Hypertension is the most dominant disease whose cases are increasing to all over the world, happening especially to the elderly. The correct prevention and treatment can decrease Hypertension. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for Hypertension is the physical activity, such as the gymnastics for the elderly. The routine gymnastics will affect on the blood circulation, which will increase the function of heart so that the blood will be pumped to all over the body and finally decrease the blood pressure. The design of research was analytic-cross sectional.The population involved 63 elderly visiting Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) for the elderly in which 40 elderly were taken as the samples by using simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Chi-square statistic test with the significance level α = 0,05. The result of research showed the significant change on the blood pressure of the elderly who have actively done the gymnastics (ρ < 0,002). This research showed a relationship between the gymnastics for the elderly and the blood pressure of the elderly. In conclusion, the health workers at Puskesmas (Community Health Center) are expected to be more active in conducting the gymnastics for the elderly routinely so that they can get maximum result. Moreover, the community nurses should give information about benefits of gymnastics to the elderly so that they will get motivated to do it routinely.

Abstrack Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences a rise in blood pressure either slowly or suddenly. Hypertension sufferers are currently experiencing an increase, especially in the age stage of the elderly. One of the factors that influence hypertension is difficulty in controlling emotions, which can increase the levels of adrenaline hormone which results in increased blood pressure. The purpose was to identify the relationship of emotional intelligence with hypertension degrees in the elderly. The design study is cross sectional. Samples is 69 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions and observation sheets. Results used Chi Square test with 95% significance level obtained a significant value of p = 0.003 or smaller than 0.05. Conclusion there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and hypertension degrees in the elderly at public health center of Ranotana Weru .Keywords: Hipertertension, Emotional inteligence and hipertension degreesAbstrak : Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi dimana seseorang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah baik secara lambat maupun mendadak. Penderita hipertensi saat ini mengalami peningkatan, apalagi pada tahap usia lansia. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hipertensi adalah kesulitan dalam mengendalikan emosi, di mana dapat meningkatkan kadar hormone adrenalin yang emngakibatkan tekanan darah meningkat. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan derajat hipertensi pada lansia. Metode penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari 69 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 pertanyaan dan lembar observasi . Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95 % diperoleh nilai signifikan p = 0.003 atau lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kesimpulan ada hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan derajat hipertensi pada lansia di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru.Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, Kecerdasan Emosional, Derajat Hipertensi

Hypertension is a degenerative disease. This disease is usually suffered by the elderly. The method of treatment taken is through the use of drug consumption [lowering blood pressure, but taking long-term drugs can have a chemical effect in the body, so the use of drugs made from natural ingredients becomes one of the drugs in reducing blood pressure. In addition, yoga can also be used to lower blood pressure. By following exercise regularly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between blood pressure and yoga exercises. The method used in this research is pre-experimental, with a population of 30 respondents, through the sampling technique, namely total sampling. The result of this research is that there is a difference between the correlation test of yoga exercise and blood pressure through the chi square test, the Asymp value is obtained. Sig. (2-sided) 0.025. There is a significant difference between blood pressure before and after doing yoga exercises.

<p>Posyandu elderly aims to monitor the elderly condition in particular area because the body condition and aging process. But not all were able to actively follow the elderly Posyandu activities by various factors. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to the activity of the elderly following the Posyandu activities. This study was quantitative, using cross sectional design. From 155 respondents, 75 samples was obtained by purpossive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using chi-square test and logistic regression. Chi-square test result in this study indicate the variables that have a relationship with liveliness elderly family support variable (p=0.001), service cadres (p=0.000) and service of health workers (p=0.000). While that does not have a relationship with the activity of the elderly is a variable job (p=0.570) as well as distance and access (p=1.000). The result showed that cadre services was most dominant relationship with the liveliness of the elderly. In conclusion, the factors that have a relationship with the activity of the elderly following the Posyandu activities are support families, services and service cadres of health workers. This study sugest, cadres should be more active to disseminate information concerning the elderly and increase the number of cadres Posyandu.</p>

Background: The elderly population in recent years has experienced a significant increase. The condition and function of the body in the elderly are decreasing so that a person will experience a decrease in physical abilities which can affect body shape. Changes in body composition in the elderly include an increase in fat mass, a decrease in fat-free mass and a decrease in bone mass. These changes can increase and decrease the Body Mass Index (BMI). Sleep disturbance that affects sleep quality is sleep disordered breathing (SDB) and is closely related to a person's BMI level. Perimenopause is the transition between pre menopausal and postmenopausal. This transition occur sin women aged 45-55 years as aresul to fade crease in sex hormones, namely estrogen and progesterone. As a result of the hormone efficiency appears to complaints called perimenopause complaints that are affected by the use of hormonal contraceptives. Yield data of women aged 45-49 years who use hormonal contraceptives as many as 60 people and are non-hormonal many as 14 people (40%). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of hormonal contraceptive use on the complaint perimenopausal women aged 45-49 years in there gion of UPT Puskesmas Klampis Bangkalan. There search design was across sectional, population all mothers aged 45-49 whouse contraceptives as many as 74 people with simple random sampling technique. The independent variables namely the use of contraceptives and the dependent variable is the complaint of perimenopause. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire translated into a frequency distribution ableand narrative, analyzed by statistical test Chi Square with a significance level(α) =0.05 The study of 62 respondents, nearly all mothers are using hormonal contraception (83.9%) and the majority of complaints perimenopause mother is no complaints (67.7%). Complaints perimenopaus al women after use of hormonal contraceptionis almost entirely no complaints easily tired than when we were younger. Statistics Chi Square tests how edthat there is the influence of hormonal contraceptive use on the complaint of perimenopause=0,000. Women should need openness to many health workers ask about the problems of menopause are expected mothers can live a good life with and without interfering with daily activities.

Background. Aging is a natural process after the three stages of life, namely children, adulthood and old age that cannot be avoided by any individual. The increase of the age will cause changes in the structure and physiological properties of a range of cells, organs and systems in the body. Metabolic processes that decrease on the elderly will lead to obesity due to decreased physical activity, then the excess calories will be converted into fat resulting in obesity. Overweight or obesity is one of the factors that can influence blood pressure and the development of hypertension. Purpose. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between Body Mass Index with elderly blood pressure in puskesmas Melong Asih Cimahi. Methods. The methods in this study used analytic research method with cross sectional approach, there were 80 elderly (60- 74 years) as respondents. Sampling techniques used simple random sampling. Results. The results of univariat analysis used frequency distribution showed distribution evenly on IMT skinny (20%), normal (26.2%), fat (26.2%), obesity (27.6%). Similarly, on the frequency distribution of blood pressure normal (36.2%), pre hypertension (31.2%), and hypertension (32.6%). The results of Chi-Square statistical test showed p value = 0.000 < a 0.05. Conclusions. The conclusions from this study which conducted on June 2013 that there was a correlation between Body Mass Index (BMI) with elderly blood pressure in Puskesmas Melong Asih Cimahi.

DHF is one of the widespread  infectious diseases in Indonesia, with an increased infected number of sufferers. DHF case is closely related to environmental sanitation, wich causes the availability of breeding places for the Aedes aegypti mosquito vectors. The study was to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation behavior and the case of DHF in the working area of the Tarus Community Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample was_99 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data was collected from interviews and analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the varuabels of  knowledge (p = 0.000), attitudes (p = 0.021), and actions to environmental sanitation (p = 0.000) were related to the DHF case. The Tarus Community Health Center should increase outreach activities and family empowerment efforts related to the prevention and control of DHF.

Mothers’ regularity of weighing their children aged <5 yo at Posyandu is crucial to monitor the growth, nutritional status, and health of the children. Several factors could affect mothers’ regularity in weighing their children at Posyandu. This study aimed to identify factors affecting mothers to regularly measure the weight of their children <5 yo at Posyandu in Toobaun Village Kupang District. The study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study design. The sample was 57 mothers who had under-five children obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The result showed that knowledge (p= 0,002) and distance home-posyandu (p=0,000) associated with mothers’ regularity of weighing their under-five children, while mother’s occupation had no association with mothers’ regularity of weighing their children( p=0,091). Health workers should encourage mothers to measure regularly the weight of their under-five children at Posyandu.

Background: Abnormalities of the heart and blood vessels marked by an increase in blood pressure are known as hypertension. Worldwide, high blood pressure is estimated to affect more than one in three adults aged 25 years and over, or about one billion people. Overall, high-income countries have a lower prevalence of hypertension (35% of adults) than low and middle-income groups (40% of adults). The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia based on the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data in 2018 was 34.1%. Objective: This study determines the relationship of family support, social support, and health worker support with compliance of hypertensive patients. Methods: This research was conducted at the Tegal Gundil Community Health Center, North Bogor District, Bogor City, Indonesia, which was conducted from May to December 2017. The design of this study was cross-sectional. Sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling method with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The former consisted of all hypertensive patients aged 25-65 years who routinely control during the last six months who are present and willing to be interviewed during the study. The later includes hypertensive patients who have memory disorders with the number of samples of 110 respondents. Results: The results showed the respondents were dominated by the age of under 59 (75.5%), female (86.4%), junior high school as the highest education (68.2%), have no job (81.8%), and the prevalence of their sufferers’ compliance was 47.3%. The results of the Chi-square test showed that family support, social environment, and health workers were associated with compliance in hypertensive patients (OR = 2.461; CI 95% 1.140 to 5.310; P Value = 0.034). Conclusion: In order to improve compliance of patients with hypertension, it is necessary to pursue a program of activities focused on health promotion activities not only for patients but also involving family and social members.

In pregnancy, pregnant women have experience with emesis gravidarum about 67.9%. Pregnancy is a natural event. Woman's body will change during pregnancy. Some uncomfortable thing will appear along with physiological changes during pregnancy such as nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, and lower back pain. The most uncomfortable one was nausea and vomiting. Nausea and vomiting were as known as emesis gravidarum. Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is a common symptom and often occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy. Feelings of nausea occur because of increased levels of the hormone of estrogen and HCG in serum.; The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between gravida status and maternal age with the incidence of emesis gravidarum in January-August 2017 at BPM Veronika and BPM Endang Sutikno Kediri. Methods in this research were an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 120 with a sample of 93 respondents, using simple random sampling technique.;The researcher was collecting the data using the recapitulation sheet from January to August 2017. The result of the gravida status that counted with Chi-Square obtained χ2 count value of 6,8 then at the χ2 table at significance level and df 1 is 3,841 so χ2 value ; χ2 table. The result of maternal age that counted with Chi-Square obtained a χ2 count of 4,26 then at the χ2 table at a significance level of df 1 is 3,841 so χ2 count; 2 table. It can be concluded that there was a relationship between gravida status and maternal age with the occurrence of emesis gravidarum in January-August 2017 at BPM Veronika and BPM Endang Sutikno Kediri.
