The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the work performance of employees in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district. The sample in this study was 123 employees, using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) as a data analysis technique. This study concludes that motivation, self-efficacy, and professionalism have a significant effect on leadership style, while competence does not significantly affect leadership style. Leadership style and motivation do not significantly affect work performance, while self-efficacy, professionalism and competence significantly affect work performance. This study provides information that in order to improve employees' work performance, strong leadership is needed and can provide motivation that increases confidence in the ability of employees and also increases professionalism in carrying out duties and responsibilities as a civil servant. Competence is a necessity that must be owned by all employees (civil servants) who are given responsibility by the leadership.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence trust and knowledge and their impact on compliance in paying zakat, a case study on lecturers who teach in Langkat Regency. The data analysis technique used is the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on variance (PLS) with the help of wrapPLS program analysis. This type of research is quantitative, using latent data as a predictor. The research data was obtained by using a questionnaire either in person or online. The findings in this study are the income variable has a positive and significant effect on compliance in paying zakat. Furthermore, the religiosity variable has a positive and significant effect on compliance in paying zakat

Counter Productive Work Behaviour (CWB) is vibrant phenomena existing in contemporary workplace setting which has to be encountered. This study explores the Psychological Capital (PC) interference towards controlling CWB. Study structure was based on quantitative and cross sectional research. Questionnaires were distributed amid 240 workers of SNGPL KPK, Pakistan. Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) besides regression plus correlation techniques was applied for data analysis. The outcomes of study explore that there occurs solid affirmative correlation amid PC interference in the direction of controlling CWB. The forthcoming research zone is also integrated in this study.

Effective and efficient governance is demanded in this competitive globalization era. Work performance of bureaucrats that still does not meet people’s expectation is still experienced by the people. That problem can be reduced by  the implementation of the ministerial regulation on civil servants and bureaucratic reform number:Kep/33/M.PAN/7/2011. It regulates the placement of civil servants and has been applied by the Office for Housing Facilities Bali Province. Its bureaucrats were placed in the positions according to their knowledge, educational background, and expertise and skills so that they work and serve the people better. The writer used perspctective qualitative approach to identify the phenomenon.  Primary and secondary data were collected through observation and interview, and analysed with interactive data analysis technique (Miles, Hubernam, and Saldana 2014). Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the indicators that were used to assign a civil servant in a certain position in this office were knowledge, skills, and expertise. Abstrak: Kinerja para birokrat sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Profesionalisme mereka semakin dituntut oleh masyarakat yang semakin kritis dan oleh era globalisasi yang mengharuskan setiap orang bekerja dengan cepat dan tepat. Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negera dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor:Kep/33/M.PAN/7/2011 tanggal 7 Juli 2011 tentang pedoman Analisis Jabatan adalah salah satu hal mendasar untuk mewujudkan kinerja birokrat yang sesuai tuntutan jaman. Penempatan sumber daya aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang diterapkan  pada  Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Bali, yang telah menerapkan penempatan sumber daya manusianya yang sesuai seperti posisi jabatan kepala bidang maupun kepala seksi yang memenuhi standar kompetensi. Penempatan tersebut harus dilakukan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, keahlian atau keterampilan, dan pengalaman. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini, penulis menggunakan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Dari riset yang sudah dilaksanakan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan belum berpengaruh pada penempatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kantor Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Bali.

Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi baik buruknya kinerja  karyawan salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai intervining, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap sebanyak 60 orang. Analisa data dengan SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) pengujian dilakukan dengan software smart PLS. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Gaya kepemimpnan transaksional tidak bepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan sebagai intervining. Saran menggunakan sistem remunerasi agar kepuasan tercapai lebih baik.Kata kunci ; Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan karyawan; Pustaka : 36 (1990–2014) Factors that can affect both the poor performance of employees one of which is the style of leadership. This study was conducted to determine whether transactional leadership style has influence on performance and job satisfaction as intervining, the influence of job satisfaction on nurse performance RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi used is inpatient nurses as many as 60 people. Data analysis with SEM (structure equation modeling) testing is done with smart software PLS. The results obtained in this study: (1) Transactional leadership style has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (2) Transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Satisfaction does not affect to employee's performance, (4) Transactional leadership style does not affect to employee performance through satisfaction as intervining. This research aims to know the influences of supervisory work discipline against civil servants in the provincial secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi. The population of this research is the entire civil servant in the provincial secretariat Indonesia amounted to 210 people. The sample in this research were 53 respondents. Method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows 24. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work performance, knowing the effect of self efficacy on work performance and knowing the effect of work motivation and self efficacy together on work performance. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was the lectures at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To find out the effect simultaneously used the F test, and to determine the effect partially used the t test. The results showed that motivation partially influences the work performance of lecturers, self efficacy partially influences the work performance of the lecturer, motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence the work performance of the lecturer.Keywords: motivation, self efficacy, work performance

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. While the rest (100% - 24,7% = 75,3%) can be explained by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Career Performance, Democratic Leadership Style, Work Discipline
