Primigravida pregnancy is a condition that causes physical and psychological changes. One of the psychological aspects that affect pregnancy and can cause anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on anxiety levels in third trimester primigravida pregnant women at UPTD Puskesmas Turikale Kab. Maros. The research design used was a quasi experiment. The research design used was "One Group Pretest-Postest Design". The sample determination is done by total sampling technique with a sample size of 23 respondents. The intervention was given for 6 times of intervention for 2 weeks. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test data analysis with a significance level of α = 0.05. If the p value <0.05 then Ha is accepted, it means that there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable The research results from statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained the value of ρ = 0.000, where the value of ρ is smaller than the value of α = 0.05, then Ha is accepted. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of classical music therapy on anxiety levels in Primigravida Trimester III pregnant women. The conclusion of this study is the effect of classical music therapy on the anxiety level of primigravida pregnant women. Before being given classical music therapy, the level of anxiety in the third trimester of primigravida pregnant women was mild anxiety, moderate anxiety and severe anxiety. Meanwhile, after being given classical music therapy intervention, there was a decrease in anxiety levels, namely not anxious, mild anxiety and moderate anxiety.

ABSTRAKAdaptasi fisik dan psikis kehamilan trimester III secara fisiologis dapat menimbulkan kecemasan ibu hamil. Adanya kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III dapat menyebabkan komplikasi ibu dan janin saat kehamilan, persalinan bahkan nifas. Terapi acupressure merupakan natural terapi dengan cara menekan acupoint  untuk merelaksasi tubuh, melancarkan sirkulasi darah serta memberikan rasa tenang dan nyaman. Acupoint KID 27 dan CV 17 adalah titik yang berhubungan dengan kecemasan, agitasi, penyimpangan kelenjar tiroid, keseimbangan tubuh dan pusat jantung. Penekanan pada titik ini menyeimbangkan kadar hormon tiroid dan mengatasi gangguan kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh acupressure depression points terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian dilakukan Bulan Februari-Agustus 2021. Populasi penelitian ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan ANC bulan Juni 2021 dengan keluhan kecemasan. Sampel penelitian 22 ibu hamil trimester III dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner PRAQ-R2. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat (Uji Wilcoxon) Hasil: Hasil analisa statistik dengan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai P-value 0,000 pada tingkat kecemasan. Kesimpulan: Acupressure depression points berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di Semarang.Kata kunci: kecemasan, ibu hamil trimester IIIREDUCE ANXIETY IN PREGNANT MOTHER TRIMESTER III WITH ACCUPRESSURE DEPRESSION POINTS METHODABSTRACTPhysical and psychological adaptation of the third trimester of pregnancy can physiologically cause anxiety for pregnant women. The existence of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women can affect the quality of sleep which causes maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy, delivery and even postpartum. Acupressure therapy is a natural therapy by pressing the acupoints to relax the body, improve blood circulation and provide a sense of calm and comfort. Acupoints KID 27 and CV 17 are points associated with anxiety, agitation, thyroid disorders, body balance and heart centers. Emphasis on this point balances thyroid hormone levels and treats anxiety disorders thereby improving sleep quality. Objective: to determine the effect of acupressure depression points on the level of anxiety and sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with pre-experimental research method One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted in February-August 2021. The study population was pregnant women in the third trimester who performed ANC in June 2021 with complaints of anxiety. The study sample was 22 pregnant women in the third trimester with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the PRAQ-R2. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data (Wilcoxon test) Results: The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a P-value of 0.000 on anxiety levels. Background: Hypertension during pregnancy remains high in Indonesia. It is a major cause of maternal death. Aromatherapy lavender and classical music therapy are considered effective in lowering blood pressure in hypertension.Objective: To examine the effect of lavender aromatherapy and classical music therapy in lowering blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension.Methods: A quasy experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. There were 52 pregnant women with the inclusion criteria selected as samples using simple random sampling, divided into lavender aromatherapy group, classical music group, combination of aromatherapy and music group, and control group. Sphygmomanometer was used to measure blood pressure. Mann Whitney and Post Hoc test were used for data analysis.Results: Results showed that four groups have a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure after given intervention with p-value <0.05. The mean decrease of systolic blood pressure among four groups was: lavender group (5.77 mmHg), music group (7.23 mmHg), combination group (9.54 mmHg), and control group (3.67 mmHg); and the mean decrease of diastolic blood pressure was: the lavender group (2.77 mmHg), music group (0.61 mmHg), combination group (8.23 mmHg), and control group (3.42 mmHg).Conclusion: there was a significant effect of lavender aromatherapy and classical music therapy in lowering blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension. However, the combination of both interventions was more effective than lavender aromatherapy or music therapy alone.

This study aims to improve the physical health condition of third trimester primigravida pregnant women. The method in this study uses a randomized controlled trial design. This type of research uses pre-test & post-test group design. The results of this study indicate that the results of organ energy as an indicator of physical body health have increased the frequency of pre and post test. The repeated ANOVA test showed a decrease in both groups. While the Wilcoxon test results showed that there were differences in the post test 2 energy organs p = 0.013 (<0.05), post test 3 p value 0.001 (<0.05). Background: Pregnancy is a time when there are dramatic changes both psychologically and biologically that can cause anxiety. From the results of interviews stated 7 of 10  third trimester pregnant mother said anxious moment before childbirth. Guided imagery is a therapy to overcome anxiety. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of guided imagery on the anxiety level of pregnant women at Trimester III. Method: Quantitative research type of quasi-experimental design pre and post-test without control. Sampling by purposive sampling. The sample size is 30 respondents. The anxiety was measured using the HRSA questionnaire and analyzed using the Match Pair Test Wilcoxon test. Results: The results of analysis of 30 respondents, before given guided imagery therapy most of the respondents experienced moderate anxiety as many as 18 people (60%). After being given guided imagery treatment most respondents had light anxiety 17 people (56.7%). The result of the Wilcoxon test shows p-value 0.000 (p-value <0,05), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: There is an influence of guided imagery on the anxiety level of third-trimester pregnant women in the Working Area of Mijen Health Center in Semarang City with a p-value of 0.000 which means that guided imagery can reduce the anxiety level of third-trimester pregnant women.

Anxiety in pregnant women often occurs in the third trimester. Anxiety results in prolonged labor, premature birth, LBW (Low Birth Weight). To prevent and reduce anxiety, prenatal yoga as an alternative therapy is given to primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester.The puropose of this study is to find out the influence of prenatal yoga toward anxiety level primigravida in the third trimester in Puskesmas I Kembaran, Banyumas District. This study used quasy experimental with pretest posttest design. The sample in this study are all of primigravida in third trimester, there are 24 pregnant woman in Puskesmas 1 Kembaran. The results showed there were differences in primigravida in third trimester anxiety levels before and after prenatal yoga with p value = 0,000 (p 0.05). There is an influence of prenatal yoga on the level of anxiety primigravida in third trimester. There is a change in the mean level of anxiety of 11,3.

Introduction:Anxiety during pregnancy in the first, second and third trimester is very likely to occur, especially on the third trimester of pregnancy approaching labor time. Anxiety can be reduced in various ways,for instanceby having positive thinking, praying, story sharing with others, meditation, and hydrotherapy. One form of hydrotherapy issoaking feet in warm water. This research aims to find out the effect of soaking feet in warm water towards the anxiety levelsof the third trimester pregnant women at Pegandon Community Health Centre in Kendal. This research used quasi experimental time series design without comparison group. The samples are 36 respondents were taken by purposive sampling. The instrument used is Hamilton anxiety level questionnaire sheet and observation sheet. The data is analyzed by Wilcoxon test. The result shows there are effects of soaking feet in warm water towards the the third trimester pregnant women’s anxiety levels at Pegandon Community Health Centre in Kendal with 0,000 < 0,05 p-value. The writer hopes third trimester pregnant women who experience anxiety can soaking feet in warm water as an alternative therapy for anxiety.

Cervical cancer is ranked seventh in the world which causes death in women from all types of cancer, while the percentage in Indonesia is estimated at 12.7% of all types of cancer. One of the therapies performed on cervical cancer patients is ionizing radiation or Brachytherapy. This action often causes anxiety with varying degrees depending on the condition and the patient's ability to manage it. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on anxiety in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy in the radiation oncology service unit of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta. This research design is Quasi Experimental, with type one group pre test and post test design with out control group. The study population was all cervical cancer patients who underwent Brachytherapy with a total sample of 42 respondents. The results showed that classical music therapy was able to reduce anxiety levels by 11.62% with a p-value of 0.000 from moderate to mild anxiety, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of classical music therapy on reducing anxiety levels in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy. The problem of primary dysmenorrhoea is largely overcome by resting and takingmedication. Many ways to eliminate or reduce dysmenorrhea both pharmacologicallyand non-pharmacologically. Management of menstrual pain can also be managed non-pharmacologically, such as giving aromatherapy, aromatherapy administrationtechniques can use a variety of aromatherapy such as lavender. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of Lavender Oil Aromatherapy on Menstrual Pain inStudents at SMP N 18 Pesawaran in 2020. This type of quantitative research design isquasy experimental design research with one grub pretest and posttest approach. Thepopulation in this study were all students. Samples taken in this study were 31students who experienced disminore when the study took place. Analysis of the dataused using the Wilcoxon test. The results of data analysis and processing found thatthere was an effect of Lavender Oil Aromatherapy on Menstrual Pain in Junior HighSchool 18 Pesawaran in 2020 with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05. Respondents can increasetheir knowledge about handling disminorea by searching for information via theinternet or reading books, so that respondents are not dependent on pharmacologicaltreatment alone.

Hospitalizationis a process by which aplannedor emergency reasons, so the children had to be hospitalized can cause children to experience anxiety. To over come anxiety management can be given psychotherapy, one of which is with music therapy. The purpose ofthis study was todetermine the effect of music therapy to decrease anxiety levels pre- school children who experienced hospitalization in Hospital Jombang Chrysan the mum Pavilion. This study uses the approach Quasy Experiment pretest-posttestdesign with control group. With a total sample of 14 children (2 groups) using  purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation and then tabulated using data coding and tested using Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon with α = 0.05 significance level. The results  of the analysis wilcoxon obtained p valueof 0.015, p value;α (0.015 ;0.05) and Mann- Whitney obtained p valueof 0.007, p value<α (0.007;0.05). So there is the effect of music therapy on reducing anxiety levels preschoolers who experienced hospitalization in Hospital Jombang Chrysan the mum Pavilion. The conclusion that can bedrawn from this studyis the effect of music therapy on anxiety levels pre-school children who experienced hospitalization in Hospital Jombang Chrysan the mum Pavilion.

Anxiety disorders are more common in women than men, ie during the pregnancy period and occur during pregnancy and after childbirth, pregnancy anxiety disorders are associated with the occurrence of preterm birth, low birth weight, and decreased apgar score when the baby is born. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of lavender aroma therapy and classical music to overcome anxiety in third trimester pregnant women before and as soon as given a combination of lavender and classical music aromatherapy. The type of research used is a quasy experiment. The sample of this study used Cluster random sampling which is 50 trimester III pregnant women. The data collection used the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) questionnaire, and before that an ethical test was conducted, the analysis of the study used the T Test.
