% of the Impulse Buying variable is influenced by Price Discount and In-Store Display variables, while the remaining 5.80% is explained by the influence of other factors variables outside the model such as fashion involvement, positive emotion, store image and social media.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities on Occupancy Rate at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan). The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) and its observation unit are guests from PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan). The population in this study were guests from PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) as many as 61,565 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounts to 100 respondents. The research method used is by data collection techniques through library research and field research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). From the analysis obtained a regression analysis Room Occupancy = 0.004 +0.2286 Price + 0.744 Online Customer Review + 0.271 Facilities + e. The results of the t test show that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount 3.872 > ttable 1.984, Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount 6.910 > ttable 1.984 and Facilities variables have a positive and significant effect on Room Occupancy at PT. Karya Cipta Pesona (Aryaduta Medan) where tcount is 3.753 > ttable 1.984. The results of the F test show that Fcount 61.749  > Ftable 2.70 that means the independent variables Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities simultaneously influence the dependent variable Occupancy. The determination coefficient test results (R2) indicate that 65.90% of Occupancy variables are influenced by Price, Online Customer Review and Facilities variables, while the remaining 34.10% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as Service Quality and Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling and Direct Marketing on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Toko Rezeki Wijaya and its observation unit are customers of Toko Rezeki Wijaya. The population in this study is amount to 65 of Toko Rezeki Wijaya customers. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study was saturated samples and amounted to 65 respondents. The research method used is by data collection techniques through library research and field research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The t-test results show that the Personal Selling variable has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya and the Direct Marketing variable have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya.

This study aims to analyze whether the performance of regional financial management influences economic growth in Depok City, analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management influences unemployment in Depok City, and analyzes whether the performance of regional financial management affects poverty in Depok City with the 2006 study period- 2015 The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression statistical analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it can be proven that the performance of regional financial management (independence ratio) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.046 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of 1.883. Then the performance of regional financial management has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, this can be seen from the value of sig. 0.030 <0.05 with a regression coefficient of -6.864. But the performance of regional financial management has no significant effect on poverty, this can be seen from the sig. 0.065> 0.05 with a regression coefficient of -0.512. This can be due to the still high income gap in the community, so that the increasing regional income has not been able to significantly reduce poverty in Depok.

Sports Tourism as a segment is growing exponentially in Brazil. The sports mega-events that occurred in the period from 2007 to 2016 helped strengthen this sector significantly. This article examined tourism mobility during the Summer Olympic Games Rio 2016, hosted by the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This study expands the understanding of the relationship between tourism and city infrastructure, therefore being relevant to academics, professionals of the area and to the whole society due to its multidisciplinary field. The existence of a relationship between means of transportation and the Olympic regions as well as tourist attractions for a possible legacy was observed. Data were collected from official sources, field research and through participant-observation and semi structured interviews. Data were coded and analyzed. The results indicate that the city was overall successful in its execution of sufficient mobility. New means of transportation were added and others updated. BRT's (Bus Rapid Transit) were the main use of mass transport to Olympic sites. However, a lack of public transport access was observed for the touristic sites.
