In a scientific and economic experiment, it was studied the effect of the multifunctional probiotic preparation Bionorm K on the stabilizing digestion process and dairy cow milk productivity-increasing during the transition from one ration composition to another. The probiotic drug Bionorm K is a multi-strain product, which consists of 14 strains of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus. Moreover, it has a protective shell, which retains the microorganism activity after passing the acid barrier of the cow's abomasum. It was found that the diet probiotic addition is advisable to start from the first day after calving and continues for 45 days in a dose of 5 g per head per day. The experimental group animals outpaced the control animals by the consumption of dry matter of the diet by 2.6 %. At the same time, the likelihood of developing digestive disorders and the incidence of diarrhea is reduced by 2-2.5 times. At the end of the studies, none of the cows suffered from digestive upsets. Besides, cows, which injected the probiotic to the ration, had improved the ruminative processes due to an increase in the frequency of their contractions compared to the control. Already on the fifth day, the number of ruminal contractions at the experimental animals was 12.5% higher than the control. The higher intensity of rumen work at the experimental cows was maintained during the entire time of probiotic addition into the diet, although the difference with the control was constantly decreasing. The feed probiotic addition promotes a gradual increase in milk production by 7.64 % and an increase in the fat level in milk by 0.02 % compared to the control. At the same time, feed costs of 1 kg of milk decreased by 5.6 %. The probiotic stabilizes the biochemical composition of the cow blood quickly and increases the gamma globulin level at blood serum, which indicates an increase in the immune status of cows in the experimental group.

Reasil® Humic Vet is a liquid water-soluble feed additive with complex action. The aim of our research was to study the effect of the liquid feed additive "Reasil® Humic Vet" on the productive qualities and the digestibility of nutrients in compound feed by laying hens. The drug was drunk for 14 days with a break between courses of 7 days at a dose of 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75 ml / 1 liter of water. The highest egg production was obtained in chickens, the second experimental group -84.69%. The weight of 1 egg in this group also turned out to be higher than -63, 10 g. All this led to an increase in the egg weight to 31.09 kg, while reducing feed costs to 2.17 kg. The digestibility of organic matter in the experimental groups was 75.45, 75.44 and 75.37%, which is significantly higher than in the control group by 0.66, 0, 67 and 0.59%, respectively (P <0.05). The drug used with a high degree of reliability stimulated an increase in the digestibility coefficients of protein, fat, fiber (P <0.01) in chickens from 1 and 2 experimental groups. Increasing the amount of the supplement to the maximum dose did not significantly affect protein digestibility. Fat, fiber and dry matter in general in the 3rd experimental group had digestibility coefficients, the difference of which with those of the control group was confirmed by biometric processing (P <0.05 and 0.01).

The results of research aimed at studying the effect of the probiotic preparation "Propionic" on the quantitative and qualitative composition of the intestinal microbiocenosis of broiler chickens are presented. The probiotic microflora is represented by a multi-strain culture of propionic acid bacteria of the species Propionibacterium freudenreichii spp., which are strong antagonists relative to conditional-pathogenic and pathogenic microflora. This preparation has a liquid form, so the probiotic microorganisms included in its composition are in an active state and begin to act immediately after the probiotic enters the bird's organism, thereby increasing the effectiveness of its effect on its own microflora of the gastrointestinal tract. The object of research in our work was broiler chickens aged from 30 to 40 days. To conduct the experiment using the method of analog groups, control and experimental groups of 10 heads each were formed. The duration of the experiment was 10 days. During the entire experiment, the chickens of both groups received identical full-fledged compound feeds corresponding in composition and nutritional value to their age. The difference between the groups was that the poultry of the experimental group additionally received a probiotic as part of the diet, the daily dose of which was 3.9 ml per head. After 10 days, the litter was collected from each bird, which was later subjected to bacteriological analysis. Based on the results of the experiment, it was found that the use of the preparation "Propionic" in the experimental group had a stimulating effect on the number of lacto- and bifidobacteria and simultaneously reduced the content of Escherichia coli spp. and Clostridium spp. in the large intestine, thereby helping to maintain the balance of microflora in the norm.

Aim. Development of KR-1 concentrate compound feed compositions with the inclusion of malt sprouts, determination of the optimal rates for the introduction of malt sprouts into the compound feed for calves aged 10-75 days. Materials and Methods. In the course of the study, zootechnical, biochemical and mathematical methods of analysis were used. The obtained digital material was processed by the method of variation statistics, taking into account the Student's t-test, using the Microsoft Excel software package. Results. On the basis of the control feedings carried out for the period of the experiment, the actual diet of calves was established, which consisted of 64-67% milk and 24-25% of the starter compound feed. The rest of the ration consisted of corn and oats, cereal-legume hay and forb haylage. In terms of nutritional value and metabolic energy content, the differences between the groups were minimal from 2.27 feed. Units and 21 mj in 1 control up to 2.3 feed. Units and 21.7 mj in 2 experimental. The results of groups 3 and 4 were within the ranges listed above. The difference in the consumption of dry matter is slightly greater, so in the control group – 1396 g, in the experimental group it is 5.6-6.9% more. The higher consumption of compound feed by the experimental animals also contributed to the higher level of protein in the diet of 322-324 g versus 306 g in the control. As a result of feeding various mixed fodders, it was found that the sugar-protein ratio was 1.04 in the control, in the experimental ones it was at the level of 0.98-1.0, the energy-protein ratio was 0.3, the gross energy of the diet was 28.4 mj in the control. Experienced 29.9-30.2 mj, the coefficient of energy use to maintain 0.8, the ratio of calcium to phosphorus in all diets was 1.24-1.27 Conclusion. The highest productivity was noted in calves of the 2nd experimental group containing 5% malt sprouts in the compound feed, which amounted to an average of 806 g per head per day for 65 days of the experiment. Increase in the concentration of malt sprouts in compound feed by 5 and 10 pp. reduced live weight gain by 1.4 and 7.5%, respectively. Given that the 5% level in compound feed allowed an increase in growth by 9.3%. This influence, both positive in the 2nd experimental group, and negative in the 3rd and 4th groups, was also reflected in the feed costs for obtaining an increase, decreasing them by 7.3% and increasing by 2.3 and 8.5%, respectively. As a result, the expenditures of metabolic energy per 1 kg of gain in the control group were lower than in 3 and 4 experimental groups, the same tendency persisted in the consumption of crude protein for gain. More detailed indicators of the energy efficiency of the fed rations showed that the energy gain was 8.05 MJ in the 2 experimental group, which was fed with compound feed with 5% malt sprouts, the second result was a control of 7.1 MJ, and the 3 and 4 experimental groups were 1.5 and 9 , 2% were lower, respectively. The expenditures of exchange energy per 1 MJ in the increase in live weight in the 2 experimental group were lower than the control indicator by 0.26 MJ, and in the 3 experimental group – by 0.39 and in the 4 – by 0.64 MJ higher.
