The purpose of this study is to understand the role and function of the Election Winning Institution as PKB party public relations and to analyze the communication strategies applied in the 2019 election. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, where data is collected through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role and function of the Election Winning Institution as Public Relations in PKB are to provide information, convince the public, and generate public interest. Meanwhile, the communication strategy carried out in winning the 2019 Legislative Election are to strengthen friendships with Nahdliyyin scholars and carry out door-to-door communication.

Preserving local culture by reflecting it in every organization's activities becomes a challenge for Public Relations in the digital era 4.0. This is due to a shift in local culture which was replaced by foreign cultures that entered Indonesia. Various kinds of communication strategies are carried out, one of them is by the Public Relations of Aston Imperium Purwokerto hotel which maintains the local cultural specialties at the hotel. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations in maintaining local diversity in the 4.0 era. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and related literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Aston Imperium Hotel Public Relations communication strategy is implemented internally and externally. Internally, local culture is included in the forms of food and beverage, Banyumas regional specialties, hotel interiors and rooms by displaying puppet decorations and Banyumas batik motifs, employees inserting Banyumas local language in greeting guests, providing clothing counters and batik decorations in the hotel. Externally, Aston hotel PR cooperates with the local government and tourism office to support maintaining local wisdom.��

This study aims to determine how the role and function of Public Relations in LKBN ANTARA Bureau Lampung in maintaining a positive image in the eyes of the public. In order to examine this research, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection in the form of interviews, documentation and literature. The subject of this research is Public Relations practitioners in LKBN Anatara Lampung bureau. This study looks at the impact of technological advances that have disrupted conventional mass media, so that news channels are now converged into online channels. However, due to the convenience offered by online media, the information submitted cannot be filtered properly. The amount of information that is anonymous has resulted in the largest number of hoax news in online media. This reduces the credibility of an online news portal in the eyes of the public. Even some people doubt the accuracy of the news available on online channels. Public Relations at LKBN ANTARA Bureau Lampung acts as a Communication Technician, Communication Facilitator and Problem Solving Facilitator. And Public Relations here also acts as a management function and communication function.

Banyaknya penggunaan nama pada divisi atau departemen public relations memberikan kesan bahwa tugas dan fungsi divisi atau departemen public relation di sebuah perusahaan kemudian berbeda dengan perusahaan lain. Perbedaan pada fungsi, tugas, peran, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh divisi atau departemen public relations itu dapat menentukan karakteristik public relations pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tujuan, fungsi, peran, juga aktivitas departemen marketing public relations di CNN Indonesia TV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perbedaan tujuan, fungsi, dan peran tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan masing- masing. CNN Indonesia TV melakukan efisiensi pada tujuan dan fungsi perusahaan, sedangkan peran departemen marketing public relations-nya sejalan dengan misi PR perusahaan yaitu ikut berkontribusi langsung dalam revenue perusahaan. Sedangkan aktivitas yang diinisiasi oleh CNN Indonesia ada 3, yaitu Dialog, Monolog, dan Meet Up. Dari 3 poin pada pembahasaan tersebut akhirnya dapat diketahui seperti apa karakteristik public relations pada departemen marketing public relations CNN Indonesia TV.�Kata Kunci: Media Massa; Karakteristik; Public Relations; Marketing Public Relations; Fungsi��ABSTRACTThe many uses of names in the division or department of public relations that give the impression that the tasks and functions of the division or department are not the same as at first. Differences in functions, tasks, roles, and activities carried out by the division or public relations department can determine public relations in company. This� the background of the writer will describe characteristics of public relations in the public relations marketing departement CNN Indonesia TV. The purpose of this study was to determine the objectives, functions, roles, and also the marketing business relations department at CNN Indonesia TV. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the number of goals, functions, and roles depends on each company. CNN Indonesia TV transfers the functions and functions of the company, while the marketing office relations of public relations are within the mission of the company's public relations incorporated in the company's revenue. While the activities initiated by CNN Indonesia are 3, namely Dialogue, Monologue, and Meet Up. Of the 3 points in the discussion, it can finally be seen as what public relations in the CNN Indonesia TV marketing public relations department.

This study describes the connection between communication strategies of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and private companies in Indonesia with its local culture. Contructivism was applied to explore qualitative data, involving the practitioners from BUMN and private companies. The research finds two propositions, i.e. the more local wisdoms are understood, the easier to create communication strategy of public relations that builds good relations with the public; communication strategy based on local wisdoms is used by both BUMN and private companies. The research contributes to enrich public relations study within Indonesian local perspectives.

Public Relations has an important role and function in managing business activities. One of which is relied on to develop agro tourism products that can create a branding reinforcement of a product to the public. Performing a public relations strategy is done so that perception value can be well received by the public. This study aims to study the branding strategy of public relation of window Jendela Alam in developing agrotourism products that focus on building trust with stakeholders, conducting external activities and choosing the communication media. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that building trust with various stakeholders is needed in strengthening the branding. This can be done with integrity, credibility and capability. External communication is carried out as a means for companies to establish and develop relationships with stakeholders, as well as the use of communication media to publish all forms of the Jendela Alam activities in developing agro-tourism products so that the public knows various information about agrotourism products while strengthening the Jendela Alam agrotourims products.

ABSTRACTImage is an important component for universities because it can increase public confidence. Efforts to improve this image can be done with a communication strategy by the public relations institution of higher education. This study seeks to find out the communication strategies of two Islamic tertiary institutions, namely State Institute for Islamic Studies of Surakarta (IAIN Surakarta) and State Institute for Islamic Studies of Salatiga (IAIN Salatiga). Both universities were chosen because they have great development opportunities because they are still in the form of institutes. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The research results that IAIN Surakarta seeks to carry out communication strategies to improve the image in the accreditation section of study programs, journals, and transformation into universities. Meanwhile, IAIN Salatiga conducted a communication strategy to improve its image in the green campus and international journals.

To hold a Covid-19 event, of course, it requires first socialization to the community. So that people can believe that it has been confirmed to be safe and has gone through the III clinical trial by PT. Bio Farma (Persero). This study aims to determine the public communication strategy for the socialization of the COVID-19 vaccine carried out by the government which is studied in the perspective of the Sociology of Mass Communication. This study uses a library research method that refers to resources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. The results of this study conclude that handling and overcoming COVID-19 is still a top priority in Indonesia and still requires serious attention. Especially in the process of socializing the COVID-19 vaccine and the process of educating the public still needs to be done, considering that there are still groups of people who refuse vaccination for unscientific reasons.

These days the solving of dispute by jurisdiction gets the critics from the practitioner and the jurist. The role and function of jurisdiction were assumed overloaded, wasting time, expressive, less responsive to the public interest, and also too formal and technical. There were various concepts that already offered to make the jurisdiction more simple, quick and light expenses.  One of the concept which have been offered and now applying is the mediation institute in the civil the court system through PERMA No. 2 year 2003. The background of this regulation is because of the application of article 130 HIR is not effective. It changes the voluntary to the compulsory system by using the mediation institute. Now the party must used the mediation before entering the litigation. Kata kunci: Jurisdiction, dispute and mediation.

O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de discutir o conceito de personas junto às demais abordagens sobre públicos de interesse no contexto da comunicação estratégica organizacional. Do ponto de vista de seu objetivo, o artigo constitui uma pesquisa exploratória de abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa documental são os procedimentos técnicos utilizados para resgatar as classificações de públicos de interesse mais tradicionais, apresentar o conceito de personas e discutir as noções de Inbound Marketing e Inbound PR. A intenção é contribuir para estabelecer um debate, baseado na noção de personas, sobre formatos, modelos ou caminhos mais específicos para identificar as características dos públicos com os quais uma organização se relaciona, atrelando tais características à estratégia de comunicação. Como resultados, cita-se que é possível identificar, através da metodologia Inbound PR, o potencial de influência das relações públicas na construção de uma comunicação de resultados que seja voltada para o indivíduo, para as personas.Palavras-Chave: Relações públicas. Bibliographical research and documentary research are the technical procedures used to retrieve the most traditional classifications of interest, present the concept of personas and discuss the notions of Inbound Marketing and Inbound PR. The intention is to contribute to establish a debate, based on the notion of personas, about more specific formats, models or paths to identify the characteristics of the public with which an organization relates, linking such characteristics to the communication strategy. As results, it is possible to identify, through the Inbound PR methodology, the potential influence of the public relations in the construction of a communication of results that is directed towards the individual, for the people.Keywords: Public relations. ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dari mulai tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengawasan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui karakteristik  dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah program dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dimulai pada tahapan pertama yaitu perencanaan pembuatan proposal, inovasi program, pengemasan iklan dan penyampaian iklan. Tahapan kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan komunikasi, membentuk team, pertimbangan tugas, dan persetujuan dari pimpinan. Tahapan ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai tugas, presentasi, pelaksanaan tugas sesuai susunan, pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tahap keempat yaitu pengawasan koordinasi, kinerja team yang bertugas, program yang berlangsung, dan pengawasan proses sebagai bahan evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Humas; Meningkatkan; Pemasang Iklan. ABSTRACT This writing aims to determine radio public relations management Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers from the stages of planning, organizing, implementation to supervision, this research method uses a case study method to determine the characteristics by interacting directly and deeply about a case and summary illustrated in the above context underlying to explore and describe the activities carried out by radio Rama FM Bandung in improving advertisers. The analysis of this study uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the radio public relations management activities of Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers began in the first stage, namely the planning of making proposals, program innovation, packaging of advertisements and delivery of advertisements. The second stage is organizing with communication, forming teams, considering assignments, and approval from the leadership. The third stage is the implementation of tasks, presentations, implementation of tasks according to the arrangement, implementation of activities. The fourth stage is monitoring coordination, the performance of the team in charge, the ongoing program, and monitoring the process as an evaluation material.
