The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. Suggestions for the Lebak Bandung Village to hold outreach activities about the prevention of Covid 19 in their environment because there are still many residents who do not understand about prevention which is only done

Pandemi COVID-19 atau virus corona merupakan pandemi yang sedang dirasakan dampaknya oleh hampir seluruh Negara yang ada di Dunia. Dampak tersebut tidak hanya pada aspek keselamatan hidup masyarakat, melainkan dapat dirasakan pada aspek ekonomi politik terutama pada negara dunia ke tiga seperti Indonesia. Tidak sedikit upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat sampai hari ini namun belum memberikan efektivitas sebagaimana mestinya. Hingga akhirnya, pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan Kebiasaan Baru dalam beraktivitas sehari – hari yang disebut juga New Normal, Semenjak dimulainya era New Normal pada kondisi pandemi COVID – 19 masyarakat sudah dapat beraktivitas hampir seperti biasanya, namun dengan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Hanya saja yang terjadi sering kali masyarakat terutama pada masjid – masjid masih banyak jemaah yang kurang mematuhi aturan protokol kesehatan tersebut yang kemungkinan akibat kurangnya kesadaran diri dan juga fasilitas dan himbauan protokol kesehatan yang kurang digalakan.Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan alternatif-alternatif yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya jemaah Masjid Al-Ikhlas Jakarta Barat akan bahayanya virus covid – 19 dan bagaimana mencegah penularannya melalui kiat – kiat PHBS atau Prilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat.Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Protokol Kesehatan, Pandemi, New Normal, PHBS The COVID-19 pandemic or corona virus is a pandemic that is being felt by almost all countries in the world. The impact is not only on the aspect of the safety of people's lives, but can be felt in the political economy, especially in third world countries such as Indonesia. Not a few efforts have been made by the central government to date but have not provided the effectiveness as it should. Until finally, the government implemented a New Habit policy in daily activities which is also called New Normal. Since the start of the New Normal era during the COVID-19 pandemic conditions, people have been able to carry out activities almost as usual, but by still implementing health protocols. It's just that what often happens is that people, especially in mosques, are still many congregations who do not comply with the rules of the health protocol which may be due to a lack of self-awareness and also the lack of facilities and health protocol appeals. This needs to be done to increase public awareness, especially the congregation of Al-Ikhlas Mosque in West Jakarta about the dangers of the covid-19 virus and how to prevent its transmission through PHBS tips or Clean and Healthy Living Behavior.Keywords: COVID-19, Health Protocol, Pandemic, New Normal, PHBS

The Covid-19 pandemic affects all sectors of life. The government has made various efforts to respond to the impact of the pandemic, but the success of government efforts is determined by public perceptions. Communities have an important role in shaping collective behavior in responding to pandemic disasters, there are people who respond well to pandemic disasters and there are people who underestimate pandemic disasters. The formation of public perceptions is caused by the lack of knowledge about the pandemic and the virus itself, so it is necessary to form public perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic through disaster risk management. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and public awareness as a preventive effort in shaping the public's perception of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out by means of socialization and training to the community in Suko Sewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the pre-test and post-test on the practical knowledge of the community showed an average increase of 85 percent. With these results, it can help the public in forming perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic and can transmit these perceptions to the surrounding community. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada semua sektor kehidupan. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam merespons dampak pandemi tersebut akan tetapi keberhasilan upaya pemerintah ditentukan oleh persepsi masyarakat. Masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kolektif dalam merespons bencana pandemi, terdapat masyarakat yang menyikapi bencana pandemi dengan baik dan terdapat masyarakat yang menganggap remeh bencana pandemi. Pembentukan persepsi masyarakat disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pandemi maupun virus itu sendiri sehingga perlu untuk membentuk persepsi masyarakat mengenai pandemi Covid-19 melalui disaster risk management. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya preventif dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat merespons pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Suko Sewu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap pengetahuan praktis masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 85 persen. Dengan hasil ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membentuk persepsi mengenai pandemi Covid-19 dan dapat menularkan persepsi tersebut kepada masyarakat sekitar.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. Abstract   Exploitation of natural resources through unlicensed gold mining (PETI) is not in accordance with mining operational standards occurring along the Noeltoko River, West Miomaffo Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province resulting in damage and environmental degradation. Changes and environmental damage include the formation of dug holes around the river flow, turbidity of water, changes in river flow. Other problems that arise are conflicts between these PETI workers and with other communities. This community service activity aims to provide an understanding to the community about the importance of maintaining and caring for rivers from excavation in the river walls that can cause debris / landslides explaining the impact of the use of hazardous materials such as mercury / mercury and cyanide, socialization of regulations regarding the formation of People's Mining Areas (WPR) ), introducing "sluice box" equipment to help the process of separating gold sand from sand. This activity was supported by the UPT ESDM Atambua Branch and was followed by 40 people who used to mine on the Noeltoko river. It is expected that the guidance and assistance can raise public awareness to be able to mine but still preserve the environment   Keyword: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox,   Abstrak   Eksploitasi sumber daya alam melalui Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) tidak sesuai dengan standar operasional penambangan terjadi di sepanjang sungai Noeltoko-Kecamatan Miomaffo Barat, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang mengakibatkan kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas lingkungan. Perubahan dan kerusakan lingkungan tersebut diantaranya terbentuk lubang-lubang galian di sekitar aliran sungai, kekeruhan air, berubahnya aliran sungai.. Permasalahan lain yang timbul adalah konflik antar pekerja PETI ini maupun dengan masyarakat lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga dan merawat sungai dari penggalian di dinding sungai yang dapat mengakibatkan runtuhan/longsoran menjelaskan dampak penggunaan bahan berbahaya seperti air raksa/merkuri dan sianida, sosialisasi peraturan tentang pembentukan Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR), mengenalkan peralatan “sluice box” untuk membantu proses pemisahan buiran emas dari pasir.Kegiatan ini didukung oleh pihak UPT ESDM Cabang Atambua dan dikuti oleh 40 orang masyarakat yang biasa menambang di sungai Noeltoko. Diharapkan dengan adanya pembinaan dan pendampingan dapat menimbulkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat menambang namun tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan   Kata kunci: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox

Abstract. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to comply with health protocols established by the government, such as wearing masks, social distancing, traveling outside the house only when there is an interest, and diligently washing their hands properly and using soap. The Covid-19 pandemic has economic, social and political implications not only for big countries but almost all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries affected especially on the economic side. Indonesia which is dominated by Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of UMKM to the National economy is quite large. The target of this community service is an UMKM that is engaged in the production of sewing women's kebaya and formal clothes. Based on the results of direct observations, there were problems faced by UMKM, namely the problem of lack of product promotion media and the absence of financial records at UMKM. Activities carried out include assisting the online promotion process by utilizing social media and e-commerce, creating logos and product packaging innovations, and making financial records for UMKM. In its implementation, activities are carried out online and offline. This community service activity is expected to help UMKM in the economic sector due to the impact caused by Covid-19.Key Words: The impact of Covid-19, UMKM, online promotions, and product innovationAbstrak. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 mewajibkan masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, seperti memakai masker, menjaga jarak atau social distancing, bepergian keluar rumah hanya saat ada kepentingan, dan rajin mencuci tangan dengan benar dan menggunakan sabun. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan implikasi ekonomi, sosial, dan politik tidak saja pada negara-negara besar akan tetapi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terdampak terutama pada sisi ekonomi. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) perlu memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sektor ini karena kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian Nasional yang cukup besar. Sasaran pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan sebuah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang produksi menjahit kebaya wanita dan pakaian formal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang  dilakukan secara langsung, ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM ini, yaitu masalah kurangnya media promosi produk dan tidak adanya catatan keuangan pada UMKM. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membantu proses promosi secara online dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce, pembuatan logo dan inovasi kemasan produk, serta pembuatan catatan keuangan untuk UMKM. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan dilakukan secara online dan offline. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam bidang ekonomi akibat dampak yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19.Kata kunci: Dampak Covid-19, UMKM, promosi online, dan inovasi produk

The Community Empowerment Program is a form of student service for the community. This year the PPM implementation is different from the previous year due to the impact of Covid-19. This year's PPM aims to provide opportunities for students how students can participate in building public awareness for the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and provide public understanding to enter the New Normal while still complying with the Covid-19 health protocol and the provisions of life behavior during the New Normal. Dampak dari kesalahan pengelolaan obat yang tidak tepat saat membuang obat akan menyebabkan Pencemaran lingkungan sehingga terganggunya keseimbangan ekosistem di sekitar. Salah satu cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar adalah DAGUSIBU. Cara ini menjelaskan tata cara pengelolaan obat dari awal mereka dapatkan hingga saat obat sudah tidak dikonsumsi lagi dan akhirnya dibuang. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini antara lain : Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya pada anggota PKK di kecamatan singaran pati kelurahan Lingkar Timur kota Bengkulu agar tidak keliru dalam mendapatkan, menggunakan, menyimpan dan membuang obat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode pendekatan melalui: Ceramah dan Tanya jawab, yang dilakukan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat apabila ada yang belum dipahamai untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan penyuluhan. Dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan dan berdasarkan hasil pretest dan post tes yang dilakukan selama kegiatan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menggunakan, menyimpan, dan membuang obat dirumah. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan, Sosialisasi, DAGUSIBU, Anggota PKK, Singgaran Pati Kota Bengkulu   ABSTRACT The impact of mismanagement of drugs that are not appropriate when disposing of drugs will cause environmental pollution so that the balance of the surrounding ecosystem is disrupted. One way of managing drugs that is good and correct is DAGUSIBU. This method describes the procedures for managing drugs from the beginning they were obtained until the time the drug was no longer consumed and finally discarded. The objectives of this community service activity include: To increase understanding and increase public awareness, especially for PKK members in Singaran pati sub-district, Bengkulu City so that they are not mistaken in obtaining, using, storing and disposing of drugs. The method used in this activity is the approach method through: Lecture and Question and Answer, which is carried out to provide opportunities for the community if there is something that is not understood yet to evaluate the success of counseling. From the results of the evaluation of the activities and based on the results of the pretest and posttests carried out during the activity, it shows positive results where there is an increase in people's knowledge in using, storing and disposing of medicines at home. ABSTRAK Vaksianasi Covid-19 menjadi program nasional yang dicanangkan Pemerintah bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesa di ke 34 Provinsi, dimulai sejak 13 Januari 2021 dan ditargetkan rampung pada Desember 2021. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2021 dalam bentuk webinar kesehatan diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Keperawatan UPH bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif masyarakat untuk mengikuti vaksinasi. Kegiatan ditujukan bagi masyarakat umum dan diikuti oleh 227 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) Karakteristik Peserta: berasal dari berbagai Provinsi (mayoritas dari Banten yaitu sebanyak 22%), beragam profesi (mayoritas adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 62,6%), beragam jenjang pendidikan (mayoritas adalah S1 yaitu sebanyak 67,4%) dan berbagai usia (mayoritas adalah 17-25 tahun yaitu sebanyak 66,5%); 2) Gambaran pengetahuan peserta terkait vaksin COVID-19 sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rerata nilai pre-test sebesar 7.28 dan Nilai Median 7 yang kemudian meningkat pada post-test dengan rerata nilai 8.29 dan Nilai Median 9; 3) Sebanyak 207 (91,2%) peserta belum pernah terinfeksi COVID-19, sebanyak 220 (96,9%) peserta memiliki sikap positif (menilai penting) pemberian vaksin COVID-19, sebanyak 106 (46,7%) peserta mendapatkan informasi terkait vaksin COVID-19 dari media sosial, dan sebanyak 122 (53,7%) peserta belum pernah mendapatkan vaksin COVID-19; 4) Peserta antusias mengikuti webinar dari awal sampai akhir dan menilai kegiatan baik (memuaskan). Saran untuk lembaga mitra, agar dapat memanfaatkan media sosial secara maksimal untuk sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait vaksinasi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Imunitas, Masyarakat, Pemerintah, Vaksin  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 vaccination is a national program launched by the government for all Indonesians in 34 provinces beginning January 13, 2021 and expected to be completed in December 2021. A Community Service Activity (PkM) was held on June 4, 2021 in the form of a health webinar organized by The UPH Faculty of Nursing in collaboration with the Tangerang District Health Office and the Bali Provincial Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to support the government in achieving Covid-19 vaccination by increasing public awareness and positive attitudes toward vaccination. The activity was intended for the general public and had 227 participants. The results of the activity showed the following: 1) Characteristics of Participants: came from various provinces (the majority were from Banten, which was 22%), various professions (the majority were students, as many as 62.6%), various levels of education (the majority were Bachelors, namely 67.4%) and various ages (the majority are 17-25 years, which is 66.5%); 2) The description of participants' knowledge regarding the COVID-19 vaccine is good. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 7.28 and a median value of 7 which then increased in the post-test with an average value of 8.29 and a median value of 9; 3) A total of 207 (91.2%) participants had never been infected with COVID-19, as many as 220 (96.9%) participants had a positive attitude (judged it was important) to administer the COVID-19 vaccine, as many as 106 (46.7%) participants received information related to the COVID-19 vaccine from social media, and as many as 122 (53.7%) participants had never received the COVID-19 vaccine; 4) Participants participated enthusiastically in the webinar from start to finish and rated the activity as good (satisfactory). AbstractThis community service activity, which is packaged in the form of mentoring, aims to assist stakeholders in Sugihwaras village, Prambon sub-district, Nganjuk Regency to synergize with each other in handling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, this assistance aims to provide a model of distribution of assistance that meets basic human needs following the Dharurriyatul Khams concept in Maqashid Syariah. These basic needs include the protection of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. Community service has increased public awareness regarding the importance of synergy between stakeholders during the pandemic and understanding the types of assistance that must be prioritized referring to the maqashid sharia concept. Selain itu, pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah model penyaluran bantuan yang memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia sesuai dengan konsep Dharurriyatul Khams dalam Maqashid Syariah. Kebutuhan dasar tersebut meliputi perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Pengabdian masyarakat berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terkait pentingnya sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan stakeholder dalam masa pandemi serta pemahaman mengenai jenis bantuan yang harus diprioritaskan mengacu kepada konsep maqashid syariah. Dampak dari pendampingan ini adalah kuatnya struktur ekonomi desa karena masyarakat saling membantu dalam penguatan ekonomi bersama.Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Sinergi, Maqashid Syariah

Background: Low public awareness of the impact of smoking makes the implementation of smoke-free areas (KTR) difficult. Smoke-free areas aim to protect the public from the direct and indirect effects of smoking. Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the correlation between the application of smoke-free areas and the prevalence of active and ex-smokers in Indonesia. Method: This study implemented a cross-sectional design, using secondary data from the Riskesdas 2018 on active and ex-smokers. KTR application data were obtained from the Profile of Non-Communicable Diseases in 2016. A Pearson product-moment test was conducted by a computer application to determine the correlation coefficient (r). This coefficient was used to describe the level of correlation between the two variables; significance was determined as a p value of 5%. Results: This study showed that the average application of KTR throughout Indonesia was 50.83%, active smokers comprised 23.49% of the population, and ex-smokers comprised 4.94%. Most active smokers were in Java and Sumatra, while the majority of ex-smokers were in Java and Sulawesi and the majority of KTR was in Java. This study shows that there is a positive correlation between KTR application and the percentage of ex-smokers (r = 0.46; p value = 0.01). Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the application of KTR and an increase in ex-smokers. The government needs to increase the application of KTR policies.
