This study has the objective to discuss in depth about the obstacles experienced by Citizenship Education teacher in building the student’s character. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection method were literature study and observation. Data were analyzed using interactive data analysis. Civic Education is a lesson that must be given to students from elementary school to college, so it is not denied that Civic Education has a significant in building a good citizen. Basically, Civic Education teacher's responsibility is huge, because the task is not only to build knowledge of civic (civic knowledge), but also to build the skills of civic (civic skills) and character (civic disposition). Up to now, the effort were not yet brought about a maximal result. The reasons were many such as cognitive-heavy, lack of teacher’s competence, had teaching the emphasis on civic knowledge, but not civic skills and dispositions.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) the availability of national resilience learning resources for Civic Education subjects; 2) relevance of learning resources for national resilience in Civic Education subjects with indicators of student competency achievement; and 3) the obstacles experienced by teachers in the use of national resilience learning resources for Civic Education subjects.The study uses a qualitative approach that is strengthened by quantitative data. Data collection using interviews, observation, study documents, and questionnaires. Data validity testing uses data triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model.Conclusions of the results of the study: 1) The availability of national resilience learning resources for PPKn subjects is quite adequate because there are available Student Books, Student Worksheet, and websites as a source of material for threats to the Republic of Indonesia. 2) Material to Be Wary of Threats to the Republic of Indonesia on learning resources for national resilience in PPKn subjects, especially Student Books, Student Worksheet, and the website does not meet the indicators of student competency achievement because the material only presents civic knowledge and civic disposition, while civic skills have not been fully presented because they only fulfill intellectual skills while participatory skills have not yet been fulfilled. 3) The obstacle of teachers in the use of national resilience learning resources for PPKn subjects for Student Books and Student Worksheet, which is there is material which is wrong and the extent of the material is lacking. The website is constrained by wifi signals and some contain invalid information.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) ketersediaan sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn; 2) relevansi sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn dengan indikator pencapaian kompetensi siswa; dan 3) kendala yang dialami guru dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang diperkuat data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan angket. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian: 1) Ketersediaan sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn cukup memadai karena tersedia Buku Siswa, LKS, dan website sebagai sumber materi ancaman terhadap NKRI. 2) Materi Mewaspadai Ancaman terhadap NKRI pada sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn, khususnya Buku Siswa, LKS, dan website belum memenuhi indikator pencapaian kompetensi siswa karena materi hanya menyajikan civic knowledge dan civic disposition, sementara civic skill belum sepenuhnya disajikan karena baru memenuhi intellectual skills sedangkan participatory skills belum terpenuhi. 3) Kendala guru dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar ketahanan nasional mata pelajaran PPKn untuk Buku Siswa dan LKS, yaitu terdapat materi yang keliru dan keluasan materinya kurang. Website terkendala sinyal wifi dan beberapa memuat informasi tidak valid.

Participation experiences, particularly in the school context, have been considered a crucial opportunity for developing personal and social resources for citizenship involvement. However, the impact of these experiences needs to be considered. The IEA Civic Education Study (1994-2002) is an example of a large-scale study that made an enormous effort for evaluating quality and efficacy of civic education in various countries; however, the very nature of the research results in over-emphasizing civic knowledge. This paper intends to critically analyze the limits of a knowledge-based approach to school citizenship education projects. Assuming an ecological-developmental perspective, that views life contexts as a locus for action and interaction with different others, we argue that both the design and evaluation of school-based citizenship education projects should extend beyond the school to include other contextual dynamics and others active actors who support the students' learning from participation.

The purpose of writing this article is to inform readers so that they can better understand the subjects of Citizenship Education. Because this lesson is very useful to build ourselves into a good citizen about citizenship.Citizenship Education (Civics) is one of the existing subjects from elementary school to tertiary education. The mission of Citizenship Education itself is to educate the nation's life. The word for citizenship in Latin is called Civicus. Furthermore, the word Civicus is absorbed into English to become the word Civic which means citizen or citizenship. From the word Civic, the word Civic was born, namely citizenship science, and Civic Education, namely Civic Education. Civics or citizenship lessons have been known in Indonesia since the Dutch colonial era under the name Burgerkunde.

The objectives og this research is to describe the factors causing ship accident in Indonesia and know the effectiveness of SAR emergency in ship accident in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Techniques Collection of literature study data and documents. Data validity method using triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The conclusions of this study are Factors that cause the occurrence of ship accidents in Indonesia, among others, the resources of the crew, the eligibility of ships, supporting facilities for shipping, operators, lack of supervision of apparatus, service users and other factors. The high number of ship accidents in Indonesia shows the ineffective implementation of SAR in ship accident in Indonesia.

This research focuses on the masculinity of a male character named Richard Achmad in the film Love for Sale 1 directed by Andibachtiar Yusuf. The purpose of this study was to determine the social construction of men depicted in the masculinity of Richard's character. This type of research is qualitative research with the technique of collecting Saturated Sampling data. Observation and Literature Study method as a data collection method. Data analysis uses Interactive Data Analysis including data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The reading of John Beynon's masculinity is used as an approach to find the masculinity in Richard's character. The results showed that the male social construction built in the film Love for Sale 1 is a representative of the social construction picture that exists in real life. There are similarities in the social construction of masculinity between Richard's character in the film Love for Sale 1 and in real life.

There is a crucial importance for the country in the diverse participation of. Being aware of the potential of interaction of individual, community and the society, thus with a help of civic education facilitating the development of individual's civic competence. However, for basing the pedagogical activities of the formation of citizenship on the primary stage, it is necessary to develop a model of civic competence. Summarizing and analysing a number of theoretical approaches, using theoretical methods of research and being aware of the curriculum regulatory framework in the publication, developed model of civic competences is provided for the further discussion. Thus, through civic education and assuming the developed model of civic competences, young people's civic knowledge, responsibility, civic skills and capacity to participate in decision-making processes can be contributed.

This study seeks to find information related to the methods used in an effort to improve student achievement outcomes in online learning for civic education subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah or Elementary Schools. In finding the information needed, researchers use a type of literature study research. Researchers reviewed several previous studies based on theories that were relevant to the problems found. The information obtained is then analyzed by referring to Miles and Hubberman where the information obtained is collected, processed and summarized. From the results of the analysis, it was found that using the mind mapping method and the STAD type cooperative model could improve learning outcomes as well as student creativity in Citizenship Education learning. Mind mapping can make it easier for students to understand a lesson that is recorded creatively, effectively, and efficiently in mapping their thoughts. This method really helps the learning process for Civics subjects, especially the Civics learning model is closely related to increasing children's creativity. Meanwhile, STAD should be grouped not randomly but according to the zoning of their respective houses. So that the presence or absence of a pandemic does not really affect learning with these methods.   [Penelitian ini berupaya mencari informasi terkait metode yang digunakan dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil prestasi siswa pembelajaran daring untuk mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah atau Sekolah Dasar. Dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan. Peneliti mengkaji dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu berdasarkan teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang ditemukan. Informasi didapat tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan mengacu kepada Miles dan Hubberman dimana infomasi yang didapat dikumpulkan, diolah, dan disimpulkan. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping dan model kooperatif tipe STAD bisa meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran sekaligus kreativitas siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Dengan mind mapping dapat mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik dalam suatu pembelajaran yang dicatat dengan kreatif, efektif, dan efisien dalam memetakan pikiran-pikirannya. Metode ini sangat membantu proses pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran PKn, apalagi model pembelajaran PKn erat kaitannya dengan peningkatan kreativitas anak. Sementara untuk STAD hendaknya dikelompokan tidak secara acak namun sesuai zonasi rumahnya masing-masing. Sehingga ada ataupun tidak adanya pandemi, tidak terlalu mempengaruhi pembelajaran yang dilakukan]

The conduct of civic teaching up to now still faces some barriers and limitations so its mission to make good citizen is not yet being realized in value-based education corridor. Based this reality, it is imperative to conduct a comprehension study on basic problems so the civic education can be empowered as a poweifu1 learning area characterized by contextual learning experience such as meaningful, integrated, value-based, challenging, and activating. Through these kinds of learning experiences, student be facilitated in constructing democratic civic knowledge, attitude, and skills in constructive psycho-pedagogic corridor.

Discourse on pivotal current issues through and in education is the best approach to promote civic engagement and meaningful political participation among the youth. In this paper, the benefits of civic education empowerment from among Grade 12 students of Sablan National High School was explored. The essence of civic education empowerment has three main goals: political knowledge and understanding, democratic attitudes, and a readiness for democratic political action. Schools play an important role in catalyzing increased civic engagement; they can do this by enabling the youth to develop and practice the knowledge, beliefs, and behaviours needed to participate in civic life. The ripple effect of civic education empowerment is manifested in the relevant learning experiences obtained by the participants in terms of their civic knowledge and civic skills. As to how these civic knowledge and civic skills enhance their civic dispositions and participation, it is evident that participant-respondents assimilated the necessary civic knowledge for an informed choice which reflects their civic dispositions in the formulation of their standards for suffrage. Civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic dispositions and participation constitute the core elements of an informed and active citizenship.

The purpose of this research is to see the supervision of elections conducted to realize the election held democratically, direct, common, used, confidential, honest, fair and quality. The success of electoral implementation is a common necessity for all people. Because only thus elected quality figures to lead the nation. The supervision of election implementation is a shared responsibility. People can conduct supervision with participatory supervision. The method of research is qualitative, data collected using methods of interview techniques, observations, and documents. Data processing is done with qualitative, which is using an interactive data analysis model. The results of the study showed: (1) The practice of participatory supervision was carried out by forming a "participatory supervision village" which was held in Basarang subdistrict namely Basarang Jaya Village, Straits district of Inner Straits and Kecamatan Kapuas Hulu in Desa Dirung Koram; (2) Supervision pattern developed namely coaching, socialization, discussion, and deliberation with the community leaders level RT, RW, the Arisan of the chairman of the RT every Saturday night, fitness gymnastics by mothers. and others; (3) Community participatory supervision village has contributed quite significantly to the results of the election implementation in the region, almost all villages/villages that become participatory supervision village successfully carried out the electoral activities safely, orderly, smoothly without any fraud measured by 0% report violations; Research advice is (1) need to increase participatory election supervisory training activities in community groups at village/Kelurahan in all areas of the subdistrict; (2) Provide more socialization to the community layer; (3) Develop the presence of participatory supervision village that has been to become political culture, and form a participatory supervision village in all villages and sub-districts in Kapuas and central Kalimantan
