The Bali Institute of Health Sciences (STIKES) is a higher education institution in the health sector. Education in an institution needs to be monitored especially the lecture process. At present, the process of monitoring lectures is carried out by recording into paper documents. Several problems arise, namely at the end of each semester staff who perform lecture attendance recapitulation must open a sheet per lecturer attendance form sheet. Then from the lecturer attendance form, the staff in charge must type back into the Microsoft Excel application. This resulted in 2 problems, namely the occurrence of delays in reporting and the difficulty of monitoring lectures by Puket I. From these problems a system is needed that is able to provide information on the presence of lecturers and is able to present information on lecture activities in realtime. The design of this system is translated through Data Flow Diagrams and built using PHP language, for display using CSS, and database using MySQL. Testing this system uses blackbox testing. The lecture monitoring information system can display information about the implementation of lectures for Chairperson I Assistant in real time and can facilitate STIKES Bali staff in conducting lecturers' attendance.

a b s t r a c tThe development of flood early warning technology has grown rapidly. The technology has led to an increase in technology in terms of communication and information. Internet of Things technology (IoTs) has provided a major influence on the development of early warning information system. In this article a protipe-based flood monitoring information system of Google Maps have been designed by integrating Ultrasonic sensors as the height of the detector, the Arduino Uno as a processor, U-Blox GPS modules Neo 6 m GSM module and as the sender of data is the height of the water and the coordinates to the station of the system informais flood. The design of the prototype produces information flood elevations along with location based Google Maps interface. Keywords:Flood, Arduino, Internet of Things Technology (IoTs), Ethernet a b s t r a kPengembangan teknologi peringatan dini banjir telah tumbuh dengan cepat. The growing development of computers triggers the amount of software in different amounts and uses. A system is said to be good when starting planning that can estimate the cost, time and amount of resources needed as a basis for planning a system. So that the estimated cost can be an element in an assessment. The research explains that the Academic Guidance Information System (SIBIMA) which is a system for carrying out student consultation activities with academic advisers at XYZ University. From the software cost estimation results at SIBIMA use Function Point which is a method of estimating software size using an indirect approach or indirect approach to estimate software size in Function Point units (FP), for Effort values on SIBIMA is 379,906 man / hour and it is known that the cost needed in developing SIBIMA is IDR 22,858,705 so that it can be used as a reference if the higher education institution wants to develop a software system

ABSTRACT Purpose: to compare and analyze social attitudes of students and professors of a higher education institution about the inclusion of people with disabilities according to variables gender, age and areas of knowledge of participants. Methods: the quantitative study was conducted on 601 academics, 583 being students and 18 university professors from a private university, who have contact with individuals with disabilities in the classroom. A questionnaire was applied to identify the social attitudes related to the variables correlated above. Results: the sample included 97% of students, 417 being females and 184 males. Nearly 43% were younger than 20 years and 6% older than 40 years. The female professors and students had higher agreement with the questionnaire, while male professors and students reported lower satisfaction. Concerning age, the younger individuals were the most dissatisfied ones. In relation to the field of knowledge, the Exact, Human and Health Sciences, in this order, presented increased agreement with the research instrument. Conclusion: the study investigated the social attitudes of professors and students about the inclusion of people with disabilities, analyzing the results according to gender, age and area of knowledge, comparing and correlating with the agreement about the questionnaire. The results revealed the need to deepen the studies about variables that may influence the social attitudes related to the inclusion and permanence of these individuals in higher education institutions.

The article describes the features of the use of modern information systems in the activities of the department of higher education institutions. The essence of information systems and the tasks they can perform are revealed. The features of relational and social interaction are described. The basic components of the parts that form the internal information base are determined. The directions of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the management and educational activity of an educational institution are considered. The dependence of the information system effectiveness on the correct strategy for the development, acquisition and use of software products is determined. The article describes the ways of developing and developing information management systems in a higher educational institution It is proved that the information systems use is a prerequisite for the activity of a modern higher education institution, which will promote the adoption of sound strategic management decisions aimed at increasing competitiveness and creating an adequate and efficient infrastructure.

The paper describes the initiative of the management of a higher education institution to design and realize an Information System (IS) in order to implement new study rules for new study programmes that are in agreement with the Bologna Declaration. The authors based their work on the common theory about projecting ISs, but with focus on expected practical results. The goal is to achieve better organization in our Institution and necessary informing about conditions and regulations of studies. This information has to be supplied to both students and faculty staff. Knowing the old study system and its differences with respect to the new one, authors attempted to create a prototype for a new IS that incorporates strict rules regarding enrolment into study years, course selection, and taking exams. In this way the IS will resolve many issues and questions for students and staff alike.

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

The Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK) is one of the faculty under the Situbondo Ibrahimy University that develops education in health sector, which in its implementation of the learning process do a lot of practicum both in the laboratory or in the classroom. One of the laboratories is midwifery laboratory. Midwifery laboratory of FIK serves the lending of tools, rooms and packages to students and lecturers, both to be used for the learning process, or to the needs of research and community service. The lending transaction process, with many packages containing a variety of tools, requires an effective and efficient recording data system. The purpose of this research is to help the staffs of midwifery laboratory to serve all the processes of lending, returning, procuring and repairing equipment. This information system provides information about student activity in practicing and using tools in the midwifery laboratory, as well as the availability of tools with student ratios so that they can become decision support for faculty leaders in the procurement and monitoring of tool use in the laboratory.
