Developed technology rapidly becomes very important and indispensable in the world of education, education requires the media to support the teaching and learning process. The learning method is used to achieve the objectives of learning lecturer. One method that can be used by teachers in the learning process aimed at improvingthe ability of learners which method of discussion. In the implementation of learning activities that occur at SD Plus Pesantren Al-Anwar, problems when implementing learning activities, among others, are the media used are not supportive, teachers use learning resources in the form of books and have not used certain learning media. This is the cause of students tend to be passive in learning activities. When learning theme 3 sub-theme 2 learning 2 in class IV the teacher uses image media in teaching and learning activities, making students less understanding of the material. As a result, students are less interested in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in class IV, which consisted of 20 students. In the development research that has been carried out, it is expected to be able to provide a good influence for students, the Fun Thinkers book media is to foster student learning activities and achievements and must use media that can foster student interest in learning so that they are enthusiastic in undergoing the learning process. Research using the ADDIE model which passes through 5 stages.

The pandemic that has hit the world has forced us to do learning indirectly or is often referred to as online (Daring). Online teaching and learning process requires some adjustments both on the teacher's side and the student's side. One of the adjustments is the need to seek technology and adaptation using technology. The currently widely used technology is online meeting services, such as the Zoom Meeting application, Google Meet, Video Calling via the Massager application, or other similar applications. To adapt to the technology, teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru strongly desire to deepen ownership of the Zoom application as one of the media used for online learning. This training aims to provide an understanding and hands-on practice of using Zoom Meeting technology to increase learning effectiveness.

One of the most important components is educational facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is a very supportive thing for achieving the goals of education. The teaching and learning process will be more successful if educational facilities and infrastucture are adequate. Education infrastructure and facilities must always be complete. The government must always strive to continuously aquip aducational facilities and infrastructure for all levels and levels of education. this article aims to determine the administration of educational facilities and infrastructure in Indonesia along with the obstacles faced and the efforts taken to overcome these obstacles. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure are all components that directly or indirectly support the course of the educational process to achieve goals in education itself. So that all activities related to office supplies both administrative and technical operations can be carried out properly and efficiently, the implementation or management of office facilities and infrastructure must be carried out properly.

The development of science and technology increasingly encourage renewal efforts in the utilization of technology results in teaching and learning process. One of the technology that can be used in teaching and learning process is education media. Educational media used must be adapted to the development and demands of the times. Support the right educational media used in teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives can be. Therefore, the education media will affect the absence of a complete and appropriate learning information target, and affect the outcome of the learning process. At the beginning of the spread of Islam has been known teaching and learning activities, when the media has been there and education has been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic law to the friends. Some educational media clusters expressed in the Qur'an and al-Hadith, among others: Audio education media contained in al-Qur'an letter al-'Alaq (96) verse 1; Al-Isra '(17) verse 14; Al-Ankabut (29) verse 45; Al-Muzammil (73) verse 20. Pandemic situation covid-19 that hit the world, made everyone forced to isolate themselves in the house, causing all activities to be done at home, including the teaching and learning process. Home learning activities are still carried out using online methods.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of online-based learning on student learning achievement. The samples in this study were all students of Diploma Three Midwifery Program numbering 70 people.This research uses descriptive design with quantitative approach, data analysis used chi square. The results of the study have the effect of online-based learning on student achievement. Obtained a significance score of 0.025 smaller than 0.05 which means that online learning has an influence on student achievement (P<0.05). It is expected that parents can supervise during the implementation of learning, and it is expected that lecturers can use the right methods so that the material can be absorbed by students properly.
