The article examined the problem of the determination of exogenous factors of investment and real estate projects. During the investigation, were highlighted the construction project external environment factors. The expert external stakeholders' impact analysis was performed on the material resources management process using hierarchy analysis. Determination of the cause-effect relationship between the main parameters of the project as of the cost of production, price of the dwelling, the rental rate on the housing market, duration of the project, and influence of the interests of external stakeholders was performed by the hierarchy analysis process. Was solved the multicriteria problem of determining the most significant project parameter and ranking stakeholders according to the degree of influence on the project parameters. The most crucial parameter in the management of resources of the construction project was determined as the construction cost. The construction prime cost trend availability check was performed by the Foster-Stewart method. Collection and processing of statistical data have been carried out. Basing on that data, we conducted building and analysis of the model of multiple regression of construction and installation prime cost of residential property construction, considering exogenous factors. The exogenous factors were considered as the inferred numerical characteristics of external stakeholders' influence. The resulting regression model parameters analysis revealed exogenous factors with the most significant efficiency impact on resource management. The research defines the necessity of using mathematical apparatus for processing qualitative and quantitative information about the external environment of a real estate object dynamics as a component of information technologies for material resources management at the strategic and operational levels.

In the context of the Moscow healthcare reform that has been carried out in recent years, the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of financing the healthcare system and the performance of medical organizations in providing medical care to the population are particularly relevant. Given the limited public resources allocated to the health sector, the quality of management of available financial, human and material resources is becoming more important. The article considers the application of the method of assessing the quality of resource management, introduced in Moscow since 2016, and its results in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of financial resources. It is revealed that the effectiveness of financial resources management is influenced by certain indicators that characterize the organization of management of the main activities of a medical organization.

Tourism is characterized by a highly dynamic internal and external environment, which means that adaptation and periodic changes are an integral part of the organizational life of tourism organizations. The present study aims to indicate how and why the socio-psychological aspects of governance are essential for human resource management in tourism organizations. In this regard, it is clarified what are the applied aspects of social psychology related to management and organizational behavior. The areas of application of these aspects are outlined, the connection between the management of human resources in the tourism organizations and the derived socio-psychological aspects of the management is indicated.

Government strictly regulates real estate industry by a series of policy recently. Because of the great change of polices, the real estate industry was taken a big knock. In order to find out the solution of real estate enterprises keep developing under new situation. By analyzing the external environment factors of real estate enterprises, the study deduces that the change of real estate enterprises’ strategy plane is inevitable. Elaborate the current situation of real estate enterprises from five aspects of strategy plane, and make a conclusion that how to change it. Therefore, ensure that real estate enterprises could avoid policies risk, and keep developing.

Based on analyzing the complexity of construction projects, we established a collaborative management framework for complex construction project and presented the main content of collaborative management. The main content includes three parts, the first part is the collaborative management for system itself, the second part is to reduce the system complexity in order to reduce the difficulty of management and the last part is to reduce the complexity caused by the uncontrollable external environment. We can use the method of risk pre-assessment and take risk prevention measures to reduce the impact for collaborative management caused by the dynamic external environment.

One of the problems with the practice of legal proceedings is the determination of the legal authority limits of a forensic expert when he forms an array of initial data, the structure and content of which would provide a full and comprehensive research of the issues put before him by the body (person) having appointed the examination. The possibility of the specifed initial data completeness ensuring is suggested and substantiated in the article, arguments arising from the provisions of the law concerning neutralization of the traditional criticism directions of the expert in this part during his interrogation in the course of judicial proceedings on his conclusion are adduced.

The best for companies in Indonesia to survive in the midst of glogal economic is by transforming their business and human resources, given that changes in business concepts are highly driven and patterned by advances in information technology that are exponentially increasing. The innovative steps of transformation, however, should refer to Good Corporate Governance, as an operational foundation and guarantee trust from stakeholders. The era of economic disruption requires companies in Indonesia to always generate new values in all aspects so that performance can increase and the companies are able to survive in the market by gaining positive profits. Human resources management is also important, especially when there is employee engagement in facing threats originating from the external environment.

In a market economy, it becomes important to improve the organization of enterprise management and, above all, the production process, efficient use of financial, material resources and inventories. Effective management of material resources increases profits and provides the necessary investment. To maintain high profitability and liquidity, the management of current activities of enterprises, in particular inventory management plays a significant role. The categorical apparatus of material resources management at the enterprise is considered, the definition of “material resources” is generalized, the definition of "material resources management" is offered, and also the system of material resources management at the enterprise is considered. In the management of material resources at the enterprise there are 2 approaches – logistics and reengineering. The main tasks of the mechanism of management of material resources of the enterprise of building materials are defined. These are: increasing the efficiency of material resources and choosing cheap sources of funding; introduction of new production, resource-saving technologies; minimization of costs for procurement, production and marketing activities; increasing the interest of employees of all services in the effective performance of their duties; product quality management. The analysis of efficiency of use of material resources at the enterprises of building materials which has shown, that manufacture of production is rather material-intensive is carried out. This is evidenced by the share of material costs in the cost of work, and the value of the utilization factor of materials indicates the economical use of material resources in production. Reserves for improving the efficiency of material resources at construction materials enterprises have been identified. The ways of the most rational use of material resources of construction materials enterprises are offered, in particular it is improvement of a design and technology of manufacturing of products, introduction of more progressive norms of expenses of resources, use of substitute materials, and reduction of losses at stages of transportation, storage and industrial use.

The article proves that human resources are a source of competitive advantages of the organization through the provision of additional value to interested groups. It is shown that the main goal of human resources management is unreasonably identified with the main goal of personnel management, and human resources management with personnel management. It is proved that human resources management is characterized by such activities as identification of the organization's resources, assessment of their quality and quantity, determination of those human resources that provide production and provision of additional value to interested groups. Identification of the goal of human resources management and the goal of personnel management, deprives this area of managerial activity of a number of significant aspects and reduces the overall effectiveness of the organization. It is proved that human resource managers need to know the state of the external environment, their investors and clients, their interests, values and goals in order to provide a specific value to any interested parties, through the use of certain human resources. Be able to identify the required human resources, assess their condition, and relate their tools and technologies to the needs of interested groups; to show that the activity of the HR service increases the value demanded by a certain subject by transforming human resources into others.
