The purpose of this research is to see the supervision of elections conducted to realize the election held democratically, direct, common, used, confidential, honest, fair and quality. The success of electoral implementation is a common necessity for all people. Because only thus elected quality figures to lead the nation. The supervision of election implementation is a shared responsibility. People can conduct supervision with participatory supervision. The method of research is qualitative, data collected using methods of interview techniques, observations, and documents. Data processing is done with qualitative, which is using an interactive data analysis model. The results of the study showed: (1) The practice of participatory supervision was carried out by forming a "participatory supervision village" which was held in Basarang subdistrict namely Basarang Jaya Village, Straits district of Inner Straits and Kecamatan Kapuas Hulu in Desa Dirung Koram; (2) Supervision pattern developed namely coaching, socialization, discussion, and deliberation with the community leaders level RT, RW, the Arisan of the chairman of the RT every Saturday night, fitness gymnastics by mothers. and others; (3) Community participatory supervision village has contributed quite significantly to the results of the election implementation in the region, almost all villages/villages that become participatory supervision village successfully carried out the electoral activities safely, orderly, smoothly without any fraud measured by 0% report violations; Research advice is (1) need to increase participatory election supervisory training activities in community groups at village/Kelurahan in all areas of the subdistrict; (2) Provide more socialization to the community layer; (3) Develop the presence of participatory supervision village that has been to become political culture, and form a participatory supervision village in all villages and sub-districts in Kapuas and central Kalimantan

This study was aimed at identifying the language functions, analyzing the types of errors in and identifying the sources of errors committed by local guides in DanauTamblingan. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were three local guides in DanauTamblingan. The data were collected through observation and interview. Interactive data analysis model was used to analyze the data. The results of this study show that 14 language functions namely advising, thanking, greeting, refusing, self-introduction, offering something, asking information, giving information, explaining something, giving suggestion, giving command, telling prohibition, apologizing, and saying goodbye. There were 4 types of error: omission, addition, misformation and misordering. The total number of errors were 579 which consisted of 365 errors or 63.0% in omission, 103 errors or 19.0% in addition, 93 errors or 15% in misformation and 18 errors or 3.0% in misordering.

The purpose of this study is to describe social capital of traders in Boyolali Sunggingan Market. The location of this research is conducted in Boyolali District Boyolali Market, with the reason up to now still maintain the pattern of conventional trading interaction. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology method. Technique of collecting data comes from interview with main data source that is trader and indigenous people around Sunggingan market. While other data comes from observation and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Test the validity of the data using source and method triangulation. Analytical techniques using interactive data analysis model that is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the social capital of traders in the market is very important role in traders trading strategies in the market that form a habit of traders that have been done continuously. The conclusion of this research is that merchant traders in Pasar Sunggingan have certain strategies to give their existence.

This research is intended to find out the epistemological building of multicultural education in the indigenous Javanese Islam. This theme is important to be investigated because multicultural education is still considered to be lacking. This research uses qualitative research. The data used in this study were sourced from books, journals and written results related to the indigenization (pribumisasi) of Islam, Javanese culture and multicultural education. The study focused on the indigenous Javanese Islam because of the high level of multiculturalism. The results of the study were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The results of the study show that multicultural education components such as integration of content with syncretic Islam, knowledge construction lead to inclusive knowledge, reduction of prejudice with Sufism, equality education with boarding school (pesantren) and culture that empowers practiced by strengthening civil society.

The purpose of this study is to explain the Madurese principles towards life using folktales perspectives. The focus of this study is to describe how Madurese principles are reflected in Ma-durese folktales. The data of this study were 32 legends obtained from informants living in several regencies in Madura. The method used to collect the data was interview. The method used to analyze the data was the Miles and Huberman’s interactive data analysis model. From the data analysis, it has been found that the 32 legends contain 10 Madurese principals which have not been revealed before. The principles are: the appreciation towards water, the appreciation towards trees, the protection of self-esteem, the ownership of the provision of life, the respect for women, the precaution attitude, the belief in the purification of the inner self, the belief in the importance of religious knowledge, and the respect for kiai.

This study has the objective to discuss in depth about the obstacles experienced by Citizenship Education teacher in building the student’s character. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection method were literature study and observation. Data were analyzed using interactive data analysis. Civic Education is a lesson that must be given to students from elementary school to college, so it is not denied that Civic Education has a significant in building a good citizen. Basically, Civic Education teacher's responsibility is huge, because the task is not only to build knowledge of civic (civic knowledge), but also to build the skills of civic (civic skills) and character (civic disposition). Up to now, the effort were not yet brought about a maximal result. The reasons were many such as cognitive-heavy, lack of teacher’s competence, had teaching the emphasis on civic knowledge, but not civic skills and dispositions.

Bureaucratic reform is not only dealing with structural aspects but also cultures that are difficult to change. However, it can be done by adopting the values embedded in the cultural identity of the community. This study aims to identify the local values that can be adopted to reform the bureaucracy in Lampung Province and develop those model values. Qualitative approaches are used with data collection techniques of interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. The research location is in Lampung Province and involves research informants consist of traditional and bureaucratic leaders. Data analysis techniques used is interactive data analysis model. The research results identify 4 (four) local values, namely Piil Pesengiri (Principle of Success), Nemu Nyimah (Principle of Choice), Nengah Nyappur (Principle of Equality) and Sakai Sambayan (Principles of Cooperation). The adoption model of local values can be developed through a conciliation approach strategy. This approach is chosen because it provides guidance to change bureaucratic culture into a better effectiveness and could minimize the conflicts that may happen.

<p><em>In the context of its activities, since the NU Muslimat was established, it was almost all the archipelago had the same activities called religious activities, which included (1) manaqiban (2) dibaan, (3) reboan, (3) Muslimat Hajj Association and, (4) recitations with themes around the pillars of Islam. But there is a phenomenon of shifting understanding of the elite and NU Muslimat members to the themes of recitation and the movement of political da’wah, especially at the place where the research was conducted. The activities at NU Muslimat carried out not only as a routine activity of the Muslim community but also for the wider role of the NU Muslimat in general and its members to occupy strategic positions in the government or legislative members. From the above phenomena, the objectives of this study are to understand the culture and political understanding of NU Muslimat citizens in East Java. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis was carried out using the Interactive Analysis Model of Miles, et al.</em></p><p><br /><em>Dalam konteks kegiatannya, sejak Muslimat NU didirikan memiliki kegiatan yang sama yang disebut kegiatan keagamaan, yang meliputi (1) manaqiban (2) dibaan, (3) reboan, (3) Ikatan Haji Muslimat , (4) kegiatan pengajian dengan tema seputar rukun Islam. Tetapi ada fenomena pergeseran pemahaman elit dan anggota Muslim NU dari kegiatan-kegiatan di atas ke tema-tema gerakan dakwah politik, terutama di tempat di mana penelitian dilakukan. Kegiatan-kegiatan Muslimat NU yang telah dilakukan tidak hanya sebagai kegiatan rutin, tetapi untuk peran yang lebih luas dari Muslimat NU pada umumnya dan anggotanya untuk menduduki posisi strategis di pemerintahan atau anggota legislatif. Dari fenomena di atas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: untuk memahami budaya dan pemahaman politik pada warga Muslimat NU di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Model Analisis Interaktif Miles, Hubermen, Saldhana.</em></p>

The objective of this research are to investigate pre-service teachers’ speaking anxiety in EFL classroom. The subject of this research was 40 pre-service teachers of STKIP Al Hikmah Surabaya Indonesia. The research design of this study is descriptive qualitative research. The main single instrument used in this research was questionnaire. The questionnaire used in the form of Likert scale which was adopted and developed from Horwitz. In this study, questionnaire was  applied as the single instruments. In analyzing data, an interactive data analysis model proposed by Miles M.B and Huberman A.M (1984) was used. The result of the study were: (1) All pre service teachers experienced speaking anxiety in EFL classroom. (2) There are five major areas of speaking anxiety experienced by pre service teachers in EFL classroom namely fear of interaction, fear of perception of others, low self esteem and lack of confidence, language proficiency, and error correction or fear of negative corection.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Ethics and morals are teachings that teach humans to use their strengths in the form of mind and intelligence in order to be able to know the limits of good and bad values in an act. Everyone is obliged to have these ethical and moral values as a guide in thinking, speaking and acting, including the Millennial generation. Millennial generation is a special generation, because it is the next generation of young people and bearers of the future direction of the nation. Facing these roles and responsibilities is not something easy for Millennials today also need to face various problems Millennials, one of which is the degradation of ethics and morals. For this reason, in this paper, ethical and moral degradation as a problem of the Millennial generation today is discussed and explored more deeply using this type of qualitative research with the method of collecting literature studies and interactive data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman, which in analyzing qualitative data consists of three activity streams, namely reducing the data or sorting the data that has been collected, presenting the sorted data, and finally drawing a conclusion or verifying the data that has been analyzed. From the results of this study, it is found that the factors that cause these problems, including poor family resilience, bad social environment, and finally the unwise use of technology from the Millennial generation it self. </em></strong></p>

The purpose of this research is to apply gardening project method in Kindergarten. Approach to the research using qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The technique of testing the validity of data using triangulation is triangulation of sources and technical triangulation. Data analysis technique used is interactive data analysis model. The results explained that the use of gardening project method can be applied in Kindergarten.Them stages of the implementation of the gardening project include: (1) preparatory stage of preparing teaching materials, tools and materials to be used in project activities. (2) Implementation stage is done after the child understands the tasks assigned by the teacher to each group (3) The closing stage has a role as a reinforcing stage in the project activity, ie the child can present the completed project results. Another friend can give an opinion about the work presented and give rewards<em>.</em><em>.</em>
