Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are economic institutions that have a strategic role in improving the village economy. However, BUMDes operational activities often face obstacles that cause BUMDes not to run as they should. This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital, organizational culture, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of BUMDES. The population in this study was 242 BUMDes scattered in Kampar Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by selecting active BUMDes. Respondents in this study were BUMDes managers. Of the 140 active BUMDes, 120 BUMDes participated in this research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed online via a google form. The results of data analysis using WarpPLS 7.0 show that human capital, organizational culture, and entrepreneurial orientation positively affect the performance of BUMDes. This research implied that knowledge and expertise possessed by managers and applying them will further improve the performance of BUMDes. It is also important for commitment, loyalty, and trying to give the best in implementing organizational culture. Creativity in innovating, being proactive, and having the courage to take risks and work hard are also crucial in managing BUMDes. Based on the research limitation, it is suggested that further research can expand the research area and use other variables that can affect the performance of BUMDes, such as innovation or leadership style.

Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance Company Regional Transportation Services Bogor City. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with data collection technique through library data and field study conducted with questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is 60 rich people. Data analysis method used is product moment correlation coefficient, partial correlation, multiple, and multiple regression by using computer application to know whether or not strong relationship between variables is organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. Based on the result of research indicate that there is significant influence between work culture to employee performance as evidenced by result t arithmetic = 3,485> t table = 2,002 and big influence given by organizational culture equal to 20,3%, and significant influence between compensation to employee performance evidenced by the results t arithmetic = 3.042> t table = 2,002 and the magnitude of the effect given by the compensation of 12.3%, and there is a significant influence between organizational culture and compensation on employee performance as evidenced by the test results F arithmetic = 11.408> F table = 3.159 and the magnitude of the influence given by organizational culture and compensation of 14.4%. Based on the results of existing research suggested the company should improve the quality of work and to evaluate the compensation for employees in the company, so that employees are expected to further improve in efforts to achieve performance.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. (2) Leadership style, work culture and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses SEM analysis. Based on the results of research with a hypothesis testing variables transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. From the PLS test results, it is known that transformational leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Competence has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Transformational leadership style has a direct effect on Compensation, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on Compensation, Competence has a direct effect on Compensation and Transformational leadership style, organizational culture and competence have an effect on job satisfaction through compensation.

This study determined the effect of principal’s leadership style and motivation on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Babat Toman District. This research used a quantitative method with the type of correlational research. The study population was 160 people. The sample was 80 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that (1) the principal's leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at the State Elementary School in Babat Toman; (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance; and (3) the principal's leadership style and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance of Public Elementary Schools in Babat Toman.

The critical role Small and Medium Enterprises play in the economic prosperity of nations cannot be understated. SMEs actively contribute towards economic growth and development through their active role as innovators and agents for change. The authors of this paper believe that leadership styles exercised by SME owners have a bearing on the innovative ability of SMEs. Hence, this paper aimed at investigating the impact of leadership styles on the entrepreneurial orientation of SMEs in Polokwane Municipality. A quantitative research method was used and 103 SMEs participated in the survey. The random sampling technique was used. Self-administered questionnaires were utilised to collect data in a survey. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and regression analysis. Reliability of the data collection instruments was measured using the Cronbach’s alpha. The results indicated that the SMEs display average levels of entrepreneurial orientation. In addition, the results showed that SMEs display average levels of leadership styles inclined towards transformational leadership style. Furthermore, the results showed a significant positive relationship between the independent variables: leadership styles with the dependent variable (EO) of SMEs. SMEs were recommended to provide flexible leadership styles that will make EO to flourish in their businesses. Furthermore, the policy makers and relevant authorities were recommended to devise and implement a consortium of strategies and policies that can increase the level of entrepreneurial orientation among SMEs in South Africa.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at UPTD Baltekkomdik Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Data collection of this study through the distribution of questionnaires to 26 respondents using total sampling technique, where the entire sample population. Based on the result of research indicate that variable of Leadership Style T count equal to 7,951> T table 1,688 and level of significance T smaller than 0,05 (sig. 0,000 <0,05) hence Ha accepted. While the Organizational Culture variable T count is 0.699 0,05) then H0 is accepted. can be partially inferred leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture partially no significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the readiness of the Kampar Regency Government in implementing PP No. 12 of 2019. The population in this study is all SKPD in the Kampar district, amounting to 48 SKPD. The sampling technique using saturated sampling method. A total of 112 respondents participated in the research consisting of Budget User Proxy, Technical Implementation Officials of Activities, Head of Finance Subdivision, and Financial Staff Staff. The data collection technique is carried out by using questionnaires which is sent directly to the respondent. The results of the analysis using multiple regressions show Human Resource Competence, Utilization and Use of Technology and Information, Leadership Style affects Readiness in Implementation of Government Regulation No.12 of 2019. The results of this study have contributed to the government in preparing for the implementation of regulatory changes.

<p>The aim of this study is to examine the positive effect of social capital, human capital, reputational capital on business growth on women entrepreneurs in Jakarta dan Tangerang. Intangible assets are widely regarded as a key success factor for business growth in various countries. The growth of women's businesses in developing countries is still rare to find, but in recent years women have been seen to be more active in terms of entrepreneurship and business with women's ownership continues to grow to this day. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used an electronic questionnaire via Google Form, consisting of 31 indicators and the number of respondents was 201 respondents who are women and currently have businesses. The analytical method used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0, and in distributing the questionnaire, this study uses judgment sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that social capital has a positive effect on business growth, human capital has a positive effect on business growth, individual reputation capital has a negative effect on business growth, and organization reputational capital has a positive effect on business growth.</p>
