This study is motivated by the writer�s preliminary observation to some of the students at SDIT; the mastery of their Arabic vocabularies is not maximal yet. It could be caused by many factors; including the teachers who tend using the old methods such as a drill or with the help of images in teaching Arabic. The purpose of this study is to know the quality of learning Arabic class V SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya by using make a matching model. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that this model is very suitable to be used in learning Arabic, not only proved to be loved by the students in class V SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya but also effective to achieve the related learning objectives. In the case of learning Arabic in SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya, considering the class is not big class, so they make a matching model is able to improve the learning in general, in terms of making students understand easily, easy of evaluation, easy to master, easy to train these four language skills (istima', Kalam, qira'ah, and kitabah).

Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach at SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. In this study, the analysis unit was used, namely facilities and infrastructure, while the observation unit was the principal, deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure sector, and educators. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out interactively with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Conclusions from the study: (1) the planning of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out well; (2) the procurement of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out properly, the priority scale is determined by the foundation not the school; (3) the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out optimally; (4) the elimination of facilities and infrastructure has never been carried out by schools, items that are no longer used are put into school warehouses; and (5) there are developments in facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology, while the human resources that are owned are still not professionally trained. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif di SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis yaitu sarana prasarana, sedangkan yang menjadi unit pengamatan yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana, dan pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sudah dilakukan dengan baik; (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan dengan baik skala prioritas ditentukan oleh yayasan bukan pada sekolah; (3) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan secara optimal; (4) penghapusan sarana dan prasarana belum pernah dilakukan oleh sekolah barang yang sudah tidak digunakan dimasukkan kedalam gudang sekolah; dan (5) adanya perkembangan sarana dan prasarana dalam bidang teknologi, sedangkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih belum yang terlatih secara profesional.

This study is based on the existence of learning activities that are less responsive to various individual characteristics. To meet these demands, teachers need to understand students' characteristic. If the teacher in delivering the lesson material less attention to the characteristics of the students and the personality traits of students is not used as a foothold in learning, students will have difficulty understanding the subject matter. Whatever efforts are chosen and performed by the teacher and the lesson designer if they are not based on individual characteristics of the student as subject of learning, then the developed learning will not be meaningful for the students. Characteristics of students is very important to know by educators, because it is very important to be a reference in formulating learning strategies. Learning strategy is developed by teachers and implemented through learning methods to the students so that the learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation in SDN Cikokol 2.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Journal of Community Development of Thought Media and Development Da'wah in improving the quality of its articles. The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The last one is the participation of journal managers in training.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui metode-metode, Langkah penerapan metode, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta Langkah antisipasi pada pembelajaran formal dan non formal di Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah Kapek Gunungsari Lombok Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sebab orientasi penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan pada gejala atau fenomena yang bersifat alam. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan model Mills Hubberman (1) data Reduction (Reduksi Data) yang berarti merangkum, memilih hal-hal yang pokok, memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang penting, dicari tema dan pokoknya dan membuang yang tidak perlu.(2) data Display (Penyajian Data) yang bentuknya bisa uraian singkat, bagan, hubungan antar kategori dansejenisnya, (3) Conclusion Drawing atau Verification (Mengambil Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa metode dapat diterapkan oleh ustadz/ustadzah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tuntutan kemampuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan metode yang relevan dengan tujuan menjadi suatu keharusan baik di kelas non formal terebih di kelas formal. Adanya perbedaan penerapan jenis metode pembelajaran disebabkan karena tujuan pembelajaran yang berbeda, berarti tuntutan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis metode dan keterampilan dalam terpannya secara terpadu menjadi suatu keharusan, yang keberhasilannya diperoleh melalui penerapan jenis alat evaluasi yang juga searah dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang dicapai. Title: Learning System In Al-Aziziyah Boarding School:Applied Analysis Methods In Activities Formal And Non Formal Learning The purpose of this study was to find out the methods applied, the steps of applying the methods, factors that support, hinder and anticipatory steps in overcoming the inhibiting factors the application of methods to formal and non-formal learning in Al-Aziziyah Boarding School Kapek Gunungsari West Lombok. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of the research carried out is based on symptoms or phenomena that are of a nature nature. The analysis used uses the Mills Hubberman model (1) Data Reduction, which means summarizing, choosing the main points, focusing on the important things, looking for themes and points and removing unnecessary. (2) Display data (Presentation of Data) whose form can be brief description, chart, relationships between categories and types, (3) Conclusion Drawing or Verification (Taking Conclusions and Verifications) The results of the study indicate that a number of methods can be applied by teachers or religious teachers / ustadzah in to formal and non-formal learning. The demand for the ability and skills of teachers to apply methods that are relevant to the objectives becomes a necessity both in non-formal classes especially in formal classes. The difference in the application of this type of learning method is due to different learning objectives, This means that the demand to know the types of methods and skills in their integrated integration becomes a necessity, the success of which is obtained through the application of evaluation tools that are also in line with the learning objectives achieved.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is one of those affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Due to that condition, the manager has to change the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The purpose is to analyze Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro-tourism marketing strategy employed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and a SWOT analysis. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation to compare the results of data collection. The data analysis technique uses data reduction and data presentation to draw conclusions. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. This research is describe the analysis of batik extracurricular activities to the ability of batik painting of elementary school students in Mantingan Village, Jaken Sub-district, Pati Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with principal subject, extracurricular batik trainer, and students of SD N Mantingan. The object of this study is the analysis of batik extracurricular activities on the ability of art batik. Data collection is done by observation, interview. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To test the validity of the data used persistence. Batik extracurricular activities that have been implemented in SD N Mantingan have a role on the ability of batik art to produce various works of batik art. The ability of batik art, among others, elements and principles of art are taught by trainers or teachers able to make students can be creative, work, develop creativity, express feelings, talents, motivation and independence.
