This study aims to describe the Socio-Economic Study of Coconut Farmers in Mangaran Village, Kabupdate Subdistrict, Talaud Islands Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed, namely: 1) the socio-economic existence of coconut farmers in the village of Mangaran has many benefits and uses for meeting their daily needs as well as main income besides cloves and nutmeg; 2) the existence of land accessibility is still inadequate so that coconut farming communities experience difficulties, especially in transporting coconut processing products to be marketed; 3) accessibility by sea still does not support, especially the existence of ships for the outbound transportation of the Talaud Islands district; 4) the selling price of coconut (copra) has decreased in 2018, below the standard of five hundred per kilo, so that the farming community is in trouble and is even embarrassed because they have to fail the panel; and 5) the role of the local government of the Talaud Islands district is still not empowering and striving for accessibility, both land and sea, and is not even able to minimize the existence of the selling price of coconut which has decreased below the standard of five hundred per kilogram. Therefore it is suggested that there should be efforts, especially by the local government of the Talaud Islands district, so that the existence of accessibility can support both land and sea, and even be able to maximize the selling price of coconut as the main income of coconut farming communities.

Dermolo as one of the villages in Kembang, Jepara, was ever hit by a conflict under a religious background. This friction involved Islamic and Christian groups. The dispute between the two groups increasingly culminated and seemed to have no end without the presence of the Nation. When the Regional Government of Jepara encountered a deadlock in breaking down this social conflict, the presence of a civil society organization was absolutely necessary. Lakpesdam NU Jepara since 2014 up to now has been trying to extinguish the fire of conflict in Dermolo which was initially triggered by disputes over the use of a worship place. Through a qualitative descriptive approach by utilizing the theory of conflict resolution and multicultural education, this paper finally succeeds in mapping the four multicultural education patterns used by Lakpesdam NU. Those are economic empowerment, religious approaches, empowering women, and empowering village cadres. The result of this academic discourse at the same time provides an alternative methodological offer that can be replicated by the stakeholders of the policy makers, for example the Regional Government and the relevant Regional Apparatus Organization. It can be used as a prototype for civil society organizations and peace activists in settling disputes wrapped in religious sentiment. This kind of inclusive pattern is considered quite successful as a conflict resolution strategy. Lakpesdam NU Jepara is the only institution that has the sympathy of the residents and the Dermolo Government, because it has contributed positively in restoring social harmony between Christian and Islam groups

The implementation of agrarian reform to date has not been maximized due to the existence of sectoral egos and lack of coordination between related sectors / ministries. The institutional formation of the GTRA is expected to be able to unite across sectors of the relevant ministries / institutions. In Central Lampung Regency there are many land issues on HGU land and transmigration land which will later become the priority location of the Agrarian Reform Land (TORA). The Central Lampung BPN target in 2020 as many as 3,000 plots of land will be distributed to the public. It is hoped that the existence of GTRA can support the achievement of these targets. This study aims to determine the role of GTRA, obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in implementing agrarian reform in Central Lampung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that budget limitations and the existence of an institutional sectoral ego led to impeded implementation of asset management and access structuring. A strong commitment from all GTRA implementers is needed in carrying out all agrarian reform programs. If not, the GTRA will be the same as the previous institution which only changed its name. Keywords: Agrarian Reform, GTRA, TORA Intisari: Pelaksanaan reforma agraria sampai saat ini belum maksimal dikarenakan adanya ego sektoral dan kurangnya koordinasi antara lintas sektor kementerian/lembaga terkait. Pembentukan kelembagaan Gugus Tugas Reforma Agraria (GTRA) diharapkan mampu menyatukan lintas sektor kementerian/lembaga terkait.
