The Sunda Strait is one of the zones of the Eurasian plate encounters with fairly active Indian plates. This can be seen based on volcanic activity that occurred in the region of Mount Krakatau. But there are unique things that are important to learn is tectonic movement with geological forces that work to produce cracks in rocks, the formation of volcanoes and cracks that occur produce mineralized zones, especially in the Formation of Honje and Formation Cipacar and more widely known as Bayah Dome. The presence of mineralization of the Honje Formation and Cipacar Formation is particularly located in the District of Cimanggu, Mangku Alam Village, the existence of gold mining activities proves that the mineralization of the region has the potential of economy. The presence of mineralization will not be separated from the presence of rock fractures in the two formations that have different geological age of the Late Miocene and Plistocene. Both formations are hindered by the presence of unconformity fields. This study aims to prove the extent of tectonic activity occurring in the Honje Formation with the final Miocene age forwarded to the Cipacar Formation even though obstructed by the field of nonconformity with the results of field data processing based on the value of RMR and RQD value. Both parameters are also studied to determine the extent to which the RQD value determines the magnitude of the grade value of Gold (Au). The distribution of RMR value and rock RQD value is taken from 2 different rock units, ie, andesite rock units in Honje Formation and tuff rock units in Cipacar Formation, based on the data distribution around 125 RMR observation points and 117 RQD observation points in the field are processed by using method test the average difference of the two parameters from 2 different rock units. In addition, the RQD value was correlated to the high level of gold content using correlation regression test of 78 data content and RQD value. Results of processing and discussion of data indicate that between the value of RMR in andesit unit and tuff unit there is no difference in value means H0 accepted by tcount = 0.556 <ttable = 1.995, as well as the difference test average RQD value where the results show that there is no difference between the average value of RQD andesite rock units in Honje Formation and tuff rock units in Cipacar Formation with tcount = 1.714 <ttable = 1.995, based on the results of data processing it can be explained that the tectonic activity in Honje Formation with the final Miocene age is forwarded to Cipacar Formation even if obstructed the field of dissonance means that tectonic activity of the region is inferred as neotectonic activity of West Java. In addition, one more thing that can be concluded that the relationship of RQD with Gold content (Au) based on statistical test the greater the value of RQD then the value of gold content (Au) the greater the test results regression correlation value PValue (Significance) = 0.013 with the equation y = -0.715x + 75.882 value R2 42.39%. Because Significance value> 0.05 then H0 DENIED, so H1 accepted, where the higher the value of the Big Au content then the RQD Value the greater.

The Indonesian region has a high level of earthquake vulnerability when compared to other countries. This is because Indonesia's position is at the confluence of three large tectonic plates namely the Eurasian plate, the Indo-Australian plate, and the Pacific plate. The high level of earthquake susceptibility is evidenced by significant earthquake data from 2005 to 2009, which recorded 26 significant earthquakes over a period of 4.8 to 8.6 on the Richter scale. The earthquake also caused impacts including casualties, injuries, damage to houses and destruction of houses. The earthquake event grouping system is a system that functions to classify earthquake events based on two main parameters, namely earthquake strength parameters and earthquake impact parameters. The two parameters are grouped separately, so that the grouping process produces two kinds of grouping results. The stages of this system start from preprocessing data to eliminate noise, then take grouping parameters from the user in the form of the number of clusters, minimum error values, and the maximum iteration limit. Grouping is done using fuzzy c-means method. The grouping results are then displayed in table form and in the form of coordinates in Google Maps. The grouping of earthquake events has been tested by comparing the results of grouping systems with the results of manual grouping. Testing is done by inputting a number of different maximum iterations. Based on the test results it was found that the greater the maximum iteration value will affect the accuracy of grouping.

The studies were carried out with the aim of developing and implementing a module for determining the degree of cultivation and soil quality for geographic information systems using the example of “GIS Agroecologist Online”. The geoinformation system database includes a reference book of soil bonitet, depending on the type of soil, particle size distribution and degree of erosion. Based on this directory, the weighted average soil tolerance is calculated for the site. Soil subtypes that fall within the boundaries of the site can be viewed using the appropriate cartogram, as well as in the interface for viewing the soil erosion characteristics of the site, which displays information about the area of each soil subtype and its bonitet, the prevailing degree of erosion and particle size distribution. The calculation of the culture index is carried out in 2 stages according to the method of T.N. Kulakovskaya. First, a relative index is calculated for each indicator used to assess fertility, which is the ratio of the difference between the actual and minimum index to the difference between the optimal and minimum values of the indicator. At the second stage, the soil cultivation index is calculated, which is calculated as the average value of all relative indices. Based on the results of calculating fertility indicators for each site, a cartogram of the degree of cultivation is automatically built, which can be viewed in the context of the district, organization and department. On the cartogram, you can clearly see areas with each degree of cultivation. A high and medium soil cultivation index indicates a high level of fertility, and a very low and low indicates possible problems. Using this cartogram, it is easy to identify problem areas, if any. When monitoring the main indicators of soil fertility, this functionality is used for each cycle of agrochemical examination. This functionality can also be used in determining the cadastral value of the plot

The results of the studies highlight the usefulness of application of the concept of the desired type for herd of Jersey breed. The researches have conducted in the herd of the Jersey breed of «Dan-Milk» subsidiary of Chernyakhiv district of Zhytomyr region. Zootechnical and breeding records have been established at a high level. The implementation of various zootechnical and technological operations greatly facilitate by the introduction of the automated information system "Uniform Agri". The conditions for raising, feeding, keeping and using cows ensure the realization of their genetic potential for milk production. Milking of cows held on the "Parallel". Keeping cows unattached to rest boxes. The rations have made according to the physiological state and the level of productivity of the animals. The correspondence of the indices of first-calf cows of cognate groups, offspring of booger-breeders, differentiated groups by the value of the animals of the desired type was determined by the mean normalized deviation (t) in fractions of the mean square deviation (σ) according to the concept of the desired type by the method of M. Pelekhaty and L. Piddubna. The cows were characterized by 6 indicators of dairy productivity and 5 – reproductive ability of the first lactation. Improving the economically useful traits of cows to parameters of the desired type were carried out by using various breeding techniques. The offspring of bulls Headline 114114336 (t = -0.27) and DJ Jante 302761 (t = -0.30) had the best fit for the parameters of animals of the desired type according to the studied characteristics, the worst was Karl 67037285 (t = -0.77). As a result of researches it has been established that indices of cows of different cognate groups have characterized by less conformity to parameters of animals of the desired type, in comparison with the results of daughters of individual sires on the average value of normalized deviation. Cows of the Fallneva’s 593883 (+0.01) cognate group are closer in terms of reproducibility to animals of the desired type of cows, Surville’s 604694 (-0.06) are the least, and in the milk productivity, the Observer’s 553236 (-0.56) related group and Fallneva’s 593883 (-0.82), respectively. With the increase in the milk yield of Jersey cows, there was a decrease in the difference between the indices of animals of different groups with corresponding parameters of animals of the desired type. With the increase in the level of milking from 10 thousand. slightly better cows (t = +0.06) have observed for the parameters of the animals of the desired type, but this result is due to the very low reproductive ability of the cows and long lactation, which makes it impossible to repair the herd in time for its own young. In 36 cases out of the 55 cows with different levels of dairy productivity were significantly inferior to parameters of the animals of the desired type, accounting for 65.5% of the total number of comparisons. It is advisable to select animals with a milk yield of at least 9000 kg of milk, which will lead to an increase in the number of cows of the desired type in the herd. The most usefulness methods of creating a high-performance dairy herd for «Dan-Milk» subsidiary have been identified and presented. They identified the use of Jersey sires cows and the selection of cows by milk yield (the average normalized deviation on reproduction ability were -0.07 and -0.08, on the basis of dairy productivity -0.73 and -0.72).

A multisubunit RNA polymerase enzyme is ultimately responsible for transcription initiation and elongation of RNA, but recognition of the proper start site by the enzyme is regulated by general, temporal and gene-specific trans-factors interacting at promoter and enhancer DNA sequences. To understand the molecular mechanisms which precisely regulate the transcription initiation event, it is crucial to elucidate the structure of the transcription factor/DNA complexes involved. Electron spectroscopic imaging (ESI) provides the opportunity to visualize individual DNA molecules. Enhancement of DNA contrast with ESI is accomplished by imaging with electrons that have interacted with inner shell electrons of phosphorus in the DNA backbone. Phosphorus detection at this intermediately high level of resolution (≈lnm) permits selective imaging of the DNA, to determine whether the protein factors compact, bend or wrap the DNA. Simultaneously, mass analysis and phosphorus content can be measured quantitatively, using adjacent DNA or tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) as mass and phosphorus standards. These two parameters provide stoichiometric information relating the ratios of protein:DNA content.

SummaryThis study investigated the difference of [Ca2+]i movement in platelets in response to thrombin and TRAP. The involvement of αIIbβ3 in this signaling was also studied. Stimulation of platelets with thrombin at 0.03 U/ml caused platelet aggregation and a two-peak increase in [Ca2+]i. The second peak of [Ca2+]i, but not the first peak was abolished by the inhibition of platelet aggregation with αIIbβ3 antagonists or by scavenging endogenous ADP with apyrase. A cyclooxygenase inhibitor, aspirin, and a TXA2 receptor antagonist, BM13505, also abolished the second peak of [Ca2+]i but not the first peak, although these regents did not inhibit aggregation. Under the same assay conditions, measurement of TXB2 demonstrated that αIIbβ3 antagonists and aspirin almost completely inhibited the production of TXB2. In contrast to thrombin-stimulation, TRAP caused only a single peak of [Ca2+]i even in the presence of platelet aggregation, and a high level of [Ca2+]i increase was needed for the induction of platelet aggregation. The inhibition of aggregation with αIIbβ3 antagonists had no effect on [Ca2+]i change and TXB2 production induced by TRAP. Inhibition studies using anti-GPIb antibodies suggested that GPIb may be involved in the thrombin response, but not in the TRAP. Our findings suggest that low dose thrombin causes a different [Ca2+]i response and TXA2 producing signal from TRAP. Endogenous ADP release and fibrinogen binding to αIIbβ3 are responsible for the synthesis of TXA2 which results in the induction of the second peak of [Ca2+]i in low thrombin- but not TRAP-stimulated platelets.

Abstract: Chlorine is a green halogen-shaped halogen gas at normal temperature and serves as bleach, stain remover and disinfectant. Chlorine is now widely used for bleaching rice so that less quality rice looks like quality rice. Chlorine is very toxic and causes mucous membrane irritation, highly reactive and very powerful oxidizer. The purpose of this research was to determine the difference of chlorine level in chlorinated rice washed once, twice and 3 times. The sample in this study amounted to 11 samples calculated by replication formula. Each sample was treated 3 times, ie 1 washed once, 2 washed twice and washed 3 times. The samples then examined by iodometric titration method. Based on the results of the study using ANOVA test, 11 samples obtained the average value of chlorine after washed once amount of 0.0176%, after washed twice amount of 0.0111%, and after washed 3 times amount of 0.0052% with the value significance p = 0.03 (p <0.05) at 95% confidence level which means there was a significant difference between chlorine levels in chlorinated rice washed once, twice and 3 times.
