The aim of this study is to determine student’s language reasoning of Mathematics Education and Accounting Education in Teaching Training and Education Faculty of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara University. The research method used is an experimental method, where Mathematics Education as a control class or without using cooperative models and Accounting Education as a class experiment or use a cooperative learning models. The sample of this study is 65 students consisting of Mathematics Education students as many as 40 students, Accounting Education students as many as 25 students. Research results on Mathematics Education students through tests without using cooperative learning models obtained Mean= 73.50. Research results on Accounting Education through tests after using cooperative learning models obtained Mean= 76.20. Hypothesis tests conducted by statistical test or t test, it is obtained t count = 1.78 and t table = 1.68. Thus, t count is greater than t table, it can be concluded that cooperative models applied to Accounting Education in learning can improve student’s language reasoning.

This study aims to describe the ability of syllogism, both categorical syllogism, syllogism of hypotheses, alternative syllogisms and the entimem of Indonesian Language Education students in the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of North Sumatra Muhammadiyah academic year 2017-2018. The research method used is descriptive exploratory method or Description Exploration Development Research (DEDR). The population of this study amounted to 311 students with details of 160 5th semester students and 151 7th semester students. This research sample consisted of 74 students with details of 40 5th semester students and 34 semester 7 students. The results of the study were through pretest or before applying the cooperative learning model obtained mean = 60 for semester 5 students and mean = 59.53 for semester 7 students. The results of the study through posttest or after the cooperative learning model was applied, mean = 83.70 for semester 5 students and mean = 8 8.70 for 7th semester students. Thus, it can be concluded that the 5th semester of Indonesian Language Education is less capable in syllogism or does not reach the standard of success because the mean is <85, while 7th semester students of Indonesian Language Education are capable in syllogism because it reaches the mean> 85. the two meanings are combined or 74 students become samples, then reach a mean of 83.70 + 88.70 = 86.20> 85 with a success rate of> 85 as many as 48 students of Indonesian Language Education Teacher Training and Education Sciences University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (64.86%) 2017-2018 academic year.

That professor! What he says is great—but that idea just won't work in the classroom!” These statements may be common among some teacher education students. Such comments are now heard much less frequently, however, around the University of Houston. The mathematics education faculty is experimenting with a competency- based program, as part of a collegewide endeavor, that requires prospective teachers to actually use in their classrooms what they hear and read about teaching. Initial experiences with this program suggest several advantages both for teachers in training and for teacher educators. This article describes some features and benefits of one type of approach to competency-based mathematics education.

This research aims to: (1) Describe the ability to write news text students are taught using STAD type cooperative learning model and students are taught using direct learning model; (2) Describe the ability to write high-priority student-language text texts that are taught using STAD-type cooperative models and are taught using direct learning models; (3) Describe the ability to write low-priority student-language text texts that are taught using STAD-type cooperative models and are taught using direct learning models, and (4) Describe the interaction of cooperative learning model type STAD and initial ability to the ability to write news text of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 Jambi. The type of this research is quantitative with 2x2 factorial experimental designs. The population of the research is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 consisting of 6 classes. The sample of this research is class VIIIA for experiment class with 40 students and class VIIIB for control class with 38 students. Sample determination is determined by purposive sampling technique. The data of students' news text writing capability was obtained using performance test and analyzed using two ways Anova test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that STAD type cooperative learning model affects the ability to write student news text. The effect can be explained as follows. First, the ability to write news texts of students taught using STAD type cooperative learning model is better than students taught using direct learning model. Second, the ability to write high-priority students' text news taught using STAD type cooperative models is better than students taught using direct learning models. Third, the ability to write low-priority students' text taught using STAD type cooperative models is better than students being taught using direct learning models. Fourth, there is no interaction between STAD type cooperative learning model and initial ability to write news text skills of students of class VIII SMP Negeri 24 Jambi.Keywords: Writing News Texts, Cooperative Learning, Direct Learning

Abstrak: tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik; (2) untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal tinggi  dengan siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal rendah; (3) untuk mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kecerdasan interpersonal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik. Metode dalam penelitian quasi-eksperimen. Desain penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD; (2) Hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal rendah; dan (3)             Terdapat nteraksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan kecerdasan interpersonal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar PAK.  Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, kooperatif tipe JIGSAW dan STAD, kecerdasan interpersonal, pendidikan agama katolik Abstract: the objectives of this study are (1) to find out the differences in student learning outcomes that are taught using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and the STAD type cooperative learning model in Catholic Religious Education subjects; (2) to find out the difference in learning outcomes of students who have high interpersonal intelligence and students who have low interpersonal intelligence; (3) to determine the interaction between learning models and interpersonal intelligence in influencing the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education. Methods in quasi-experimental research. 2 x 2 factorial research design. The results showed that: (1) The learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education students with a jigsaw type cooperative learning model were better than the STAD type cooperative learning model; (2) The learning outcomes of students who have high interpersonal intelligence are better than the learning outcomes of students who have low interpersonal intelligence; and (3) There is interaction between cooperative learning models and interpersonal intelligence in influencing PAK learning outcomes. Keywords: learning models, JIGSAW and STAD cooperative types, interpersonal intelligence, catholic religious education

Student of mathematics education faculty teacher training and education Universitas Mataram must capable on schools mathematics as professional competence of teachers applicant. Fact show that comprehension  university student on mathematics are very extremely low, so that its important to find data about internal factor criteria that influence comprehension levels of school mathematics  University student of mathematics education teacher training and education faculty Universitas Mataram. So that conduct descriptive  quantitative research with University student of mathematics education on 2015 to 2019 as population and 214 student as sample chosen with cluster random sample. According to analist result of student attitude  toward mathematics have positive category with average 80,7, student interest toward mathematics have very extremely high category with average 64,9, student motivation achievement have very extremely high with average 112,9 and learning habit student have good category with average 58. The correlation among each factors student interest toward mathematicshave strong correlation with learning habit about 0,61, and others factor have medium correlation and attitude and learning habit have weak correlation. According to data about attitude, interest, motivation, and learning habit showen that positif think because research sample are university students of mathematics education teacher training and educations so that there are need to next research to find  any other factor influence low of mathematics student comprehension toward schools mathematics.

The study aims to examine the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), the Cooperative Learning Model Team Assited Individualization (TAI) type and conventional learning models on algebra. The population in thIS study were all eighth grade SMPN 1 Masohi. The type of this study is an experimental research design with quasi experimental research. Instruments in this study using the test results, analyzed using ANOVA test and further tests using Tukey's HSD test. From the analysis of these study obtained data: (1) Based on the normality test results obtained sig. X1 (RME Learning Model) of 0.976, X2 (Cooperative Learning Model TAI Type) of 0.889 and X3 (Conventional Learning Model) of 0.906. (2) Based on the one-way ANOVA calculation with the SPSS 20.0 program, obtained a significance value of 0.003. (3) There are significant differences in algebra learning outcomes between classes using the RME learning model, the cooperative learning model TAI type and conventional learning model, and (4) The algebra learning outcomes of students used the RME learning model are higher than the students that are used cooperative learning models TAI type and the students that used conventional learning model.

Students' scientific writing skills tend to be inadequate. Students find it difficult to express ideas and ideas in a scientific context. Observations made on Indonesian Language Education Students Semester VII of Indraprasta University PGRI showed symptoms of a lack of student scientific writing activity.                Structured Dyadic Methods cooperative learning model basically can be applied by lecturers in scientific writing lectures. Structured Dyadic Methods (SDM) is a paired system, which emphasizes collaboration that enhances students' scientific writing skills. So the Dyadic Essay technique should be suspected to be able to improve students' scientific writing skills.                After going through a series of research processes, the dyadic essay technique as one of the cooperative learning models that only involves two members in one group (in pairs) and using structured techniques is proven to be able to improve scientific writing skills based on facts and data so that it is more easily poured into works scientifically coherent and systematic. There is sufficient influence between the dyadic essay technique on the scientific writing ability of Semester VII students in the Indonesian Language Study Program, with a r coefficient of 0.655. Through dyadic essay techniques, students with high levels of creativity have better writing skills so that there is interaction between and creativity in learning to write science.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Economic Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The population used in this study were students of economic education class 2017, 2018, and 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation to obtain students' entrepreneurial knowledge and using questionnaires to obtain data about interest in entrepreneurship. The samples taken were at least 146 students from 228 students, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using chi square. The results showed the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Economics Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) inflence of student learning activeness on learning achievement. 2) influence of emotional intelligence on learning achievement. 3) the influence of learning activeness & emotional intelligence on learning achievement. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study took place at the University of Banten Jaya, the Teaching and Education Faculty, majoring in Accounting.  The population in this study were all students of the FKIP Accounting Education University of Banten Jaya, the population in this study were 84 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and docimentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test of the significance of multiple linear regression (Test F) and test the significance of multiple linear regression coefficients  (t test), in addition to the calculation of relative donations and effective contributions. The results showed that 1) Learning activity did not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which was indicated by table> thitung (1,667> 0,858). 2) Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which is indicated by table> thitung (1.667> 0.61) 3) Learning activity and intelligence together do not significantly influence the learning achievement of FKIP Accounting education students Banten Jaya University. Based on the F test, it is known that H0 received by Ha is rejected because Fcount> Ftable (0.594> 0.311) and the significance of significance of 0.05. That is 0.555. 4) Student learning activeness variables contribute 6.25% effectively, students emotional intelligence variable contributes 6.1% effectively so the total contribution is 12.35%, while the remaining 87.65% is influenced by other variables not examined.
