The paper is based on the revealed domestic publications and analysis of vast publications in the foreign professional periodicals. Internet-based resources, e. g. www-sites of diverse organizations were analyzed, and the data on efficient Russian corporate libraries was identified. The national library studies exclude corporate libraries from the traditional official library typology. The national classification system (Library Bibliographic Classification, LBC) as well, does not envisage typology for the corporate libraries. The author does not possess statistical data. Some experts relate the concept to “corporations”, others see the corporate libraries as former “technical” (sectoral, industrial) libraries. However, the analysis findings demonstrate that this term can be primarily related to the concept of “corporate culture”. The corporate libraries make part of corporations, financial and trade companies, banks, foundations, joint-stock companies, etc. The prerequisites of extensive uprise of these libraries in Russia emerged in 1990s. The few publications on the topic are discussed along with the information available from Internet resources. The author concludes that the corporate libraries belong to special libraries, and within the latter group, the corporate libraries should be separated. Both state-funded and non-government organizations have got the libraries within their structure. The author attempts to formulate the definition for the new type of libraries, examines their functions and characteristic features, staff and users. The examples of the place of these libraries within the organizational structure are provided.

Presented the results of evaluation of structural connection, identity and interchangeability of main asymmetric types of theoretical distributions most often acceptable for assessing the distributions of various indicators in geology and technology. The method of empirical analysis and statistical inference was used with the involvement of nonparametric facts according to the distribution patterns. The analysis of the empirical results of the application of the lognormal, gamma distribution and the Weibull distribution with the involvement of extensive statistical data from literary and research sources is carried out. The characteristic features and statistical regularities of distributions inherent to them are revealed, estimated statistical conclusions are obtained, according to which structural relationships between the functions of the lognormal, gamma and Weibull distributions are revealed. The identity and authenticity of the development of probabilistic frequencies in their application have been established, the complex geometric "image" of asymmetry inherent to these types of distributions is generalized. Structural relationships and interchangeability of asymmetric types of distributions are recommended to increase the reliability and credibility of the estimated choice of distribution in conditions of uncertainty and insignificance of statistical data when solving problems associated with forecasts, technological and computer developments.

The present study was conducted to know the morphology, morphometry, production and reproduction potentialities of Nageswari duck, an indigenous duck genetic resource of Bangladesh. Data on 58 representative adult Nageswari ducks were included for morphological study from 24 duck owners and two government organizations having Nageswari duck flocks while 468 individuals were considered for the traits of productive and reproductive performances. Information was collected by using a structured questionnaire through personal interaction, on spot recording and direct phenotypic measurements in five different regions of Bangladesh. Black plumage color with white stripe extended from neck to breast make unique features of Nageswari duck compared to other indigenous ducks. Morphometric measurements on adult live weight, body length, head diameter, bill length, neck length, shank length, wing length, massiveness and condition index in male and female were found to be 1.66±0.07 and 1.51±0.05 kg, 26.27±0.57 and 23.79±0.39 cm, 3.49±0.02 and 3.36±0.04 cm, 5.87±0.09 and 5.54±0.07 cm, 23.49±0.58 and 21.59±0.49 cm, 5.76±0.12 and 5.16±0.11 cm, 24.58±0.49 and 21.99±0.53 cm, 6.33±0.28 and 6.39±0.22, and 6.72±0.23 and 6.93±0.23 respectively. Age at first egg of Nageswari duck was found to be 168.48±3.53 days. Total number of eggs laid per year averaged 173.63±3.39 and peak production was found in 29.46±0.19 weeks. The average egg weight was estimated to be 67.32±0.82 g and characteristic bluish tinge of egg color was observed. Breed specific characteristic features and production profiles were observed in this study. The present study provided some baseline information on Nageswari duck of Bangladesh which could be useful for genetic characterization, conservation and future improvement programs in Bangladesh.Bang. The article analyzes the latest digitalization processes in the aspect of digital institutialization, covering various levels of the modern world economy - from global to national. The purpose of the article is, based on an analysis of the practice of introducing digital institutialization at various levels, to identify their features and comply them with the modern requirements for the development of the world economy and the system of international finance. The scientific novelty of the study lies, firstly, in considering the direction (digital institutialization) that has not been sufficiently studied in the economic studies, and secondly, in analyzing and identifying patterns based on the latest statistical data and the latest regulatory changes. Despite some characteristic features inherent to them in general, there is an increase in digitalization processes, primarily with the participation of fintech companies, as well as with the support of regulatory bodies. Analyzing their course, the author comes to the conclusion about the growing stimulation of the use of digital currencies in the form of a stablecoin, supported by the Bank for International Settlements and the G7 - at the global level, and by the relevant institutions of state regulation - at the regional and national levels.

The Internet archives kept by heritage libraries are analysed, focusing specifically on that new type of expression characteristic of web culture and digital folklore, the meme. Five paradigmatic examples of heritage institutions engaging in web archive initiatives are explored: the Library of Congress, British Library, Bibliothèque Nationale de France, Biblioteca Nacional de España and National Library of Australia. Specific assessment categories are defined for the study. The findings reveal a lack of collection policies for such representative objects of today’s mass culture and identify the challenges both for the custodial institutions and for research in the future.

AbstractThe basic concept underlying the alloy design and microstructural control method utilised in developing a new type of β(B2)+ γ (A1) two-phase ductile shape memory alloy in the Ni-Al base systems is briefly reviewed. The characteristic features of the shape memory effect (SME) in the Ni-Al-Fe and Ni-Al-Fe-Mn alloys are reported with particular reference to the transformation and deformation temperatures, the volume fractions of the γ phase, the morphology of the β + γ structure and the effect of cycling. Training by cycling treatment has a significant effect on the degree of shape recovery and pseudo-elasticity in the β + γ two-phase alloys. These duplex β + γ alloys also exhibit a combination of relatively high damping capacity and high yield strength. It is emphasized that these alloys could be expected to fill the need for a new group of shape memory alloys which operate at elevated temperatures over 100°C.

The author analyzes the new concept of “truly modern libraries” being developed by Vadim Stepanov who suggests to review the library functions and to re-orient the libraries toward providing socio-cultural and leisure services. The author analyzes these methodological and practical recommendations within the concept while demonstrating the practical “misery” of the concept itself and the recommendations which, to one degree or another, have been being developed in the national library studies. Thus, the open access to library collections is a common place since 1930s; every large library has got special room for public events, etc. The author discusses the experience of Helsinki city library (“Oodi”) that has switched to sociocultural and leisure services. Today, “Oodi” – is a cultural and entertaining center, comprising the library oriented toward leisure activities; in fact, it franchises the title of a library. The author demonstrates that accommodating libraries within cultural, leisure and entertaining complexes has been the common practice since the Soviet period. He emphasizes that changes in the national librarianship are of the multifactor character, while automation and computerization of library processes and online access lead to decreasing the library staff number and the volume of library collections. Thus, these changes may not be regarded as the manifestation of a crisis. The author suggests the projects must be being developed more responsibly.
