Seagrass is a plant that covers coastal areas/shallow seas that can produce methane gas (CH4) during the decomposition process. The occurrence of decay caused by microbes in seagrass plants that have died in the process produces methane gas (CH4) as the cause of the greenhouse effect. Methane gas monitoring system (CH4) is proposed using MQ-4 sensor, temperature and humidity sensor (DHT11) using NodeMCU ESP8266 module, SD Card module as backup data storage and processed with local database and through mysql database the data will be displayed on the website page for information. . From the tests carried out, the response time for DHT11 is 5.6 seconds and MQ-4 is 1.5 seconds. It has a reading sensitivity rate of 99.92% for DHT11, 99.997% for MQ-4. The accuracy rate for DHT11 is a multiple of 1. For the MQ-4 sensor it has an accuracy level of 2 digits behind the comma. The tool has a data transfer rate of up to that which appears on the front-end 0.2736. With this tool, checking measurement results can be done quickly and can be done from anywhere.

Opening and closing an infant incubator during calibration can cause temperature leaks such as a decrease in the incubator temperature. The purpose of this study is to make the tool "Development Incubator Analyzer appear PC and Non-PC with Temperature and Humidity parameters" with Bluetooth HC05 delivery for Personal Computer display in the form of numbers and temperature graphs. Whereas for non-PCs displayed on a 20x4 LCD with SD Card storage. The contribution of this research is to be able to calibrate baby incubators without a decrease in temperature and monitoring data collection at a maximum distance of 10 meters. To avoid a decrease in temperature, the module is displayed on the Personal Computer and storage on the SD Card. Incubator Analyzer is designed to simplify and facilitate calibration with temperature parameters at 5 points using a DS18B20 sensor, mat temperature using a K type thermocouple and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. In the temperature setting of 34 C and 36 C, the average error result is -4.87% for DS18B20, -7.39% error for mattress temperature, and -24.80% for humidity sensor. Data generated from comparisons using the INCU II test conclude that the measurement results between modules and standard devices have large differences in values. The results of this study can be implemented on baby incubators to increase the appropriateness of the device.

A good and feasible centrifuge is needed in the world of health, therefore a digital tachometer is needed to calibrate a centrifuge. Digital tachometer is a measuring instrument used to measure the rotation speed of a motor. This tachometer will be tested to function by being compared to using Digital Laser Photo Tachometer. This tachometer will display the number of rotations per minute of a motor according to the speed setting on the centrifuge using the output of this E18-D80NK sensor which will later be processed by the Arduino Nano. As for this feature charger and data storage mode, so that user can save the data of measurement results on SD Card, and beside that user can also be a way of charging when after usage or before usage. At testing the tool used point settings 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, and 12000 RPM. Based on the measurement results of centrifuge using tachometer module and comparison tachometer have average percentage of error varying at each setting point. The smallest error 0.8% at the setting Point 3000 RPM, while the largest error 4.9% at the setting point 1000 RPM. The Tacometer error value on this Centrifuge measurement is still within the tolerance limit of ± 10%

Computers nowadays have different components for data storage and data processing, making data transfer between these units a bottleneck for computing speed. Therefore, so-called cognitive (or neuromorphic) computing approaches try combining both these tasks, as is done in the human brain, to make computing faster and less energy-consuming. One possible method to prepare new hardware solutions for neuromorphic computing is given by nanofiber networks as they can be prepared by diverse methods, from lithography to electrospinning. Here, we show results of micromagnetic simulations of three coupled semicircle fibers in which domain walls are excited by rotating magnetic fields (inputs), leading to different output signals that can be used for stochastic data processing, mimicking biological synaptic activity and thus being suitable as artificial synapses in artificial neural networks.

An artificial intelligence algorithm to detect mycosis fungoides (MF), psoriasis (PSO), and atopic dermatitis (AD) is demonstrated. Results showed that 10 s was consumed by the single shot multibox detector (SSD) model to analyze 292 test images, among which 273 images were correctly detected. Verification of ground truth samples of this research come from pathological tissue slices and OCT analysis. The SSD diagnosis accuracy rate was 93%. The sensitivity values of the SSD model in diagnosing the skin lesions according to the symptoms of PSO, AD, MF, and normal were 96%, 80%, 94%, and 95%, and the corresponding precision were 96%, 86%, 98%, and 90%. The highest sensitivity rate was found in MF probably because of the spread of cancer cells in the skin and relatively large lesions of MF. Many differences were found in the accuracy between AD and the other diseases. The collected AD images were all in the elbow or arm and other joints, the area with AD was small, and the features were not obvious. Hence, the proposed SSD could be used to identify the four diseases by using skin image detection, but the diagnosis of AD was relatively poor.

Increasing requirements for data transfer and storage is one of the crucial questions now. There are several ways of high-speed data transmission, but they meet limited requirements applied to their narrowly focused specific target. The data compression approach gives the solution to the problems of high-speed transfer and low-volume data storage. This paper is devoted to the compression of GIF images, using a modified LZW algorithm with a tree-based dictionary. It has led to a decrease in lookup time and an increase in the speed of data compression, and in turn, allows developing the method of constructing a hardware compression accelerator during the future research.

A feature of the agro-industrial sphere is the high probability of distribution (remoteness) of production or research sites in areas far from each other for a considerable distance. Moreover, the center for collecting information and processing it, as a rule, is concentrated in one compact place. For research institutions, this feature often acquires a state of rather urgent problem, which requires the search for new innovative approaches. The paper proposes elements of the concept of construction and technological solutions for methods of operational data transfer of field research from agricultural areas to a remote database for data storage with the possibility of feedback. As an example, the procedure of qualification examination of plant varieties with the definition of the criteria of "difference, homogeneity and stability" and "suitability for propagation of the variety in Ukraine" was chosen.

Holographic memory is currently attracting attention as a data storage system capable of achieving a data transfer rate of about 105~106105~106 times that of an optical disc such as Blu-ray disc. In conventional holographic memory, data is generally recorded by optical writing using volume holograms. However, a volume hologram has the problem not only that it is required to have high mechanical accuracy of a system and low coefficient of thermal expansion of a recording medium, because reconstruction tolerance is extremely low, but also that duplicating time efficiency is poor because whole data cannot be recorded at once. In this paper we proposed surface holographic memory that achieved a high data transfer rate, stable readout performance, and collective duplication by expressing holograms with fine surface asperity. Furthermore, the theoretical formulas of recording and reconstruction processes in the proposed system were derived and the reconstruction characteristics of the hologram were evaluated by numerical simulation. As a result, the proposed method generated reconstructed image readout with sufficient signal for a single page recording. However, the reconstructed image had noise, which was particular to a surface holographic memory.

Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDIs) are frequently used to exchange 2D & 3D data, in areas such as city planning, disaster management, urban navigation and many more. City Geography Mark-up Language (CityGML), an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standard has been developed for the storage and exchange of 3D city models. Due to its encoding in XML based format, the data transfer efficiency is reduced which leads to data storage issues. The use of CityGML for analysis purposes is limited due to its inefficiency in terms of file size and bandwidth consumption. This paper introduces XML based compression technique and elaborates how data efficiency can be achieved with the use of schema-aware encoder. We particularly present CityGML Schema Aware Compressor (CitySAC), which is a compression approach for CityGML data transaction within SDI framework. Our test results show that the encoding system produces smaller file size in comparison with existing state-of-the-art compression methods. The encoding process significantly reduces the file size up to 7–10% of the original data.
