Voter participation in elections is one of the benchmarks of the success of political development. The high level of voter participation will indicate the success of the elections and the low voter participation will indicate the failure of the election. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the participation of the voters as the responsibility of the KPU. Therefore, the KPU makes an effort to increase voter participation by conducting election socialization in Langkat Regency. The socialization aims to provide and disseminate information on elections. The effort is certainly to increase voter participation in the election. From this research is done with the aim to know the role of Election Commission Langkat in order to increase voter participation. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Analysis of the whole data is done with summarize data that is selecting data, simplified, and taken the main meaning (essence). Based on measurement of effectiveness of election socialization such as; achievement of objectives, procedures, resources, budgets, facilities, infrastructure and integration or cooperation with other organizations. Generated that socialization of election conducted by Langkat Regency KPU not yet effective where achievement of objective, procedure, budget, infrastructure and integration not effective and utilization of resources and facilities running effectively. So the result of this research is the role of Election Commission Langkat in order to increase the voters have not been maximized. With low voter  participation rate around 60% obtained by data processing KPU Langkat Regency.

This study aims to analyze and determine the role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the Commission (general election commission) Implementation of legislative elections in 2014 in Sidoarjo and analyze the factors that cause a lack of understanding of policy formulation election organizers in the respective organizers of the Role of Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission. This research method is using descriptive qualitative approach. The data needed is a secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, print media (newspapers) and the mass media as well as primary data obtained from informants through. Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of each institution in the administration of elections has not run optimally in accordance with Law Number 15 of 2011 on the Election. In the implementation on the ground found some constraints on each institution in organizing legislative elections in 2014 related to the duties and responsibilities between the Role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission.

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

<p class="BodyAbstract"><span lang="EN-US">One of the manifestations of high-level thinking is creative thinking, characterized by creating something new from ideas, concepts, experiences, and knowledge that is in one's mind. This study aims to describe the creative thinking profile of male and female students in solving open-ended problems. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of the study used was 2 grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Surakarta. This research instrument uses open-ended problem tests with indicators of creative thinking and interviews. In describing the student's creative thinking profile, the researcher will pay attention to 4 stages: preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification stages. The results of this study show that male students can explain problems and solutions orally or in writing. While female students can explain the problem and the solution is both verbally but less able to explain with writing</span></p>

The main objective of educational institutions is the output of their students. Therefore it requires good student management as well as the role of the principal in running and managing it. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe in real terms the implementation of student management and to know the role of the principal in the management of students at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, student staff, teachers, PPDB committee heads, students and alumni of MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of student management at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang was quite good. This is evidenced by implementing the stages of student management properly even though there are some that have not been implemented. 2) the role of the head of the madrasah in the implementation of student management has been carried out properly in accordance with its role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator.

Community empowerment is the effort to create and improve the capacity of the community both individually and groups in solving various problems related to efforts for improve the quality of life, independence and prosperity. Community empowerment can be done through the various ways and one of them through the growth and development. This research was conducted in Wisata Edukasi Imah Noong, Kampung Areng Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The method of this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection method used is field observation, interview and documentation. Primary data source obtained from purposive sampling. Then from the results of this research be obtained a conclusion of action or activities of the community in the implementation of the concept of community empowerment approach through development of tourism, namely strengthening the capacity and role of society, strengthening access and business opportunities, and strengthening of tourism awareness.

Abstrack The practice of Meunawah Sawah is a custom that was born from the role of Islamic values ​​that entered into the cultural foundation of the Acehnese society. This practice occurs because of the limitations of paddy fields which led to the emergence of various forms of cooperative relations in the farming community in Mampree Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of meunawah rice fields in Mampree Village and an overview of its Islamic economics. The research method used is a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The results showed that, in Mampree Village, the owner of the paddy field surrendered the land to the cultivators to be managed, in order to get profit. The agreement was made verbally with the provision that if the seeds were provided by the owner, the results would be divided equally, but if the seeds were from the rice cultivators, then the results would be for one can (12 kg) for the owner and three cans (36 kg) for the cultivators. An overview of Islamic economics on the practice of meunawah rice fields in Mampree Village is in accordance with the practices carried out on the practice of meunawah rice fields. So it can be concluded that the practice of meunawah rice fields in Mampree Village is permitted and valid in accordance with Islamic law, because it has fulfilled the provisions in implementing cooperation in sharia economics, because it has fulfilled the pillars of Ijarah and Muzara'ah. Keywords: Practice, Meunawah, and Islamic Economy   Abstrak Praktik Meunawah Sawah adalah kebiasaan yang lahir dari peranan nilai-nilai Islam yang masuk kedalam sendi budaya masyarakat Aceh. Praktik ini terjadi karena Keterbatasan lahan sawah yang menyebabkan munculnya berbagai bentuk hubungan kerjasama dalam masyarakat petani di Gampong Mampree Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui praktik meunawah sawah di Gampong Mampree dan tinjauan ekonomi Islamnya. Metode penelitian yang gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Di Gampong Mampree pemilik sawah menyerahkan lahan kepada penggarap untuk dikelola, agar mendapatkan keuntungan. Perjanjiandilakukan secara lisan dengan ketentuan bila benih disediakan pemilik maka hasilnya dibagi rata, tetapijika bibit dari penggarap sawah maka bagi hasilnya satu kaleng (12Kg) bagi pemilik dan tiga kaleng (36Kg) bagi penggarap. Tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktik meunawah sawah di Gampong Mampreesudah sesuai dengan praktik yang dilakukan terhadap praktik meunawah sawah. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik meunawah sawah yang ada di Gampong Mampree diperbolehkan dan sah sesuai dengan hukum Islam, karena sudah memenuhi ketentuan dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama dalam ekonomi syariah, karena telah dipenuhinya rukun Ijarah dan Muzara’ah. Kata Kunci: Praktik, Meunawah, dan Ekonomi Islam.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

Leadership style is important in an organization, if a leader can adapt his leadership style to the existing situations and conditions, it can affect the performance of his subordinates. In Tanggamus Regency currently led by a woman leader, namely Dewi Handajani, different from previous periods in this period the first time Tanggamus Regency was led by a woman. Therefore, this study aims to determine the leadership style of Tanggamus Regency regional leaders and whether this leadership style affects the performance of employees in Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership style used by the local leaders of Tanggamus Regency, namely the feminine leadership style tends to be transformational and the style applied is able to influence the improvement of employee performance in Tanggamus Regency.

This research article describes the role of Brahui literary circles, which have played a vital role for the preservation and promotion of Brahui Language, Literature and build a literary tendency. This paper also shows how the internal disagreement between learned established new literary circles. Few prominent personalities like  Noor Muhammad Parwana, Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Raisani, Babo Abudl Rehman Kurd, Abdul Rehman Brahui, Syed Kamal al-Qadri and others have initiated this work in Brahui literary history. Now more the two dozen registered and non-registered Brahui literary originations working for betterment of Brahui literature. Every origination has set their separate Moto and vision, few of them promote Brahui Modern poetry few have introduced new literary tendencies, few have urged that criticism is better for new thoughts and new trend in Brahui literature. This research paper helps to understand the different periods in Brahui literature in context of Brahui originations. A descriptive research method will have been adopted to conclude this paper.
