The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in the success rate of Artificial Insemination of Balinese cattle in Rimbo Bujang Subdistrict, Rimbo Ilir, and to know the influence of spermatozoa resistance and spermatozoa abnormality on the success of Artificial Insemination in Balinese cattle. The method used is the survey method, while the sample withdrawal technique is used clustering. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the success of Artificial Insemination based on Service per Conception (S/C) showed the number 1.56 means the success of IB is good, while judging from the calving interval (CI) value in cattle which is 12.9 months, it means it is ideal. It can be concluded that the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) is good, while motility is the success of Artificial Insemination (IB), as well as the percentage of life and spermatozoa abnormalities does not affect the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) in Balinese cows.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di daerah Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Tingkat keberhasilan adopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) dan 2) Pengaruh status sosial ekonomi peternak kerbau terhadap  proses adopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode survey dan pendekatan analisa data sekunder. Populasi adalah peternak kerbau yang sudah mengadopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB), sampel ditetapkan dengan formula Slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 peternak. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang dihitung dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan IB pada ternak kerbau di Kabupaten Pariaman dilihat dari Service per Conception (S/C) berada pada kategori baik, dimana nilai S/C adalah 1.67, sedangkan dilihat dari Calving Rate (CvR) tingkat keberhasilan hanya 58%. Status sosial ekonomi peternak seperti Skala Usaha (SU), Pendapatan (Pdptn), Resiko (Rsk), Umur (U), Status dalam Kelompok (SdK), dan Keaktifan (K) mencari informasi kurang mempengaruhi peternak kerbau dalam proses pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.Kata kunci : Adopsi inovasi, inseminasi buatan (IB), status sosial ekonomi,  ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatera. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The success rate of innovation adoption Artificial Insemination (AI) and 2) Effects of socioeconomic status buffalo breeders to the process of innovation adoption Artificial Insemination (AI) in Padang Pariaman regency. This research uses survey method approach and secondary data analysis approach. The population is a buffalo breeder who has adopted the innovation of Artificial Insemination (AI), the sample is determined with Slovin formula so that the number of samples of 50 breeders is obtained. Data analysis is done by descriptive quantitative calculated by using likert scale. The results showed that the level of success of the IB in buffaloes in Pariaman seen from the Service per Conception (S / C) is in either category, where the value of the S / C is 1.67, while the views of Calving Rate (CvR) a success rate of only 58%. Socio-economic status of farmers like Scale Enterprises (SE), Revenue (R), Risk (Rsk), Age (A), the Status of the group (Sog), and Activeness (A) seeking information less affecting farmers buffalo in the decision process of innovation adoption Artificial Insemination (AI) in Padang Pariaman District. Key words: Adoption innovation, artificial insemination socio-economic status

he purpose of this study was to see the success rate of Artificial Insemination on beef cattle  in Purwodadi district, Musi Rawas Regency. The parameters observed is Service per Conception (S/C), Conception Rate (CR), Non Raturn Rate (NRR) and Calving Interval (CI).  Survey method isused  in this study by taking all area of Purwodadi district as the observed area because of its livestock population then analysed by using Slovin Formula to obtain 93 samples. The results of this study concluded that the Conseption Rate (C/R) in Purwodadi District was very good because it was obtained 70.96%. Figures for   S/C in Purwodadi sub-district showed an average of 1.4. As for the NRR value in Purwodadi Subdistrict, NRR(0-30) obtained a percentage of 70.96%. NRR(31-60) obtained 93.54% and NRR(61-90) obtained 100%. The value of the Calving Interval (CI) is very good, reaching an average of 14.7 or 14 months 7 days.Keywords: Artificial insemination, Purwodadi district, Beef Cattle, Success Rates

ABSTRAK. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu daerah sentra peternakan sapi potong, yaitu Kecamatan Pauh, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong dan metode penyuluhan dalam diseminasi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada peternak sapi potong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode survei melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen data. Populasi adalah peternak sapi potong yang sudah mengadopsi inovasi Inseminasi Buatan (IB), Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 30 peternak dengan teknik Quota Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang dihitung dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian adalah penyuluh sudah menerapkan pendekatan persuasif, pendekatan pervasion dan pendekatan compulsion dengan baik, sedangkan pendekatan coersion tidak diterapkan dalam diseminasi inovasi IB. Metode kunjungan rumah / usaha tani dan metode demonstrasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan metode kampanye tidak diterapkan oleh penyuluh dalam diseminasi inovasi IB pada peternak sapi potong di Kota Padang.  (The application of extension approaches and methods in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers at Pauh sub-district in Padang) ABSTRACT. A survey was carried out at Pauh sub-district, Padang to understand extension approach and method in disseminating artificial insemination (AI) innovation to beef cattle farmers. A survey method approach was used through observation, interviews and data document. Primary data were collected from 30 farmers using quota sampling technique. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative which was calculated using a Likert scale. The results showed that the extension workers have applied a convincing approach in both persuasive and compulsion types. However they did not use coercion in conveying AI innovation. Farm visit as well as demonstration have been implemented well by extension workers, while the campaign method is not applied in disseminating IB innovations to beef cattle breeders in the city of Padang.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand trust on e-commerce consumer’s loyalty. This research is also titled as hypothesis test research which undertaken test on hypothesis with Zalora’s consumer in Malang city as a source of this research. Data analysis method used multiple linear regressions with variable t and variable t. The result shows that brand equity and brand trust have an influence on Zalora’s consumer loyalty. It indicates that the increasing of brand trust followed by increasing of consumer’s loyalty.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the partnership farming Cassava Village Pudding Besar District of pudding Big Bangka, analyze the differences in average income that is obtained by farmers from various partnership schemes cassava in the village Pudding Besar District of pudding Big Bangka, analyzed the factors - factors that influence farmers' decision in choosing partners and not partner with partnership cassava farm in the village of Great pudding pudding Large District of Bangka. This study was conducted in January 2019 until January 2020 in the village of Great Pudding Pudding Large District of Bangka. The method used is survey method. Penrikan method used example is a method of quota sampling with a sample of two groups of 40 people and the partnering farmers do not partner 40 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive qualitative, quantitative analsisis (independent sample t-test, binary logistic regression). The results showed the implementation of partnership farming patterns occurring in the village of Great Pudding is a partnership with the name intiplasma KSR Program (Cassava People's Gardens). There is a real difference but not significant, the average income of Rp 32,384,718 partner farmers, while the non- partner farmers Rp 36,751,056 with the difference in the average income of farmers partner and non- partner Rp 4,366,388 per year. Factors that significantly affect farmers' decisions in partnering and partnering as age and availability of capital.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the factors which affecting the implementation of the SAKIP in Government of North Sulawesi, the contain is factor awareness on the laws and regulation (X1), factor organizational  commitment (X2) and factor role of APIP (X3) toward implementation of SAKIP (Y). Method that use in this research are quantitative method. The data analysis technique has been done by using the multiple linear regressions analysis. Result of the research according the partial test show that awareness on the laws and regulation no significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP, whereas the organizatoinal commitment and role of APIP has significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP. The value from coefficient of determination test amount of 43,7% has been effect by awareness on the laws and regulation, organizatoinal commitment, role of APIP, whereas the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The problem of zakat in this country actually started from the low awareness of the muzakki (people who issue zakat) to do it and the low of public trust in the Amil Zakat Agency and the Zakat Institusion, even though any expertise and wok that is lawful, whether done alone or related to other parties, sucs as an employee, if thei income reach the nishab, then zakat must be issued. This study aims to see how the knowledge of zakat, motivation and social-economic on the willingness University of Tridinanti Palembang lecturers in paying professional zakat through salary deductions. The population in this study was 190 lecturers at the University of Tridinanti Palembang (UTP). The sampel technique used was purposive sample with the criteria of lecturers who had obtained lecturer certification, amounting to 121 people from 4 fakulties at UTP. The data analysis used is using multiple linear regressions analysis. The results of the study state that the knowledge of zakat, zakat motivation and social- economic have a positive.

This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality simultaneously and partially to the interest of buy back Tupperware product in Jambi City. The population is Tupperware consumers in PT. Nazila Jambi Nugraha which amounted to 28,106 members. After doing research data that can author though only 139 questionnaires. Data collection method in this study using survey method, followed by statistical methods to test the hypothesis is by multiple linear regressions (multiple regressions). The results showed that the hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest. Where product quality has a more dominant influence when compared to two other variables. Based on the results of the study for it is expected to the future management company can continue to maintain and improve product quality one of them is by diversifying the product. The purpose of this study was to analyze the profitability, growth, sales growth and asset structure of the company on capital structure. The research object was the entire industrial sector of consumer goods amounted to 36 companies, but based on the completeness of the data, then, only 30 companies takan as samples with the observation period of 2012-2014. The independent variables were profitability, growth, sales growth and asset structure while the dependent variable was capital structure (debt to total assets ratio). The data analysis used multiple linear regressions. These results indicate that the growth of the company have a significant effect on the capital structure. This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase behavior in Bang Kopitiam Café and Resto in Palu City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers who have visited Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto at least 2 times. Sampling technique is accidental method, with sample of 90 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis tool is multiple linear regressions method. The result shows that consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence repurchase behavior of consumers in Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto Palu City.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh serempak dan partial kepuasan konsumen terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen di Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengunjungi Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto minimal 2 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah linear regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen secara serempak dan partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen pada Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto di Kota Palu.
