Hypertension is a condition in which a person has an increase in blood pressure above normal as indicated by the systolic and diastolic numbers on blood pressure checks using a blood pressure measuring device. The incidence of hypertension in Southeast Asia is 24.7% and 23.3% of Indonesia's population. The results of the initial survey of blood pressure measurements and interviews obtained the results of blood pressure checks from 30 community members with the criteria not suffering from hypertension as many as 3 people and those suffering from pre-hypertension were 9 people and those suffering from hypertension were 18 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the relationship between family history and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in Indrasari Village, Banjar Regency. This research was conducted with an analytic observational research design and method cross sectional. The population in this study were all hypertension sufferers in Indrasari who met the criteria as many as 87 people. Data analysis used univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that from the results of the chi square test, there was correlation between family history, physical activity and the incidence of hypertension , the value was obtained p = 0.001 <α 0.005 and the value obtained p = 0.001 <α 0.005 was. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family history and physical activity with the incidence of hypertension in Indrasari Village, Banjar Regency.

High blood pressure is defined as systolic blood pressure that is equal to or above 140 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure equal to or above 90 mm Hg (JNC VIII, 2013). In 2018, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is based on the characteristics of the age 45-75 years and above with an average of 58.33% (Riskesdas, 2018). The aimed of this study was to determine of fiber intake, stress levels, and physical activity with blood pressure in pre elderly and elderly at RW 03 Lubang Buaya and RW 09 Kampung Tengah, East Jakarta. This research method is observational with cross sectional approach followed by 80 respondents with simple random sampling technique Data collection was taken, namely blood pressure measurement using a Sphygmomanometer, fiber intake using the Food Recall form 2 x 24 hours (Weekend and Weekday), stress levels with the DASS-14 questionnaire, and physical activity with the Baecke questionnaire. Data processing was analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test. The results of bivariate analysis with chi-square test showed a significant relationship between fiber intake (p value = 0.007), stress level (p value = 0,000), and physical activity (p value = 0.022) with blood pressure. There is a relationship between fiber intake, stress level, and physical activity with blood pressure in the elderly and elderly in Lubang Buaya and Kampung Tengah.

Title : Association between Blood Lead Level and Learning Achievement on the Students at Grinting 01 Elementary School, Bulakamba District, Brebes RegencyBackground: Plumbum (Pb) is a highly poisonous heavy metal, especially for the children. Pb enters the human body through the respiratory and gastrointestinal tract, and also skin. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between blood lead level and the learning achievement on the students in Grinting 01 Elementary School, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. Methods: This study was an observational research using cross sectional design.  The subjects were 51 students. The data were collected using interview and observational field. The exposure of blood lead level was measured by detecting Pb content in blood according to the result of laboratory test by ASS method (Atomic absorbance spectrometer), and the learning achievement was measured using MST (Middle Semester Test) score of the students. Univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (Chi-Square) were used to analyze the data. Results: The result of bivariate test indicated that there was no correlation between blood lead level and learning achievement with p >0.05. For in the ehole samples, the blood lead level were more than Normal standard of CDC (≥5 µg/dL) with the highest Pb in blood is 48.39 µg/dL and the lowest is 11.06 µg/dL. Conclusion: In conclusion, Pb concentration - in blood on the children does not influence the learning achievement directly.

Kata kunci: status gizi balita, diareAbstractMalnutrition in children is still a major health problem in the world. Data from WHO in 2010 showed 18% of children under five years old in developing countries are underweight. Malnutrition may increase the risk of infectious disease because the immune system is decreased. Otherwise, infectious disease can also affect the nutritional status because of decreased food intake, malabsorption, and increased body catabolism. This study aimed to determine association between diarrhea and nutritional status of children. The study was an observational study with cross sectional design. The population is mother and children aged 12- 60 months residing in Lubuk Buaya Village. There are 145 samples taken with proportionate random sampling method. Data were collected with questionnaire to determine the history of diarrhea in the last month and weighing. The data were processed with chi square test by using SPSS 17.0 program. Results of univariate analysis showed that there are children with good nutritional status (84,1%), underweight (13,8%), and poor nutritional status (2,1%). There are 25,5% children had diarrhea with average duration of illness 3,0 days. Results of bivariate analysis showed no significant association between diarrhea and nutritional status (weight/age) of children in Lubuk Buaya Village (p = 0,742). This study showed no association between diarrhea and nutritional status of children in Lubuk Buaya Village, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City. Keywords: nutritional status of children, diarrhea

This research is analyitic observational with cross sectional design. Accessible population sizes in this research are 679 students with numbers of samples are 157 students (simple random sampling). Data processing by using computer application with the univariate and bivariate analysis. The results analysed using chi square test with α = 0.05. The results showed correlation between sex (p = 0.041), mother’s job (p = 0.025), dietary pattern (p = 0.035) and physical activity (p= 0.015) with overweight. There was no correlation between parent’s education, father’s job, parent’s income, student’s pocket money, sedentary lifestyle with overweight. Suggestions for school to held morning gymnastics twice a week, also extends the extracurricular duration.
