ABSTRAK Vaksianasi Covid-19 menjadi program nasional yang dicanangkan Pemerintah bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesa di ke 34 Provinsi, dimulai sejak 13 Januari 2021 dan ditargetkan rampung pada Desember 2021. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2021 dalam bentuk webinar kesehatan diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Keperawatan UPH bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif masyarakat untuk mengikuti vaksinasi. Kegiatan ditujukan bagi masyarakat umum dan diikuti oleh 227 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) Karakteristik Peserta: berasal dari berbagai Provinsi (mayoritas dari Banten yaitu sebanyak 22%), beragam profesi (mayoritas adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 62,6%), beragam jenjang pendidikan (mayoritas adalah S1 yaitu sebanyak 67,4%) dan berbagai usia (mayoritas adalah 17-25 tahun yaitu sebanyak 66,5%); 2) Gambaran pengetahuan peserta terkait vaksin COVID-19 sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rerata nilai pre-test sebesar 7.28 dan Nilai Median 7 yang kemudian meningkat pada post-test dengan rerata nilai 8.29 dan Nilai Median 9; 3) Sebanyak 207 (91,2%) peserta belum pernah terinfeksi COVID-19, sebanyak 220 (96,9%) peserta memiliki sikap positif (menilai penting) pemberian vaksin COVID-19, sebanyak 106 (46,7%) peserta mendapatkan informasi terkait vaksin COVID-19 dari media sosial, dan sebanyak 122 (53,7%) peserta belum pernah mendapatkan vaksin COVID-19; 4) Peserta antusias mengikuti webinar dari awal sampai akhir dan menilai kegiatan baik (memuaskan). Saran untuk lembaga mitra, agar dapat memanfaatkan media sosial secara maksimal untuk sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait vaksinasi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Imunitas, Masyarakat, Pemerintah, Vaksin  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 vaccination is a national program launched by the government for all Indonesians in 34 provinces beginning January 13, 2021 and expected to be completed in December 2021. A Community Service Activity (PkM) was held on June 4, 2021 in the form of a health webinar organized by The UPH Faculty of Nursing in collaboration with the Tangerang District Health Office and the Bali Provincial Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to support the government in achieving Covid-19 vaccination by increasing public awareness and positive attitudes toward vaccination. The activity was intended for the general public and had 227 participants. The results of the activity showed the following: 1) Characteristics of Participants: came from various provinces (the majority were from Banten, which was 22%), various professions (the majority were students, as many as 62.6%), various levels of education (the majority were Bachelors, namely 67.4%) and various ages (the majority are 17-25 years, which is 66.5%); 2) The description of participants' knowledge regarding the COVID-19 vaccine is good. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 7.28 and a median value of 7 which then increased in the post-test with an average value of 8.29 and a median value of 9; 3) A total of 207 (91.2%) participants had never been infected with COVID-19, as many as 220 (96.9%) participants had a positive attitude (judged it was important) to administer the COVID-19 vaccine, as many as 106 (46.7%) participants received information related to the COVID-19 vaccine from social media, and as many as 122 (53.7%) participants had never received the COVID-19 vaccine; 4) Participants participated enthusiastically in the webinar from start to finish and rated the activity as good (satisfactory). Suggestions for partner institutions to make the best use of social media for COVID-19 vaccination socialization and education. Keywords: COVID-19, Immunity, Society, Government, Vaccines

Purpose: SME is a business that has very good development potential. SMEs in Cipayung Urban Village, Depok City, West Java have various and high-quality products, but unfortunately amid the Covid-19 pandemic, promotion is hampered. This is due to the lack of partners' knowledge about online promotion by utilizing digital media. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide literacy about the promotional mix through online media which is expected to increase partner income. Method: The method used is educational FGD regarding the promotional mix, training on creating business social media accounts (WhatsApp and Facebook) and marketplace accounts (Tokopedia), as well as promotion strategy assistance. Result: The result of this community service activity is the partners' understanding of the promotional mix has increased. It can be seen from the pretest results with an average value of 5.98, increasing in the post-test results to 6.86. In addition, partners can carry out promotional practices through WhatsApp Status, create a Facebook account and create an Online Store on Tokopedia, then carry out promotions by posting product photos. Conclusion: Mentoring assistance activities can increase partners' knowledge about online marketing and can carry out practices regarding promotion through social media. The purpose of this community service activity was explained, so that parents, and the community in Kauman Village, Sedayu District, Gresik Regency, had more attention about the importance of assisting children in operating the Mobile Phone (HP), especially in accessing social media. The approach that will be applied in the implementation of this activity is the lecture and simulation methods. The activities that will be carried out are an explanation of the understanding, rules, and dangers that will come if the operation of a child without the assistance and education of a parent, parenting is done by providing how the application of parents who should, in assisting their children to play mobile or social media. From this parenting activity, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the community's understanding of the nature of parenting, and the implementation of parenting, the impacts that can occur. The increase was seen from the average value of the pre-test of 85%, which initially not many participants understood the positive and negative aspects of social media, this means that only 15% of participants knew the nature of parenting. After taking part in the training in parenting activities, the average post-test score rose to 92% of participants who understood parenting, and only 8% were left with low scores.

<p>Strategic and rapid efforts are needed to overcome the spread of Covid-19, one of them is by counseling through social media in order that scientific information is provided. The existence of so called Social Abdication Program of UNS in the form of  Field Work Lecture addresses this issue, takes a theme "Education on the Exercise of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) and the Use of Medicines Provision in the Context of Preventing Covid-19 in RT 01 RW 01 Klegenwonosari Village, Klirong, Kebumen". The program uses social media (online) due to its need to maintaining physical distancing. However it also uses direct face-to-face activities on program socialization. The results of this community service activity show that: 1) there is an public awareness about facts about Covid-19, 2) the application of PHBS and health tips, and understanding DAGUSIBU. Through quiz myths and fact, wider community can test their understanding of Covid-19 issues.</p>

The Covid-19 pandemic affects all sectors of life. The government has made various efforts to respond to the impact of the pandemic, but the success of government efforts is determined by public perceptions. Communities have an important role in shaping collective behavior in responding to pandemic disasters, there are people who respond well to pandemic disasters and there are people who underestimate pandemic disasters. The formation of public perceptions is caused by the lack of knowledge about the pandemic and the virus itself, so it is necessary to form public perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic through disaster risk management. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and public awareness as a preventive effort in shaping the public's perception of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out by means of socialization and training to the community in Suko Sewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the pre-test and post-test on the practical knowledge of the community showed an average increase of 85 percent. With these results, it can help the public in forming perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic and can transmit these perceptions to the surrounding community. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada semua sektor kehidupan. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam merespons dampak pandemi tersebut akan tetapi keberhasilan upaya pemerintah ditentukan oleh persepsi masyarakat. Masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kolektif dalam merespons bencana pandemi, terdapat masyarakat yang menyikapi bencana pandemi dengan baik dan terdapat masyarakat yang menganggap remeh bencana pandemi. Pembentukan persepsi masyarakat disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pandemi maupun virus itu sendiri sehingga perlu untuk membentuk persepsi masyarakat mengenai pandemi Covid-19 melalui disaster risk management. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya preventif dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat merespons pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Suko Sewu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap pengetahuan praktis masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 85 persen. Dengan hasil ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membentuk persepsi mengenai pandemi Covid-19 dan dapat menularkan persepsi tersebut kepada masyarakat sekitar.

The Empowerment of Skilled-Media Village Officials in Building Public Awareness and Concern for the Environment in Cikeruh Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency The village government staff is the spearhead of the village government duty whose job is to deliver and process various information relating to government programs, both central and regional government. In this digital era, almost all information flow is carried out through social media. For this reason, a skilled and capable village government staff is needed, especially in using and utilizing social media devices. Through social media, the village government able to socialize the government's relay program and other information to residents. The village service of Cikeruh village through media social has not run optimally. Therefore, training in managing social media, especially in the socialization of environmental hygiene issues, must be held. Universitas Padjadjaran is one of the higher education institutions holding the mandate of community service through education and research activities. This community service integrated with student work college was held in Cikeruh village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The training method was lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. Participants gained various knowledge related to message management and the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram. The results of the activity were the increasing of the knowing, attitudes, and behavior of participants in using Instagram and Facebook to increase effort in improving and restructuring the environment in Cikeruh Village.

The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. Suggestions for the Lebak Bandung Village to hold outreach activities about the prevention of Covid 19 in their environment because there are still many residents who do not understand about prevention which is only done

Cyberbullying is bullying happens in cyberspace mainly on social media. A form of cyberbullying is ridicule, threats, insults, or hacking. The phenomenon of cyberbullying and fatal consequences emerging from this action was suicidal. But cyberbullying that occur in Indonesia is still a trivial thing. Social medial cause few cases of cyberbullying increasing because of its characteristic that possible to spread information easily and fast. Socialization proper use of social media needs to be done to improve public awareness about the dangers of misuse of social media. The purpose of this service activity is to understand and apply the ethics in the use of social media as the current mainstream media among millennial teenagers, especially in the use of social media. As well as understanding the content and objectives in the ITE Law 11 of Article 27 of 2008 (Information and Electronic Transaction Law) for examples of cybercrime cases in the virtual world, especially cyberbully cases.

Background: Along with the development of digital media tools, the direction of marketing shifts from conventional to social media-oriented. However, this is not easily conducted by SME business circles. Many of them do not have high literacy, do not have IT coding skills. In addition, capitalizing as well as maintaining a website are costly for them. This fact encourages the SMEs to look at another opportunity, namely the use of social media. However, it proves that these SMEs have not utilized the use of social media with persuasive advertisements. Objective: This community service activity purposes to assist the SMEs in Surabaya creating their social media advertisements using the persuasion concept-elaboration likelihood model (ELM) to solve the problems in marketing. Methods: The methods used are (1) discussion; (2) training and assisting in making advertisements; (4) evaluating/monitoring. As a result of this community service activity, the SMEs that have been assisted are able to create persuasive social media advertisements and can improve their marketing performance. Results: These MSME owners are able to create advertisements using the ELM method and determine the performance of these advertisements. Conclusion: SME owners can create advertisements using the ELM method during the training period, conduct independent evaluations of advertisements, the sales performance of these SMEs tends to increase compared to the previous by creating advertisements using the ELM method, practical modules are provided so that making advertisements using same method can be practiced for current and future needs.

The city of Surabaya is an area that has a high risk index for natural and non-natural disasters due to geographic and demographic conditions. The Covid-19 pandemic is a non-natural disaster that has the potential to spread massively in areas with densely populated demographic conditions such as Surabaya. Disaster education needs to be carried out to the community so that it can reduce the spread of Covid-19. This community service activity aims to provide practical knowledge to the community regarding the response to non-natural disasters of the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out by means of socialization and training to the community in Pacarkeling Village, Surabaya City. The results of the pre-test and post-test on people's practical knowledge showed an average increase of 70 percent. With this result, it can increase public awareness, vigilance and preparedness regarding the non-natural disasters of the Covid-19 pandemic.abstrakKota Surabaya menjadi daerah yang memiliki indeks risiko bencana alam dan non alam yang tinggi karena kondisi geografis dan demografis. Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan bencana non alam yang sangat berpotensi menyebar secara masif pada wilayah yang memiliki kondisi demografis padat penduduk seperti Kota Surabaya. Pendidikan kebencanaan perlu untuk dilakukan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan praktis kepada masyarakat mengenai tanggap bencana non alam pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Pacarkeling Kota Surabaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evalusasi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap pengetahuan praktis masayarakat menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 70 persen. Dengan hasil ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran, kewaspadaan, dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat mengenai bencana non alam pandemi Covid-19.

The introduction of forensic linguistics to government agencies engaged in law is a community service activity carried out by the Linguistic Masters Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada on July 18, 2019. This activity was conducted at Wonogiri Regional Police Station and was attended by participants from the Wonogiri District Police, the Wonogiri District Court, and the Wonogiri District Prosecutor's Office. The introduction of forensic linguistics was dilivered through a presentation of previous studies relating to forensic linguistic problems. As technology develops, language problems in society also develop. The next stage is a joint discussion about problems experienced by the participants in their activities related to forensic linguistic problems. The community service aims to realize the goal of the government in educating public on social media.-------------------------------------------------------------Pengenalan linguistik forensik kepada badan pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang hukum merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Magister Linguistik, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gadjah Mada pada 18 Juli 2019. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Polres Wonogiri dan dihadiri oleh peserta dari Polres Wonogiri, Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, dan Kejaksaan Negeri Wonogiri. Pengenalan linguistik forensik dilakukan dengan tahap presentasi kajian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan masalah lingustik forensik. Oleh karena teknologi semakin berkembang, maka masalah-masalah kebahasaan yang ada dalam masyarakat pun turut berkembang. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah diskusi bersama tentang persoalan-persoalan yang dialami oleh para peserta kegiatan terkait dengan masalah linguistik forensik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mewujudkan cita-cita pemerintah untuk mencerdaskan masyarakat dalam bermedia sosial.
