The Empowerment of Skilled-Media Village Officials in Building Public Awareness and Concern for the Environment in Cikeruh Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency The village government staff is the spearhead of the village government duty whose job is to deliver and process various information relating to government programs, both central and regional government. In this digital era, almost all information flow is carried out through social media. For this reason, a skilled and capable village government staff is needed, especially in using and utilizing social media devices. Through social media, the village government able to socialize the government's relay program and other information to residents. The village service of Cikeruh village through media social has not run optimally. Therefore, training in managing social media, especially in the socialization of environmental hygiene issues, must be held. Universitas Padjadjaran is one of the higher education institutions holding the mandate of community service through education and research activities. This community service integrated with student work college was held in Cikeruh village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The training method was lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. Participants gained various knowledge related to message management and the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram. The results of the activity were the increasing of the knowing, attitudes, and behavior of participants in using Instagram and Facebook to increase effort in improving and restructuring the environment in Cikeruh Village.

The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently spreading globally has made information and communication technology (ICT) services a basic necessity in our daily activity. With the opening of internet access in villages, it opens up opportunities to maximize ICT's role in improving rural information services. Many of the development of ICT-based services is in the form of a website or mobile application with various interfaces and interactions. This requires training and habituation in the community. This is not easy because these applications are not applications that are used daily. The high use of social media in the community can be used as a forum for providing rural information services. By using social media (chat), services can be created that have advantages over other approaches. Such as: do not require new installations, are intrusive so that information comes directly to users, and does not require much training because they use social media applications familiar to the community. On the other hand, village officials can use services for accessing information services and as a medium for disseminating information needed by the community. A training program and assistance for rural information services based on social media have been carried out in Buloila village. The implementation results show that the program is urgently needed, mainly because the village does not have a rural information service. The social media-based service system's evaluation shows that service users (community, village government, and other parties) feel that the system is feasible to use. Feeling that the system can be learned quickly, is easy to use has well-integrated features. It is just that users feel they need to familiarize themselves with using the service because of the form of interaction that users may never have faced before

<p>Strategic and rapid efforts are needed to overcome the spread of Covid-19, one of them is by counseling through social media in order that scientific information is provided. The existence of so called Social Abdication Program of UNS in the form of  Field Work Lecture addresses this issue, takes a theme "Education on the Exercise of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) and the Use of Medicines Provision in the Context of Preventing Covid-19 in RT 01 RW 01 Klegenwonosari Village, Klirong, Kebumen". The program uses social media (online) due to its need to maintaining physical distancing. However it also uses direct face-to-face activities on program socialization. The results of this community service activity show that: 1) there is an public awareness about facts about Covid-19, 2) the application of PHBS and health tips, and understanding DAGUSIBU. Through quiz myths and fact, wider community can test their understanding of Covid-19 issues.</p>

This community service aims to improve the tourism village through the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing in Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok Regency. This community service activity was held for forty-five days. This devotion adopts qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques conducted by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that community service in the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing were able to build the spirit of the community to continue to participate in the development activities of tourist villages. By utilizing institutional networks, the strength of the younger generation, the support of the village government, and social media, the community managed to bring about new tourist attractions, improve accommodation facilities, and better tourism management

Masa kenormalan baru menuntut masyarakat untuk beradaptasi terhadap virus corona. Sehingga pemerintah desa mengeluarkan kebijakan agar masyarakat membiasakan diri untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat. Namun kebijakan tersebut belum dapat dilakukan dengan baik karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, tidak ada pengalaman dan penglihatan, dan banyaknya berita bohong yang beredar di media sosial. Kepercayaan masyarakat yang rendah terhadap keberadaan virus corona juga merupakan salah satu masalah yang serius jika tidak segera ditindaklanjuti. Banyak masyarakat menganggap bahwa virus corona merupakan konspirasi orang elit yang mempunyai kepentingan tersendiri menurut berita bohong yang beredar di media sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan khususnya masyarakat Desa Bangsri agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan dengan berperilaku hidup sehat. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah metode PAR (Participation Action Research). Dengan demikian dalam proses pengabdian tim terlibat secara partisipatif di antara masyarakat untuk mendorong terjadinya perubahan perilaku terkait perilaku hidup sehat. Setelah pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan, masyarakat Desa Bangsri menjadi antusias dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan berperilaku hidup sehat seperti selalu memakai masker dimanapun, rajin cuci tangan memakai sabun, jaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, rajin mengonsumsi vitamin, olahraga secara teratur, rajin membersihkan lingkungan sekitar dan rajin mengonsumsi empon-empon.  Kata kunci: Hidup Sehat, Kenormalan Baru, Desa Bangsri ABSTRACT The new normality requires people to adapt to the corona virus. So that the village government issued a policy so that people get used to implementing healthy living habits. However, this policy has not been implemented properly due to limited knowledge, lack of experience and vision, and the large number of fake news circulating on social media. The low public trust in the existence of the corona virus is also a serious problem if it is not followed up immediately. Many people think that the corona virus is a conspiracy of elite people who have their own interests according to fake news circulating on social media. Therefore, Community service activities are needed in the form of assistance, especially for the Bangsri Village community to comply with health protocols by behaving in a healthy life. The mentoring method used is the PAR (Participation Action Research) method. Thus in the process of community service, the team is involved in a participatory manner among the community to encourage behavior change related to healthy living behaviors. After the community service was carried out, the people of Bangsri Village became enthusiastic in implementing health protocols and behaving in a healthy life such as always wearing a mask wherever, diligently washing hands with soap, keeping distance, avoiding crowds, diligently consuming vitamins, exercising regularly, diligently cleaning the surrounding environment and diligently consume empon-empon. ABSTRAK Vaksianasi Covid-19 menjadi program nasional yang dicanangkan Pemerintah bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesa di ke 34 Provinsi, dimulai sejak 13 Januari 2021 dan ditargetkan rampung pada Desember 2021. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Juni 2021 dalam bentuk webinar kesehatan diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Keperawatan UPH bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif masyarakat untuk mengikuti vaksinasi. Kegiatan ditujukan bagi masyarakat umum dan diikuti oleh 227 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) Karakteristik Peserta: berasal dari berbagai Provinsi (mayoritas dari Banten yaitu sebanyak 22%), beragam profesi (mayoritas adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 62,6%), beragam jenjang pendidikan (mayoritas adalah S1 yaitu sebanyak 67,4%) dan berbagai usia (mayoritas adalah 17-25 tahun yaitu sebanyak 66,5%); 2) Gambaran pengetahuan peserta terkait vaksin COVID-19 sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rerata nilai pre-test sebesar 7.28 dan Nilai Median 7 yang kemudian meningkat pada post-test dengan rerata nilai 8.29 dan Nilai Median 9; 3) Sebanyak 207 (91,2%) peserta belum pernah terinfeksi COVID-19, sebanyak 220 (96,9%) peserta memiliki sikap positif (menilai penting) pemberian vaksin COVID-19, sebanyak 106 (46,7%) peserta mendapatkan informasi terkait vaksin COVID-19 dari media sosial, dan sebanyak 122 (53,7%) peserta belum pernah mendapatkan vaksin COVID-19; 4) Peserta antusias mengikuti webinar dari awal sampai akhir dan menilai kegiatan baik (memuaskan). Saran untuk lembaga mitra, agar dapat memanfaatkan media sosial secara maksimal untuk sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait vaksinasi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Imunitas, Masyarakat, Pemerintah, Vaksin  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 vaccination is a national program launched by the government for all Indonesians in 34 provinces beginning January 13, 2021 and expected to be completed in December 2021. A Community Service Activity (PkM) was held on June 4, 2021 in the form of a health webinar organized by The UPH Faculty of Nursing in collaboration with the Tangerang District Health Office and the Bali Provincial Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to support the government in achieving Covid-19 vaccination by increasing public awareness and positive attitudes toward vaccination. The activity was intended for the general public and had 227 participants. The results of the activity showed the following: 1) Characteristics of Participants: came from various provinces (the majority were from Banten, which was 22%), various professions (the majority were students, as many as 62.6%), various levels of education (the majority were Bachelors, namely 67.4%) and various ages (the majority are 17-25 years, which is 66.5%); 2) The description of participants' knowledge regarding the COVID-19 vaccine is good. This can be seen from the average pre-test score of 7.28 and a median value of 7 which then increased in the post-test with an average value of 8.29 and a median value of 9; 3) A total of 207 (91.2%) participants had never been infected with COVID-19, as many as 220 (96.9%) participants had a positive attitude (judged it was important) to administer the COVID-19 vaccine, as many as 106 (46.7%) participants received information related to the COVID-19 vaccine from social media, and as many as 122 (53.7%) participants had never received the COVID-19 vaccine; 4) Participants participated enthusiastically in the webinar from start to finish and rated the activity as good (satisfactory).   Abstract   The COVID-19 epidemic has been declared as a pandemic by WHO since March 11, 2020. The determination was based on the geographical spread of the virus which has reached 114 countries including Indonesia. This is the aim of community service (PKM) Faculty of Engineering, University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, this time, taking part in socializing how to tackle and prevent COVID-19 pandemi. The theme of this PKM is the socialization of the role of social media in order to help cope with the COVID-19 and give procedure how to make and at once distributed of hand sanitizers and hand soap in the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. The method used is education by using a media pamflet which contains the role of social media in providing information about the COVID-19 outbreak, prevention and how to overcome it and the use of social media wisely. Also given additional knowledge about how to make hand sanitizers and hand soap. This method was chosen, as a form of social distancing when the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Bekasi. The results of the PKM were seen from the enthusiasm of the community in accepting the pamflet, and the distribution of hand sanitizers and hand soap. It is expected that from this community service activity, the people of the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang can be smarter in utilizing existing social media and understanding about the COVID-19 outbreak, how to prevent and know how to make hand sanitizer, hand soap so that it triggers the entrepreneurial spirit.   Keywords: covid-19, WHO, pandemic, hand sanitizer, psbb   Abstrak   Wabah COVID-19 telah dinyatakan sebagai pendemi oleh WHO sejak 11 Maret 2020. Penetapan itu didasarkan pada persebaran virus secara geografi yang telah mencapai 114 negara termasuk Indonesia. Hal ini yang menjadi tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya kali ini, yaitu ikut terjun mensosialisasikan cara menanggulangi dan mencegah pendemi COVID-19. Tema dari PKM ini yaitu sosialisasi peranan media sosial dalam rangka ikut menanggulangi wabah COVID-19 dengan pembuatan dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap di desa Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dengan menggunakan media pamflet yang berisi peranan media sosial dalam memberi info tentang wabah COVID-19, pencegahan dan cara menanggulanginya serta penggunaan media sosial dengan bijak. Juga diberi tambahan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Dipilihnya metode ini, sebagai wujud social distancing saat berlakunya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) di Bekasi. Pamflet ini diserahkan kepada warga bersamaan dengan pembagian hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Hasil dari PKM dilihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menerima pamflet, dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap. Diharapkan dari kegiatan PKM ini, masyarakat Desa Sukaraja, Tambelang bisa lebih cerdas dalam memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada dan memahami tentang wabah COVID-19, cara mencegah dan menanggulanginya, serta tahu cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap sehingga dapat menjadi pemicu bagi jiwa kewirausahaan.   Kata kunci: covid-19, WHO, pendemi, hand sanitizer, psbb

The ideology of radical-terrorism is an interesting remark to be understood by the Karangduren Klaten village community as an effort in preventing the entry value that is against the ideology of Pancasila. The supreme divinity value of Pancasila ideology one in the reform era has been challenged by the wave of globalization on information. Socialization on the divinity values aims to stimulate public awareness on the threat of radical ideology of terrorism that potentially grow and develop in the village of Karangduren, Kebonarum, Klaten. This study covers the fields of nationalism and identity with the preaching method and focus of discussion. The Ideology of divinity axiologically and epistemologically comprising of divinity, humanity, unity, democratic and justice values which need to be delivered through specific form of communication which can be adjusted to community’s life in the village of Karangduren. Language as a tool in which various information can be accessed by people living in both rural and urban transition strongly influenced by factors of traditional cultural practices that are still upheld in dealing with modernity. The current actual discourse of terrorism needs to be understood and useful as countering radicalism through familiarization the noble values exemplifications as deeply held by the community leaders and the local youth movement ‘Karangtaruna; through the use of appropriate language on the context of Karangduren citizens.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.

Public Service Analysis of Village Tlanak Support of Lamongan District. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors and solution of Public Service of Village Government of  Tlanak Kedungpring District of  Lamongan Regency and to know the implementation of Good Governance in Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency. The type of this research is non-doctrinal (sosiologis) legal research. Non-doctrinal method is a type of scientific study with the intention just to learn just and not to teach something doctrine. The research method used is research method with qualitative analysis. The results of this study concluded that the quality of Public Service Village Tlanak Kedungpring District Lamongan through Programs, policies, and attitudes is Services Open, easy and accessible by all parties who need and provided adequate and easy to understand, can be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of legislation - invitation, inhibiting the public service of Tlanak village administration of Kedungpring Sub-district of Lamongan Regency is seen in the condition of society which still have a lot of parochial political culture. The solution of inhibiting factor of public service in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring Sub-district, Lamongan Regency by strengthening service system, improving professionalism of each employee, conducting public awareness program to help dissemination and comprehension of information to society about matters related to service activity and giving sanction that is firm. The village government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency has not fully implemented the Good Governance principles in the implementation of the village government's tasks, functions, authorities, rights, and obligations in terms of planning, service, implementation of village development, especially those related to village governance.Keywords: Quality Analysis of Public Service, Good Governance.
