Background: Medical records are an important part in assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients in hospitals. This research aimsMethods: Quantitative with survey research, a quantitative approach is used to find out how effective the relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction is at the Baloi Permai Health Center. Results: The results of the chi square statistical test showed that the p-value of 0.001 was less than 0.050, so it can be said that there is a significant relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction. The odds ratio for the relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction is 7.263 with 95% CI between 2.143- 24.614. Patients with long waiting times are 7,263 or 7 times more likely to have a low level of satisfaction compared to patients whose waiting times are not too long. Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of patient waiting time on outpatient satisfaction. The staff of the Baloi Perma Batam outpatient unit should further improve services, especially for waiting time for outpatients. Background and purpose: Patient satisfaction, including on radiography services, is an important component of health care provision. Surveys on patient satisfaction have been carried out particularly in government hospitals, but a more detailed study to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with the responsiveness of service providers has yet to be carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship between the six domains of responsiveness of service providers and outpatient satisfaction at three conventional radiography facilities in Denpasar. Methods: Study was conducted by cross-sectional survey of 158 respondents selected consecutively in three conventional radiography services, namely a government hospital, a private hospital and a private radiology clinic. Data were collected through interviews using modified questionnaires on responsiveness from WHO. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square test) and multivariate logistic regression method. Results: Univariate analysis indicated that patient satisfaction was 69% but still below the minimum service standards (>80,0%). Multivariate analysis showed that factors associated with satisfaction were the domain of attention (AOR= 3.77; 95%CI: 1.62-8.76), the quality of infrastructure (AOR=4.57; 95%CI: 1.61-12.93) and communication (AOR=6.30; 95%CI: 1.75-22.64).Conclusion: Patient satisfaction was generally still below the standard. Domains of responsiveness associated with patient satisfaction were the quality of infrastructure, level of attention and communication skills of service providers.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. KataKunci: Komplikasi Intra Hemodialisis, Kualitas Hidup, Hemodialisis ABSTRACTBackground: Hemodialysis is safe and beneficial to the patient. However, there are various complications may occur when the patients undergo hemodialysis. These complications can lead to the emergence of new problems which are more complex and affect to the quality of life and even cause death.Aim: To determine the relationship of intra hemodialysis complications with quality of life in patients with Chronic Stage Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage V who undergo hemodialysis.Method:This study employed correlational analytic design with cross-sectional approach. To conduct this study, there were 166 respondents recruited as the sample by using probability sampling with total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire and observation sheet. Further, the data were analyzed by non-parametric test (Chi Square).Finding: The findings indicated that the average number of intra hemodialysis complications is less than two complications (few complications). There were found that 52.3% patients who had complication of hypertension intra hemodialysis. On the other hand, there was 0%of the respondents experienced seizures and decreased awareness complications during the study. The quality of life of CKD stage V patients underwenthemodialysis at BRSU Tabanan is categorized as good quality. The statistical test obtained p <0.001, it meant that there was a significant relationship between intra hemodialysis complications with quality of life in patients underwenthemodialysis. It also found that the analysis results of OR = 0.005, it meant that respondents who had many complications have a chance of 0.005 times experienced poor quality of life rather than the patients who had few complications. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between intra hemodialysis complications and quality of life in patients undergo hemodialysis. Keywords: Complications of Intra Hemodialysis, Quality of Life, Hemodialysis
