Aceptado el 4 de marzo del 2020 DOI: https://doi.org/10.33017/RevECIPeru2020.0006/ Resumen La investigación planteó como objetivos la remediación de suelos agrícolas contaminados con plomo que conforme a un análisis preliminar presentaba 99.7 mg/Kg. El lugar donde se encuentran estos suelos corresponde a la zona de Roma Baja, distrito de Carabayllo, Lima. De este lugar se obtuvieron las muestras para realizar el trabajo de investigación científica buscando su remediación mediante la técnica de electrorremediación. La electrorremediación es la técnica donde se utiliza la corriente eléctrica acompañada de electrodos y adicionando algú+ tipo de electrolito para la movilización de los aniones y cationes. El trabajo experimental consistió en tres etapas (27 unidades experimentales) donde cada etapa comprendió 9 unidades experimentales, éstas fueron sometidas a diferentes tiempos e intensidad de corriente. Para la investigación se empleó 45 kg de muestra de suelo agrícola, 57 electrodos de acero, dos tipos de electrolitos orgánicos de ácido acético y acetato de amonio ambos a 0.001 M, en celdas de polietileno de alta densidad. El resultado en porcentaje de remoción de plomo se presentó en la tercera etapa de tratamiento al cabo de 30 minutos a 30V, siendo de 55.99% en relación al ECA de suelos (70 mg/kg). De esta manera se verificó que el método propuesto es viable su aplicación para solucionar suelos contaminados. Descriptores: Electrorremediación, plomo, suelo agrícola, tiempo y remoción. Abstract The research set as objectives the remediation of agricultural soils contaminated with lead that according to a preliminary analysis presented 99.7 mg / kg. The place where these soils are located corresponds to the area of Roma Baja, Carabayllo district, Lima. From this place the samples were obtained to carry out the scientific research work seeking its remediation by means of the electroremediation technique. Electroremediation is the technique where electric current is used accompanied by electrodes and adding some type of electrolyte for the mobilization of anions and cations. The experimental work consisted of three stages (27 experimental units) where each stage comprised 9 experimental units, these were subjected to different times and current intensity. For the investigation, 45 kg of agricultural soil sample, 57 steel electrodes, two types of organic acetic acid and ammonium acetate electrolytes were used, both at 0.001 M, in high density polyethylene cells. The result in percentage of lead removal was presented in the third stage of treatment after 30 minutes at 30V, being 55.99% in relation to the soil ECA (70 mg/kg). In this way it was verified that the proposed method is feasible for its application to solve contaminated soils. Keywords: Electrorremediation, lead, agricultural land, time and remotion.

This paper reviews contamination status, sources and remediation of Cd in agricultural land in Mae Sot District, Tak Province, Northwestern Thailand. The Cd contamination becamean environmental issue because mining of a Zn deposit area located uphill of the Mae Tao creekscaused movement of Cd and Zn along the creek to contaminate agricultural soils downstream. Blood Cd levels of residents in this contaminated area were found to exceed the national average of 0.5 μg g-1creatinine. The main route of Cd exposure in this area is the consumption of rice locally grown in this Cd contaminated area. Remediation of Cd-contaminated soils is therefore necessary to reduce public health risks. Remediation technologies considered include chemicalremediation and phytoremediation.

Global climatic changes, technogenic pollution by pollutants, violations of technologies of exploitation of reclaimed land lead to a decrease in fertility and soil degradation of agricultural land. Adverse weather conditions, resulting in a lack of adequate flood water, and economic difficulties in agriculture make it difficult to fill the deficit of organic matter and macronutrients in reclaimed alluvial soils. The monitoring of agrochemical properties of alluvial meadow medium-loamy soil of the stationary site (reclaimed lands of JSC «Moskovskoye» of Ryazan region), located in the floodplain of the Oka river, conducted by the Meshchersky branch of Vniigim, showed the presence and intensification of degradation changes in the soil. Thus, comparing the agrochemical indicators in the layer 0–20 cm, carried out in 1995, with the indicators of 2019, it should be noted a decrease in soil fertility. The decrease in soil quality was expressed in a decrease in the amount of mobile phosphorus by 37.6 %, mobile potassium by 53.3 %. Also, during this time there was a decrease in organic matter by 9.1 %, and an increase in soil acidity was 0.6 pH. As a result of such changes, soils lose ecological stability and become more vulnerable to adverse weather and negative anthropogenic impacts. In such a situation, advanced agricultural techniques should be actively used to obtain guaranteed, environmentally safe crop yields and restore the fertility of degraded reclaimed soils. In this regard, there is a need to develop innovative methods of fertility restoration of degraded alluvial soils in reclaimed lands using multi-component organic-mineral ameliorants. Meshchersky branch performs research work in addressing this issue.

Critics have argued that Elizabeth Gaskell's first novel, Mary Barton (1848), is split by a conflict between the modes of realism and romance. But the conflict does not render the novel incoherent, because Gaskell surpasses both modes through a utopian narrative that breaks with the conflict of form and gives coherence to the whole novel. Gaskell not only depicts what Thomas Carlyle called the ‘Condition of England’ in her work but also develops, through three stages, the utopia that will redeem this condition. The first stage is romantic nostalgia, a backward glance at Eden from the countryside surrounding Manchester. The second stage occurs in Manchester, as Gaskell mixes romance with a realistic mode, tracing a utopian drive toward death. The third stage is the utopian break with romantic and realistic accounts of the Condition of England and with the inadequate preceding conceptions of utopia. This third stage transforms narrative modes and figures a new mode of production.

The monograph highlights the main stages of development of agricultural research land reclamation work in Ukraine, one of the founders, creators and developers of which was Professor D.O. Dzhovani. The scientific, scientific-organizational and pedagogical activities of the well-known domestic scientist was described, who is an iconic figure for the formation of experimental reclamation work in Ukraine and abroad. The professor laid the scientific-organizational and conceptual principles, in particular the state legislative acts of development of the scientific direction of agro-amelioration in Ukraine and Russia during the 20-30's of the 20th century. He is the author of a number of scientific papers in the field of experimental land reclamation, author of the first textbook in Ukrainian for agricultural courses "Reclamation legislation: a guide for the agricultural schools"(1927). D.O. Dzhovani was personally involved in the opening of a number of reclamation stations in the research network of Ukraine. He was a member of the Scientific & Advisory Board (SAB) on the construction of Dniprelstan and the Special Commission on Dniprelstan at the Agricultural Scientific Committee of Ukraine. The scientist is one of the founders of the Ukrainian Scientific & Research Institute of Agricultural Land Reclamation. The available archival documents attest to his significant contribution to the establishment and subsequent functioning of this institution. After forced emigration to Great Britain, he continued to supplement his inventions and research in the field of agriculture, until the end of his days he did not lose active interest in the business of his life – land reclamation and swamp culture. This edition also contains bibliographic descriptions of his works, written personally and in co-authorship, reports on scientific activities, scientific & popular publications. The book is recommended for scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, specialists in agricultural science, all those who are interested in the history of agricultural research work development.

In the present paper are presented the experimental results of biomass gasification, the biochair was produced from vineyards by controlled pyrolysis at 750 �C, in order to increase the fertility of soils, it was found the increase of the fertility produced by the development of the vegetables in the soil to which was added biochar. Soil was added to soil 4 g/dm3 biochar, 8 g/dm3 biochar, the soil had no high humidity, was taken at a time when it had not rained for at least one week, the soil pH was 8, in the soil with 8 g/dm3 biochar the plants increased compared to the soil with 4 g/dm3 and the soil without biochar. The biochar resulting from pyrolysis and gasification processes is a valuable amendment to agricultural soils and an efficient and economical way to seize carbon. Using biochar it is possible to increase the diversity of agricultural land in an environmentally sound way in areas with depleted soils, limited organic resources and insufficient water for development. Helps to soil carbon sequestration with negative CO2 balance, increases the productive potential of agricultural ecosystems.

Chromium is an element that possess several oxidation states and can easily pass from one to another, so its behavior in soils is very complex. For this reason, determining its fate in the environment can be difficult. In this research work we tried to determine which factors affect the chromium fractionation in natural soils, conditioning chromium mobility. We paid special attention to the parent material. For this purpose, extraction experiments were carried out on spiked soils incubated for 50–60 days, using H2O, CaCl2 and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA). The most efficient extraction rate in all soils was achieved using water, followed by CaCl2 and DTPA. We obtained models with an adjusted R2 of 0.8097, 0.8471 and 0.7509 for the H2O Cr, CaCl2 Cr and DTPA Cr respectively. All models were influenced by the amount of chromium added and the parent material: amphibolite and granite influenced the amount of H2O Cr extracted, and schist affected the other two fractions (CaCl2 and DTPA). Soil texture also played an important role in the chromium extraction, as well as the amounts of exchangeable aluminum and magnesium, and the bioavailable phosphorus. We concluded that it is possible to make relatively accurate predictions of the behavior of the different Cr fractions studied, so that optimized remediation strategies for chromium-contaminated soils can be designed on the basis of a physicochemical soil characterization.

This study examined the criteria used by 138 Zambian children in their responses to Furth's non-verbal weight conservation test via posttest interviews. Thirty seven and seven tenths percent of the children responded by weight, 29% by size, 4.4% by size and weight, and 1.4% by size and shape. Others either did not respond at all or gave other nonrelevant responses. Of the conservers, 46% responded by weight while 53% responded by nonweight criteria. The remaining 1% gave nonrelevant responses. All were expected to respond by weight alone. These results raise some doubt about the validity of evidence for weight conservation among African children, based on Furth's non-verbal technique. To improve communication of the weight concept, it is recommended that this test be modified to include a pretraining in size-weight discrimination. A major obstacle to the effective use of the clinical method, by the non-indigenous, for the study of cognitive processes in Third World environment is the problem of verbal communication, so attempts are made to use non-verbal methods. One such attempt was made by Heron and Simonsson (3) who used Furth's non-verbal conservation test to study weight conservation by Zambian children. Furth (2) developed this technique for studying weight conservation of deaf children. It involves essentially three stages. The first requires practice with weights of different sizes. Second, there is practice with obviously equal and obviously unequal balls of plasticine. The third stage is the test. The two practice stages were to ensure that the children had fully understood that same weight was indicated by a horizontal movement of both hands simultaneously and that a judgment of heavier must be communicated by allowing the hand to fall sharply on the table.

Dalupa art emerged from the creative process of the people of West Aceh which can be stretched into three stages. First, Dalupa was originally a folk tale or folklore that was narrated from generation to generation. Second, the Dalupa then manifests (a person wearing the costume of a Dalupa character) so that it can be witnessed in person. At this stage, the Dalupa character does not manifest itself in the form of theater or dance. Its presence is only intended to entertain or enliven an event, such as weddings, processions, campaigns and so on. Third, the Dalupa character is presented by considering the dramatic element; arrangement of a series of events that tell the beginning of the appearance to the end of the Dalupa story. This study aims to record and describe how the process of creating the Dalupa art, as mentioned in the third stage. The method used is qualitative with the dramaturgy approach. This study shows the results that the art of Dalupa presents a story about the origin of the appearance of Dalupa with the manifestation of organized events. On this basis, it can be concluded that Dalupa art can be categorized as dramatic or theater art.Keywords: dalupa, creation process, dramatic, dramaturgy.AbstrakKesenian Dalupa muncul dari proses kreatif masyarakat Aceh Barat yang dapat direntangkan menjadi tiga tahap. Pertama, Dalupa mulanya merupakan cerita rakyat atau folklor yang dinarasikan secara turun-temurun. Kedua, Dalupa kemudian mewujud (seseorang yang mengenakan kostum tokoh Dalupa) sehingga dapat disaksikan secara langsung. Pada tahap ini, tokoh Dalupa mewujud tidaklah dalam bentuk kesenian teater atau tari. Kehadirannya hanya bertujuan untuk menghibur atau meramaikan suatu acara, seperti pernikahan, arak-arakan, kampanye dan sebagainya. Ketiga, tokoh Dalupa dihadirkan dengan mempertimbangkan unsur dramatika; penataan rangkaian peristiwa yang menceritakan awal kemunculan hingga akhir kisah Dalupa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencatat serta memaparkan bagaimana proses penciptaan kesenian Dalupa, sebagaimana disebut pada tahap ketiga. Metode yang dilaksanakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan dramaturgi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa kesenian Dalupa menyajikan cerita tentang asal mula kemunculan Dalupa dengan perwujudan peristiwa-peristiwa yang tertata.
