CV Cipta Grafika is a company engaged in printing, for the needs of printing raw materials this company buys in cash or credit. In this study, researchers will discuss the process of purchasing printing material on credit, because in this process the existing application has not given maximum results, namely frequent errors in the presentation of data or information. Researchers will create a system of credit purchase and registration of web-based debt with MySQL as its database. The output of this system is payment of obligations to suppliers that are due and suppliers' record of debt records can be monitored. The creation of a purchasing and recording system is expected to make it easier to make the payment process, avoid mistakes, and can make time effective.

Panarukan-Shell is one of the warehouses in the panarukan that provides raw materials such as marine biota craft such as raw materials from ornamental shells. The Panarukan-Shell location is on Jl. Cokroaminoto Rt 01 Rw 02 Panarukan, Situbondo District. This warehouse provides various types of marine biota. The financial management associated with this information system is the process of purchasing, selling and expending by shell-sharers in order to facilitate the recording of financial statements to find out the details of reports from income, expenses, purchases, sales, inventory to profit and loss. The data must be completely accurate in accordance with the reality. Purchasing and sales data management in the shell-pan still uses manual recording system on the book so it has not been able to facilitate the owner in managing the calculation data or income income. Creating a new web-based information system is expected to help owners in terms of financial accountability of existing workflow. In this case makes it easier in adding, deleting, and changing data and search data purchase, sales, and expenditure.

PT.Bimasakti Karya Prima is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing "FANS Indonesia" shoes. Production is the process of converting raw materials to finished goods and adding value to a product. However, the current system is not yet fully able to help, because the making of the Consumption Sheet in the process of material detailing and the Costing process of shoes are on two devices with different operating systems, so the need to re-type the data on the Consumption Sheet in the costing process. The lack of available databases makes it difficult to update data and needs to replace one by one on each sheet. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based Production Cost Information Application, create a database in accordance with company needs that will facilitate data management production costs as well as integrating systems. The research method used is the method of data collection by observing, interviewing and studying literature. The results obtained from this study are a cost information application system that helps companies manage data. Starting from determining the specifications of components and materials for the production of shoes to the costing process.

ABSTRAK Pada umumnya harga pokok produksi dalam akuntansi diartikan dengan jumlah biaya dari seluruh pemakaian yang telah dilakukan selama proses produksi atau kegiatan yang mana mengubah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi (produk siap pakai/siap saji). Tujuan penting dalam tugas ini yaitu memperhitungkan harga pokok produksi dari UD Mulya Jaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing untuk mengetahui besarnya harga pokok pada setiap produk yang diproduksi. Pentingnya penentuan harga pokok produksi dapat dilakukan sebelum para usaha menentukan harga jual. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mencari dan menentukan harga pokok produksi yang dapat digunakan untuk menetapkan harga jual. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk membantu wirausaha dalam program kerja, yaitu bimbingan akuntansi dengan fokus perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi pada UD Mulya Jaya dapat menggunakan pendekatan variable costing yang biasanya metode ini digunakan untuk semacam pengambilan keputusan dalam perusahaan. Melalui program pendampingan kewirausahaan didapatkan hasil perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi suatu keputusan bagi UD Mulya Jaya untuk dapat menetapkan harga pokok produksi pada setiap produk telur asin. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, HPP, Harga.   ABSTRACT In general, the cost of production in accounting is defined as the total cost of all uses that have been made during the production process or activities which convert raw materials into finished products (ready-to-use / ready-to-serve products). An important objective in this task is to calculate the cost of goods manufactured from UD Mulya Jaya by using a variable costing approach to find out the cost of goods on each product produced. The importance of determining the cost of production can be done before businesses determine the selling price. This assistance aims to help find and determine the cost of production that can be used to set the selling price. This assistance is carried out to help entrepreneurs in work programs, namely accounting guidance with a focus on calculating the cost of production. In determining the cost of production at UD Mulya Jaya, it can use the variable costing approach, which is usually used for a kind of decision making in a company. Through the entrepreneurship assistance program, the results of the calculation of the cost of production are obtained using the variable costing approach.  PT. Cahaya Boxindo Prasetya is a company engaged in the manufacture of carton boxes or boxes. The company's activities also include cutting and printing services using machinery and human power. The problem faced in this company is the difficulty of predicting the amount of inventory of raw materials that will be  included in the production. The remaining raw materials for production will be used as the final stock to get the minimum, the goal is to reduce excess stock Overcoming this problem, fuzzy logic is used to predict raw material inventories by focusing on the final stock. In this study using Fuzzy Sugeno, with three input variables, namely: initial inventory, purchase, production, while the output is the final stock. Determination of prediction results using defuzzification using the average concept of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The results obtained, using the Fuzzy Sugeno method can predict the inventory of raw materials with a MAPE value of 38%.

The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.
