  Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the novice English teachers' perspectives on the one-page lesson plan principles at SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. A case study qualitative design was used in this study. This study's data collection method included in-depth interviews to understand the novice teachers' perspectives. The subjects were two novice English teachers at SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. The result showed the novice English teachers agreed one-page lesson plan is more efficient, effective, and students' oriented. However, novice English teachers had different perspectives for gathering students' information about the students' readiness, interests, and needs. This study implies that this one-page lesson plan policy needs to be sustained due to the English teachers' positive response. Keywords: Novice teachers; One-page lesson plan; Perspectives.   Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif dari guru bahasa Inggris baru mengenai prinsip – prinsip RPP satu halaman di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan interview mendalam untuk memahami perspektif para guru baru bahasa Inggris lebih mendalam. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan dua guru bahasa Inggris baru di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru bahasa Inggris baru setuju bahwa RPP satu halaman lebih efisien, efektif dan berorientasi pada siswa. Walaupun demikian, para guru bahasa Inggris baru tersebut memiliki perbedaan perspektif didalam mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kesiapan, ketertarikan, dan kebutuhan belajar siswa mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peraturan RPP satu halaman harus tetap digunakan secara berkelanjutan karena respon positif dari para guru bahasa Inggris baru tersebut. Abstract: This research aims at analyzing the experienced English teachers’ perspectives on the fulfillment of one-page lesson plan principles at SMAN 1 Singaraja. The research design used a case study qualitative approach. The research subjects were 2 experienced English teachers. The data collection procedure used in this study was an in-depth interview. The instruments of data collection procedure used was interview guides. The results revealed that the experienced English teachers’ perspectives were positive as the teachers believed that the one-page lesson plan was more efficient, effective, and more student-oriented so that the teachers could make simple lesson plan easily. These results showed that the principles of developing the one-page lesson plan have been implemented well based on the Circular Letter Number 14 of 2019 concerning Simplification of the Lesson Plan. Besides, the policy on the simplification of lesson plan needs to be maintained as it gains positive responses from the experienced English teachers. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang guru bahasa Inggris yang berpengalaman. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam. Instrumen prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perspektif guru bahasa Inggris yang berpengalaman adalah positif karena guru tersebut meyakini bahwa RPP satu halaman lebih efisien, efektif, dan lebih berorientasi pada siswa sehingga guru tersebut dapat membuat RPP yang sederhana dengan mudah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip penyusunan RPP satu halaman telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Nomor 14 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyederhanaan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Selain itu, kebijakan penyederhanaan RPP ini perlu dipertahankan karena mendapat respon positif dari para guru bahasa Inggris yang berpengalaman. Lesson plan is an essential part in teaching and learning process. Recently, the government was released the Circular Letter number 14 of 2019 regarding to the simplification of lesson plan. It announced that one-page lesson plan as the new lesson plan format used in Indonesia. The one-page lesson plan format is shorter than the previous lesson plan, where the teachers only required to fulfill 3 main components and the other components are belonging to non-compulsory components. One-page lesson plan has three principles, namely effective, efficient, and student-oriented. This study aims at analyzing the English teachers' perspectives toward the one-page lesson plan principles at SMKN 3 Singaraja. The study was designed with a case study qualitative approach. The data were gathered by conducting an in-depth interview with the teachers. The study was involved four English teachers at SMKN 3 Singaraja. This study shows all of the English teachers have the same perspectives on one-page lesson plan principles that one-page lesson plan is more effective, efficient, and student-oriented if compared to the previous lesson plan format. The findings of this study imply that one-page lesson plan format helps the teachers easier to design an efficient, effective and more student-oriented instruction.

A marketing communication aims to introduce a product, field or service in order to increase sales. Cocopi is one of the beverage businesses that has been located in various places in Jakarta, especially in Muara Karang Pluit. Cocopi is loved by many people from offices, school children to the elderly, so Cocopi is active in the Go-Food application. At the time of covid-19, managing a business is very difficult because of the many obstacles faced. So many things that must be re-planned and changed to keep employees and cocopi customer healthy and safe, then a lot of experience that can be taken in this situation and condition at the time of covid-19. And one way to survive during covid-19 used by cocopi is to promote through Go-Food, so that it is safe for everyone and still runs according to the rules. This research uses qualitative methodology with case study strategy. This data collection method with in-depth interviews by Cocopi Manager as well as documentation, non-participant observations, the conclusion of this research is an interaction process that has meaning or symbol in daily activities in Cocopi Muara Karang PluitSebuah komunikasi pemasaran bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan suatu produk, bidang atau jasa agar meningkatkan penjualan. Cocopi merupakan salah satu usaha minuman yang telah berada di berbagai tempat di Jakarta, terutama di Muara Karang Pluit. Cocopi di gemari banyak orang baik perkantoran, anak-anak sekolah sampai lansia, sehingga Cocopi aktif dalam aplikasi Go-Food. Pada saat covid-19, mengelola bisnis sangatlah sulit karena banyak sekali kendala yang dihadapi. Begitu banyak hal yang harus di rencanakan ulang dan di ubah agar karyawan dan kostumer cocopi tetap sehat dan aman, lalu banyak sekali pengalaman yang bisa diambil dalam situasi dan kondisi pada saat covid-19 ini. Dan salah satu cara agar tetap survive selama covid-19 yang digunakan cocopi adalah mempromosikan lewat Go-Food, sehingga aman bagi semuanya dan tetap berjalan sesuai aturan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data ini dengan wawancara mendalam oleh Manager Cocopi serta dokumentasi, observasi non partisipan, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah proses interaksi yang mempunyai makna atau simbol dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di Cocopi Muara Karang Pluit.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to provide an overview of the strategy and management of the Friday Khutbah production process at the Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya as its object. The method used by researchers in this research is a case study with data collection procedures using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. So that researchers can explore the phenomenon of the object of research in detail and depth. The findings that occur in the field show results that are sharpened by descriptive descriptions of several categories of production. First, the process of determining the idea of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Second, for the selection mechanism for Friday sermons at Al-Falah Mosque. Third, the design of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Fourth, testing and evaluating the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Fifth, the final design of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi dan manajemen proses produksi khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya sebagai objeknya.  Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kasus dengan prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sehingga peneliti dapat menggali fenomena pada objek penelitian secara rinci dan mendalam. Temuan yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan hasil yang dipertajam dengan uraian deskriptif mengenai beberapa kategori produksi khubah. Pertama,  proses penentuan gagasan  program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Kedua, untuk mekanisme  seleksi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Ketiga, desain program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Keempat, pengujian dan evaluasi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Kelima, desain akhir program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah.

Sharia Gold Pawn Products is the delivery of marhun (collateral goods) from the rahin (customers using mortgage financing) to the bank as a guarantee of part or all of the debt. This research is field (field research) with data collection method through observation, interview and documentation study in data collection. The author concludes that the application of Rahn's contract on Sharia gold mortgage financing at Bank BRI Syariah has been in accordance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa and there are several things that must be improved so as not to conflict with Sharia principles

This case study seeks to reveal the acculturation experience some residents Chinese descent in Semarang. The data collection is done by conducting in-depth interviews with three informants selected, complemented by interviews with a priest in order to gain insights into conflict resolution within the framework of multiculturalism. Key to conflict resolution is the synergic cooperation between the government, security, local religious and tribal leaders. Acculturation as a method of receiving and cultural assimilation became one of alternative conflict prevention. The informant chose multiculturalism as a strategy of acculturation. Communication patterns are tolerant and philosophical values of Pancasila should be developed and cultivated to realize multiculturalism.

Print sport journalists are facing new demands in their jobs, including the need to work in front of the camera. This case study examined attitudes among sport reporters working with video at Oklahoma’s 2 largest daily newspapers. Qualitative in-depth interviews (N = 18) were used for data collection. The researchers identified 4 major themes: attitude, skills, training, and critiques. These sport journalists sought to maintain their print identities foremost despite recognizing the needs and expectations to adapt to a multimedia workforce. The researchers also concluded that the evolution toward multimedia journalism in these organizations remains a gradual process and that additional training and frequent professional critiques were needed as part of this evolution.

Role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community of BintanPurposeThis study aimed to determine the role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community in Kawal village, Gunung Kijang district, Bintan regency.MethodsThis study used a qualitative method with a case study design and purposive sampling technique, with the cadres of posyandu. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD), with triangulation of sources and methods.ResultsThe role of cadres are as a health motivator, with the extension officers of the health and medical services as well as cadres being able to identify the needs, barriers and help to coordinate in providing health services.ConclusionPosyandu cadres have high social spirit created by the combination of internal and external motivation, resources and potential as well as experience developing ability, with the social spirit capable of inspiring, activating, stimulating, mobilizing and motivating people.

In recent decades, social sustainability has become the center of many researchers and planners’ attention. In this regard, one of the main approaches to achieve social sustainability is paying attention to the role of rural municipalities. Regarding the importance of this subject, the current study aimed to evaluate the rural municipalities’ performance in the achievement of social sustainability in the Central District of Nimrouz County. The current study is of applied type in terms of objective and it is of descriptive-analytical type in terms of methodology. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and interviews, and the statistical population included the rural households in the central district of Nimrouz County. The data were analyzed by the One-Sample t-test and the variance analysis and multivariable regression were also used to evaluate the rural governor’s (Dehtar) performance. The results indicated that rural governors’ performance in the social sustainability of the villages under study has managed to grab local villagers’ satisfaction and it was at an appropriate level.
