Indonesia is a superpower country in the field of culture (The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural-UNESCO). Culture can be way for the governments to improve the economy and reduce the gap in the industrial revolution 4.0. Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 2017 about promoting culture provides a platform for cultural development. In 2017 there were 141,732 people or equivalent with 11.38% belonging to the poor population, its means that there is 393,817 per capita per month in the poverty line in Pati. One of things that can help the economy is from the cultural sector, one of which is through the Ketoprak Cilik in Kudur village became the most influential Ketoprak  Cilik in Pati, even this Ketoprak of Dalang Bowo Asmoro’s care had scented Pati district in an international art performance in Borobudur (www.kabarkotapati.com). This Kotoprak Cilik show still requires innovation related to industrial management, such as training and schedule management (Bowo Asmoro, 2019). Ketoprak Cilik consist of elementary and junior high school students. The training is held every Saturday and Monday at Kudur Village Hall. The Kudur Village office is equipped with a broad set of gamelan and stage areas that are useful for practicing Ketoprak Cilik performances. Ketopra Cilik as a Cultural is used to instill the spirit of love of local culture to the younger generation, this is a concrete step that encourages local people to jointly build the character of the young generation through culture. The results of the small ketoprak staging will be put into the village treasury to later help the community’s economy. With this can encourage the emergence of cultural economic collaboration in the village of Kudur-Pati. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews and references from various trusted sources. This paper examines more deeply how culture plays a role in improving the economy of the community and forming the character of Indonesia’s young generation. The humanity is now at the threshold of a new era when a widening use of artificial intelligence (AI) will start a new industrial revolution. Its use inevitably leads to the problem of ethical choice, it gives rise to new legal issues that require urgent actions. The authors analyze the criminal law assessment of the actions of AI. Primarily, the still open issue of liability for the actions of AI that is capable of self-learning and makes a decision to act / not to act, which is qualified as a crime. As a result, there is a necessity to form a system of criminal law measures of counteracting crimes committed with the use of AI. It is shown that the application of AI could lead to four scenarios requiring criminal law regulation. It is stressed that there is a need for a clear, strict and effective definition of the ethical boundaries in the design, development, production, use and modification of AI. The authors argue that it should be recognized as a source of high risk. They specifically state that although the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation contains norms that determine liability for cybercrimes, it does not eliminate the possibility of prosecution for infringements committed with the use of AI under the general norms of punishment for various crimes. The authors also consider it possible to establish a system to standardize and certify the activities of designing AI and putting it into operation. Meanwhile, an autonomous AI that is capable of self-learning is considerably different from other phenomena and objects, and the situation with the liability of AI which independently decides to undertake an action qualified as a crime is much more complicated. The authors analyze the resolution of the European Parliament on the possibility of granting AI legal status and discuss its key principles and meaning. They pay special attention to the issue of recognizing AI as a legal personality. It is suggested that a legal fiction should be used as a technique, when a special legal personality of AI can be perceived as an unusual legal situation that is different from reality. It is believed that such a solution can eliminate a number of existing legal limitations which prevent active involvement of AI into the legal space.

The term ‘double predestination’ simply means that, just as God predestines some, but Education is something that is very important for human life, and this is a divine mandate. This study aims to determine the pattern of Christian education from time to time and its implementation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach by reading, observing and analyzing literature sources on Christian education from time to time and its implementation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The results show that the situations and conditions behind the presence of education differ from time to time, but the similarity is that God has appointed certain people as agents of education. Where the patterns that are applied are harmonized with the surrounding conditions.

Land registration processes have been described to be simplistic in simple land tenure environments where land rights are treasured and registered by the state on behalf of the people. Duplication of tasks, repeated preparation of land registration documents, and wrong definition of tasks affect the activities and processes of land registration characterising complex land tenure environments. Many qualitative land registration models such as the use of Unified Modified Language (UML) diagrams have been developed to show the frameworks of land registration processes in most parts of the world. However, most researches avoid the technical implementation of these models. This paper presents the quantitative approaches to addressing the problems of land registration processes in complex land tenure systems using computational techniques such as Process Maker and Java Script. The paper used case study approach to collect data and systems design method for the output. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data from the Lands Commission of Accra and its stakeholders. Process maker software was operationalised using GeoJSON parcel file. Results show that, the simplification of land registration processes is based on the rationale behind the change (Data error, improved capacity, service quality), and the semantics (process re-engineering) involved in the computation of the modelling processes. The outcome has the ability to simplify an otherwise complex tenure system by avoiding delays and therefore improving the land registration processes.

The interior design of Malaysian Islamic mosques is a vivid example of further innovation and innovation based on design creativity in design relationships. As a result of the interaction of this level, the design process shows a clear independence as a result of the interaction of the subjective capabilities factor of the interior designer based on the study of the specificity of the objective capabilities that govern the processes of drafting innovative decorative arts. Therefore, it was necessary to study this issue by identifying the research problem, which is summarized by: showing the features of design independence as a complementary principle in the designs of the interior spaces of Malaysian mosques,While the aim of the research focuses on identifying the features of design independence that are adopted as a complementary principle in the designs of the interior spaces of Malaysian mosques,While the importance of research is evident in presenting a clear picture of the concept of design independence, as it represents the theoretical base that can be used in practical application in designs of interior spaces for the chapel of the Malaysian Islamic mosques,The research study also includes both (research limits, theoretical framework, as well as research procedures based on the descriptive analytical approach (content analysis - case study)) leading to the results of the research study, which was among the most important: 1- Design configurations of all kinds and design configurations emerged within the designs of the internal determinants, based on the study of the interior designer, to the aesthetic independence of the division of space and size as a complementary principle within the internal determinants of the mosque of the two mosques. 2- The relationship of the principle of the independence of convergence as a complementary principle contributed to determining the distances between shapes, which can be perceived as a unified whole, through the distribution of units and shapes within a consecutive visual design system. While the most important recommendations emerged through the necessity of studying the choice of levels of internal determinants of the chapel of the Malaysian Islamic mosques. With the demonstration of the expressive characteristic of civilization development through design recruitment of appropriate vocabulary and design units with a careful selection of modern materials and materials in line with the innovative design path to achieve the requirements of design independence within the chapel of the Malaysian Islamic mosques.
