The honey productivity of bee colonies during the bribe from the white acacia was increased by the method of selection of unripe honey from the nest. Empty honeycombs were substituted in their place. On the fifth day of honey collection from white acacia in the families of the research group, a third one with empty combs was placed between two buildings. Between buildings 2 and 3, a bee limiter was placed, allowing worker bees to easily get into building 2, but did not allow them to come back. Sampling of honey, analysis of physical and chemical parameters was carried out according to DSTU 4497: 2005 "Natural honey. Technical conditions" (DSTU 4497: 2005, 2007). The use of a biotechnological technique for the temprary isolation of filled cells with unripe honey to increase the honey yield by an average of 26.6% and preserve the quality of the finished product has been substantiated. At the time of bribe from white acacia, freshly brought nectar contained an average of 23.57% sucrose and 38.95% water. Until the end of the first day of the experiment, under the intense influence of the receiving bees, 13.35% of the water is removed on the product, due to which a rapid increase in the concentration of sucrose occurred.At the final stage of the ninth day of maturation, the bees sealed mature honey with a water content of 16.40%, sucrose - 4.95% and 75.64% monosaccharides. Upon the return of the isolated combs with the immature product to the nest, the bees had access to the product for 3 days, and then on the 4th day they began to seal the cells. Honey in terms of water, monosugar and sucrose content did not differ from the product in the control group of bee colonies. The subject of research – dew honey is highly valued in the food industry, and the authentication of its origin, in particular the differentiation from blossom honey, the assessment of its safety and quality requires the use of adequate parameters. In this context, sensorial indicators are the primary attributes available for use by ordinary consumers. The said indicators, together with melissopalynological analysis, are the indicators of the botanical and geographical origin of honey. Physical and chemical parameters supplement the information on the characteristics of the localization of the samples, as well as assess their safety and quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the differences between the pollen spectrum, sensorial, physical and chemical parameters of Ukrainian dew honey of different regional origin. Methodology. To achieve this goal, the sensorial, physical and chemical characteristics, as well as pollen profile of 8 samples of dew honey were analyzed. The results of the study. For most of the criteria for assessing the physical and chemical parameters obtained during the study, the data can be considered as being within the ranges of parameters values established within the national regulatory framework for safety and quality of honey – DSTU 4497:2005 ‘Natural honey. Specifications’ and the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine of June 19, 2019 № 330. However, all samples did not meet national criteria for the electrical conductivity and more than a half of all samples did not meet national criteria for the mass fraction of glucose, fructose, and sucrose. The spectrum of pollen showed the presence of high content of spores of fungi, yeast, and green algae, the content and ratio of those differed due to the geographical origin of honey samples. The sensorial evaluation was performed for color, taste, aroma, consistency and crystallization, the presence of fermentation signs. The tendency to crystallize was detected in half of the honey samples, all samples were characterized by a brown range of different tinges, the smell and taste of each sample had a unique bouquet determined by the origin of honey. In one sample of honey with the high yeast content, the initial stages of fermentation were observed, which were accompanied by the presence of vinegar odor. The results obtained in this study indicate satisfactory quality, acceptable freshness, as well as the authenticity of each individual sample of honey. The special characteristics of dew honey differ from those of flower honey, therefore, it may be appropriate to revise the national regulatory framework to adjust the requirements for assessing honey safety and quality. Scope of research results is to apply the obtained results for further authentication of dew honeys for further study of their properties and wide application in the field of nutrition.

The article presents the results of the study of the physical and chemical parameters of water for different methods of feeding the commercial young blue fox. The research was carried out at a private brewery in the Khmelnytskyi Ds. on 500 moths of the main herd. Spraying the youngsters of the experimental group was carried out in a traditional way – fom combined drinking water, distribution of water was carried out daily manually. Animals of the experimental group were injected using an automated watering system. Water samples were taken from: a water pipe, from combined drinking water for an hour and 12 hours after hand delivery – in the control group, from self-steering racks for maintenance of fur animals – in the experimental group. An analysis of the dynamics of physical and chemical parameters of water (odor, color, turbidity, rigidity, active acidity, dry residue and chlorides) was carried out for different methods of watering, and compliance with their current norms for drinking water for farm animals was established. In the course of experimental studies, there were significant differences in the organoleptic parameters and water properties in the control group as compared to water samples. Thus, for manual distribution of water for 12 hour there was a deterioration of odor on 1.1 points, increase turbidity almost twice, decrease in acidity – by 1.06 units. The indicated indicators exceeded the maximum permissible norms. The reasons for violations of the quality of drinking water in the traditional way of drinking were: contact with feed mixes in combined drillers, the effect of abiotic and biotic factors, staining residues. In samples of water in the experimental group there were no significant deviations of physical and chemical indices: they were within the limits of permissible norms. Isolation of drinking water from the environment, dosing at the need of the animal proved to be the main advantages of the atomized method of drinking fur-bearing animals, which gives grounds to recommend it for introduction into production. Further scientific research will focus on the study of the microbiological characteristics of water for different ways of drinking fur-bearing animals and, in fact, blue fox. In addition, interesting from a practical point of view can be the study of productive indicators of commodity young animals of fur animals with different methods of watering. It should take into account not only the dynamics of animal growth, the quality of fur, the level of preservation, but also production costs, including changes in the structure of the cost of fur.

Water is the most abundant and non-renewable resource in the earth, which play an important role in all living organisms. A study on physiochemical parameters of Manur, Vallanadu and Sundarapandiapatinam ponds from Tirunelveli, Thootukudi and Ramanathapuram districts of Tamil Nadu, India, has addressed the seasonal changes. During the month of January to April samples from Manur was chemically portable, Vallanadu sample was physically portable, Sundarapandiapatinam samples were physically and chemically not portable. During the month of May to August Vallanadu and Manur samples were portable by its physical and chemical examination, Sundarapandiapatinam samples were non portable by its physiochemical property. September to December the samples from all the three ponds were non portable because of exceeding the permissible limit. All the samples were bacteriologically unsafe in nature because of its microbial contamination. This implies the water bodies are not fit for domestic and drinking purpose, thus proper management has to be done by the society and implement government guidelines to save the natural resources from manmade activities.

Abstract Entrepreneurs usually work for long hours resulting in exhaustion, stress, and burnout. The prevalent symptoms of burnout are reduced levels of physical and mental energy, reduced job efficiency and diminished productivity. Therefore, it is important to improve the health of entrepreneurs. Gamification has a positive relationship with improvements in health and well-being as it influences positive experiences and satisfaction. This trial aims to study how 30-minutes of virtual reality game use via Kinect Azure and Oculus platforms 3-times per week, for 4 weeks, relates to differences in entrepreneur stress, burnout, subjective life quality, and downstream firm performance. We will recruit entrepreneurs over the age of 18 for the gamification analysis. Analysis of previous power using G*Power will determine the sample size. We will divide the participants into 3 groups, wherein Group A will undergo gamification on the Kinect platform, Group B will undergo the Oculus Quest intervention, and Group C will be the control group. We will conduct the study at two sites, one at the HuMen research. The outcome measures include a five-point Likert scale for measuring entrepreneurial stress, burnout-measuring scale (BMS) for burnout, five-point Likert scale for performance and SF-12 for Quality of life. Since current strains pave ways to future accomplishment, entrepreneurs' eudemonic well-being might particularly relate to forward-looking challenge stressors and burnouts. The results will provide an insight into how gamification could help entrepreneurs to deal with work stress and maintain high well-being.

Introduction The incidence of gastric ulcers in patients with abdominal stoma is high and affects the quality of patients’ life. Aim To evaluate the effect of Adib herbal ointment containing chamomile rose, black nightshade origin versus Comfeel and Conveen ointments on the skin of abdominal stoma. Material and methods This is a clinical study in which the volunteers were stoma patients. Study group consisted of 52 qualified subjects, 26 were included in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. A 2-part questionnaire was used for the data collection. The 1st part was demographic information. The 2nd part of the data collection was evaluated according to the pressure ulcer scale for healing (PUSH) tool, which used for examining skin ulcers around the stoma. P ≤ 0.05 was considered as a significant. Results and discussion The results of the Mann–Whitney test showed that between the mean score of the total score of the wound before intervention (P = 0.92) and on the 3rd day (P = 0.476), 6th (P = 0.222), 9th (P = 0.11) and 12th (P = 0.418), there was no significant difference between the control and test groups. Also, the Friedman test (intra-group) also showed that between the mean score of the total score of the wound before the intervention and the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th days in the control group (P = 0.0001) and in the experimental group (P = 0.0001) There was a significant statistical difference. Conclusions Based on the study, Adib herbal ointment could be recommended for the treatment of stoma to the skin as an herbal product as other common treatments.

Sensory quality of peach during ripening to assess the best state for consumption was analysed. Physical and chemical parameters commonly used for establishing the commercial quality of this fruit were also determined: Soluble solids, acidity, sugars, organic acids, chlorophyll, carotenoids, resistance to compression and to penetration and colour. Relationships among these parameters and sensory characteristics were also analysed. A panel of eight trained assessors evaluated intensities of 12 sensory attributes (1 for odour, 2 for colour, 4 for flavour and 5 for texture). The sensory attributes selected allowed the description of perceivable differences between peaches of different degrees of maturity, although the variation in intensity of the attributes followed different trends. Colour intensity increased and acidity, firmness and crispness decreased significantly with ripening. Intensity of flavour, sweetness and fruitiness increased significantly from the under-ripe to semi-ripe states, and then decreased on reaching ripeness. It can be concluded that the most suitable time for harvesting and consumption of this peach variety was the state described herein as semi-ripe, and that a high correlation existed between colour intensity and hardness and the instrumental measurements of colour and texture.

Introduction: The approach known as ‘ embracement ’ adopts relational strategies or soft technologies which promote bonding and may impact therapy adherence Objectives: To assess the influence of the religiosity in the embracement approach on therapy adherence, quality of life, in hypertensive outpatients. This approach may be associated or not with the use of educational technology in a virtual learning environment(VLE) for distance learning (DL). Methods: This was a prospective randomized clinical study conducted with the following 3 groups of hypertensive patients: Group A (n=16, 12 women, mean age of 55.3±13 years, mean BMI of 32.3±6 kg/m 2 , receiving individual orientation required by an embracement strategy characterized by 7 nursing visits at 20-day intervals, for 4 months); Group VLE (n=10, 7 women, mean age of 51.5±7 years, mean BMI of 29.4±6 kg/m 2 ,using a technological education strategy for DL and making 7 nursing visits at 20-day intervals, for 4 months); Control group (n=10, 5 women, mean age of 57.6±9 years, mean BMI of 29.7±6 kg/m 2 , making 1 nursing visit at baseline and 1 after 120 days.) At baseline and after 120 days, the following tools were applied: the Morisky test, WHOQOL, Religion Index (DUREL), and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). The VLE group had remote access to the ‘ Hypertension E-Care ’ site (6 specific educational modules). Results: At baseline, there were no differences in clinical blood pressure, ABPM, and socio-demographic variables among the 3 groups. At the final assessment, the VLE group (44.4±0.4) showed significant improvement (p<0.05) in the social domain of quality of life when compared to group A (40.8±4) and the controls (41.9±3);groups. In therapy adherence (Morisky test), the VLE group showed significant improvement at the end of the study, which was not the case with the other two groups. The significant correlations were observed between index of religiosity and the differences of BP Office for SBP R = - 0.667 , (p = 0.035 - negative correlation) and for DBP R =-0.666 (p = 0.035 - negative correlation) in VLE Group. Conclusion: This study shows that religious belief can improve blood pressure control, specifically when associated with education technology.

Twenty four (24) adult Nigerian local cocks comprising 8 normal, 8 frizzle and 8 naked-neck were subjected to two ejaculations per week for seven weeks in each season (early rain, lale rain, early dry and late dry seasons) using the massage technique. Ejaculates were subjected to both physical and chemical evaluations. Results showed a significant (P<0.01) seasonal effects between phenotypes in reaction time. In all the seasons, naked-neck and frizzle cocks had higher (P<0.01) ejaculate volume, sperm motility and total sperm than normal cocks. A highly significant (P<0.01) phenotype by season interaction was observed with naked-neck producing better quality ejaculates during the dry season when compared to other phenotypes. Significant (P<0.05) differences were noted in the percent abnormal sperm among the seasons. There were no significant season by phenotype interactions (P>0.05) in most of the chemical parameters (Na+1, K+1, Ca2+, Mg2+, and total protein) evaluated. However, a gradual increase in seminal protein was observed among the phenotypes with a peak during late dry season. The cations (particularly sodium, potassium and calcium) and chloride constituents of ejaculates were significantly lower during the late dry season than at most other seasons. From these results it was concluded that the naked-neck and frizzle cocks appear superior to the normal cocks in semen output and quality under the humid tropical environment.

The aim of this work was to be traced during the summer and autumn of 2009 the level and dynamics of changes in the waters of the Port of Szczecin General docks parameters water quality. In the work of the General indicators of water temperature, were numbered: pH, BOD5, COD-Cr, Cl-. All the markings and the calculation was performed according to the methods recommended by Polish Standards, applying analytical procedures described in by Dojlido, Elbanowska, Hermanowicz. Port of Szczecin is located on the Oder river and its right shoulder Regalicy. Is located in the western part of the port of Szczecin, in the northern part of the Valley of the lower Oder river on May. The port consists of water bodies which are branches of the Oder river and the channels: Mieleński, Grabowski, Dunczyca Channel Figh, Wroclaw, Parnica, Channel Channel Debicki and Lake Dabie. Trying is water were collected by PN/C-04632.03 with a depth of about. 2 m below the water surface. The temperature at the place of sampling were numbered, pH. Collected water samples were fixed in accordance with the recommendations in the Polish Standard-PN/C-04632.04. Other indicators for the quality of the waters have been tagged within 24 hours from the moment of download attempts. The quality objectives was evaluated according to the criteria recommended to evaluate inland surface waters referred to in regulation of the Minister of the environment of 11 February 2004 on the classification for the present status of surface water and groundwater, how to conduct monitoring and how to interpret the results and presentation of these waters. Due to the exposure of the docks the port Szczecin on the pollution associated with cross-what are the cereals, ores, oil, cellulose, carbon, iron, general research evaluation of the water quality of these pools, you can assess the status of water in order to keep these waters.
