Apart from Coronavirus Disease 2019, Indonesia is now also affected by the mutation of the corona virus B.1.1.7. This means that Indonesia will still struggle to overcome this condition so that it can be stable in all fields. Education, one of which is at the tertiary level, must continue to run stably. To strengthen learning is carried out remotely by utilizing platforms, one of which is using Google Classroom and Google Meet in learning Islamic Cultural History (SPI) to prevent transmission of the Covid 19 virus. This study uses a qualitative method. Through a survey via Google Form which is distributed to students majoring in Physics who are active in the 2020/2021 teaching. The result is that 90.1% of students are motivated to attend lectures because they do not require a lot of quotas, and the features used on the platform are very easy to operate and very attractive.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of pandemics in all regions of Indonesia. the method used is the Newthon Rapshon interpolation method, to determine the percentage of the development of the corona virus spread in Indonesia and the method using a qualitative method by analyzing and describing data that has been simulated. The results obtained are predictions of covid-19 cases that occur in May, June, July until August, ie in those months there will be an increase in all cases that occur about this pandemic namely positive patients, recovered and died will continue to increase with a positive final conclusion> cured = died and obtained pn (x) = 2 for patients cured, pn(x) = 0 for cured and dead patients, in this study found pn(x) = 0 because the vaccine for this pandemic has not been found so the possibility of recovery and death has not been obtained its MAPE value, but an increase in cases of recovery is predicted to continue to occur as well as cases of death.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

The study examines the role of mentoring to surpass the problems of tertiary level students. It includes both mentors’ and mentees’ views on mentoring. It explores how mentoring helps the mentor find out students’ problems and to provide them with emotional and instrumental support. Adapting the qualitative method, this research includes case studies of three different students of a private university of Bangladesh who had been facing various problems and shows how they overcame their obstacles. It exposes the difficulties and challenges of one fresher, one female and one minority student. The study applies both formal and informal aspects of mentoring. It also includes an interview of their mentors. Findings indicate that through this process, mentors may find students’ problems and help them go over and inspire them with a vision of the future. The study finds that mentoring contributes to students’ academic achievement and social integration. It also states that through mentoring students’ frustration can be transformed into motivation.

This speech act study takes Jokowi’s policy on Covid-19 as object of study. This study’s objective is to find out specch act that exists in the policy and how its role in creating an effective communication. The qualitative method is used by recording, listening and reading every utterances or sentences produced by Jokowi. This study found illocutions; assertives, directives, commisives and expressives. Those specch acts consist of direct literal specch act and non literal speech acts. In this research is also found in utturances on the policy intrumental function. Those  are delivering information to people, changing people’s attitude and belief, changing people’s behaviour, stimulating and motivating the people to do an act.Kajian tindak tutur ini menjadikan kebijakan Jokowi terhadap pandemi Covid-19 sebagai objek kajian. Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengetahui tindak tutur yang terdapat dalam kebijakan tersebut dan bagaimana perannya dalam membetuk suatu komunikasi yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan mencatat, menyimak dan menelaah setiap ujaran atau kalimat yang diproduksi oleh penutur (Jokowi). Kajian ini menemukan tindak tutur ilokusi asertif, direktif, komisif, dan ekspresif. Tindak tutur tersebut terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu tindak tutur langsung literal dan tindak tutur tidak langsung literal. Pada kajian ini juga ditemukan dalam ujaran-ujaran pada kebijakan tersebut fungsi komunikasi instrumental. Yaitu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat, mengubah sikap dan keyakinan masyarakat, mengubah prilaku masyarakat, mendorong dan menggerakkan masyarakat untuk melakukan suatu tindakan.

This Study aims to provide an overview of the trategies implemented by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi in the learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques in this study were trough interviewes, documentation and observation. During the covid 19 pandemic, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi implemented an online learning policy, in accordane with the instructions issued by the minister of education and culture Nadiem Makarim through Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning Implementation of Educational Policies in the emergency period of the spread of the Corona virus. Online learning is carried out in order to reduce the spread of covid-19. During the implementation of online learning, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi experienced several obstacles at the beginning of its implementation, namely the lack of parental education in using learning tools such as zoom meetings. From these obstacles, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Provided solutions in the from of home visits and direct classes. Home visits are intended to provide more understanding to students. Direct class is a solution for students who do not have cellphones. However, during the application of online learning students are very enthusiastic in their teaching and learing activities.

Islamic Cultural History Lessons have been studied at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in Indonesia. Using a qualitative method, which was sourced from 15 MI and MTs institutions taken randomly in 4 sub-districts in Pasuruan Regency. The results of this study indicate that many Islamic Cultural History Lessons Teachers still use lecture and discussion methods. Media often used are books and student worksheets. Teachers' problems in teaching media and learning facilities are limited, especially the availability of LCDs and access to Islamic History videos that are relevant to the subject matter. The learning process that relies heavily on the lecture method has implications for students who are bored and have difficulty understanding Islamic Cultural History subject matter. The solutions used include reviewing it repeatedly, providing motivation and innovating learning about Islamic Cultural History

COVID-19 outbreak has affected people's activities in Indonesia. At least people in 34 provinces should stay at home to reduce this pandemic spread. This world pandemic has a massive impact on national and international travel, gatherings, and tourism activities. This research is discussing about Si Budur application that has a new concept to bring back the cultural tourism for digital natives’ generations. Especially, in this pandemic condition, the digital natives’ generations need the appropriate media to learn about their own culture. Many cultural tourism is contain important cultural value for the digital natives’ generation. This paper is talking about the use of SI BUDUR application in order to give Indonesian cultural tourism holding a chance to use a new platform in their activities, especially to counteract the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to discuss the assumption, supporting theory, and previous research. Collecting the data from previous literature and research that talking about using the digital media to bring back the cultural tourism. Researchers analyze the data by compiling the result of some previous literatures and research then comparing with the Si Budur concept. The result is interesting which shows there are many factors that will affect the implementation of Si Budur. It is an appropriate media for the digital natives’ generation to learn and get the knowledge about cultural history around them during this Covid-19 pandemic. This concept is first and fresh concept that has goals to bring back the cultural value to the digital natives’ generations. The other literatures and previous research did not have same and specific concept like Si Budur. It is offer the combination of latest technology with the amazing cultural value. Indonesia has a lot of cultural value that should be keep in touch with the digital natives’ generations. Austronesian diaspora shows that around 60% of Austronesian-speaking people live in Indonesia. Among the locations with traces of Austronesian cultural remains is the  information about the diaspora of Research reveals that the continuing megalithic tradition. The problem is: if megalithic culture was brought by migrants in which Austronesian period did the menhirs should be placed, the proto-historic or recent Austronesian; how is the dispersal pattern of the menhirs; and who were the bearers of the culture. Therefore we have to reveal the form and dispersal of the megalithic culture and Austronesian migration in Lima Puluh Koto Area. The aim of this research is revealing cultural history through the migrant's adaptation within the perspective of Austronesian diaspora. Thus information about the diaspora of the Austronesians and the ethnogenesis of Indoneisan nation can be recognized. Research reveals that the continuing megalithic tradition which is used the  qualitative method and   assumed base on archaeological remains at Lima Puluh Koto area is a distribution of menhirs,  that forms clusters in accordance with nagari (state) at certain area, and they are dispersed up to the hilly area. Some of these menhirs have sacred function but there are also those with profane functions like marks of village, house yard, or street boundaries, as well as the marker of village or hamlet roads.Diaspora Austronesia menunjukkan kurang lebih 60% penutur tinggal di Indonesia. Salah satu lokasi jejak Austronesia adalah di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Koto, Sumatera Barat, yaitu sebaran menhir yang mencapai ratusan jumlahnya. Bentuk budaya Austronesia dikenal sebagai budaya yang meneruskan tradisi-tradisi masa prasejarah dan berlanjut pada masa sejarah, seperti tradisi megalitik. Permasalahannya adalah, apabila budaya megalitik dibawa oleh para migran, pada periode Austronesia protosejarah ataukah Austronesia masa kini menhir-menhir tersebut berada?, bagaimana pola sebaran menhir-menhir tersebut? dan siapa pendukungnya?. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan bentuk dan persebaran budaya megalitik dan migrasi Austronesia di Kawasan Lima Puluh Koto. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan sejarah kebudayaan dan adaptasi kaum migran dalam perpekstif diaspora Austronesia, sehingga memperkaya informasi tentang diaspora Austronesia dan asal-usul etnogenesis bangsa Indoensia. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa tradisi megalitik di kawasan Lima Puluh Koto adalah sebaran menhir yang membentuk kelompok-kelompok berdasarkan nagari pada area tertentu. Sebaran menhir ini selain mempunyai fungsi sakral juga mempunyai fungsi profan antara lain sebagai batas kampung, batas halaman, maupun batas jalan raya desa, atau jalan-jalan di kampung.

Efforts to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 in prisons are to provide social integration rights to prisoners and children according to applicable regulations. This was realized by the passing of a ministerial regulation related to Covid-19. This policy taken by the government caused anxiety in the community. This is because many prisoners who have been released have committed crimes again. CNN Indonesia reported that there were one hundred and thirty-five prisoners who were free to commit crimes again. Data for December 2020 shows that there are 29 clients of Correctional Hall of Bandung who are free due to the corona virus from repeating criminal acts. Prisoners who have been released have become clients of Correctional Hall. Community guidance will provide guidance and supervision of their clients. The high number of clients who repeat criminal acts means that the community guidance task is not running optimally. The focus of the research is on the consequences of the regulation in the Correctional Hall of Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research question is what is the impact of the enactment of the ministerial regulation in the Correctional Hall of Bandung, and what are the factors that cause community guidance to be not optimal in their duties? This research is to find out and analyze the impact that arises from the implementation of the ministerial regulation and the factors that cause the community guidance to be unable to carry out their duties optimally. The findings show that the absence of social report results in the task of the Community Counselor being not optimal. As a result, 635 of the 2,265 clients who could not be contacted were released because of the ministerial regulation.Keywords : Correctional Hall, Covid-19, Social Integration AbstrakUpaya antisipasi meluasnya covid-19 di lapas adalah memberikan hak integrasi sosial kepada narapidana dan anak sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Ini diwujudkan dengan disahkannya peraturan menteri terkait Covid-19. Kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah ini menimbulkan kecemasan di masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan banyak napi yang sudah bebas kembali melakukan tindak pidana. CNN Indonesia memberitakan bahwa ada  seratus tiga puluh lima narapidana yang bebas, kembali melakukan tindak kriminal. Data bulan Desember 2020 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi 29 klien bapas Bandung yang bebas karena corona virus melakukan pengulangan tindak pidana. Narapidana yang sudah bebas menjadi klien bapas. Pembimbing kemasyarakatan (PK) akan melakukan bimbingan dan pengawasan terhadap kliennya. Tingginya angka klien yang melakukan pengulangan tindak pidana artinya tugas PK tidak berjalan maksimal. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada dampak pelaksanaan permenkumham tersebut di Bapas Klas I Bandung. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pertanyaan penelitiannya bagaimana dampak pelaksanaan Permenkumham No. 10 Tahun 2020 di Bapas Bandung, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan PK tidak maksimal dalam menjalankan tugasnya?  Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak yang timbul dari  pengejawantahan permenkumham tersebut dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan PK tidak dapat melaksanakan tugas secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya litmas mengakibatkan PK tidak dapat melaksanakan tugas secara maksimal. Akibatnya klien yang tidak dapat dihubungi/tidak diketahui keberadaannya sebanyak 635 orang dari 2.265 klien yang bebas karena permenkumham tersebut.Kata kunci : Bapas, Covid-19, Integrasi Sosial

<p>Since early of 2020 the world has been hit by a virus called the corona virus which was originated from the city of Wuhan, China. Corona virus is a microorganism that causes respiratory problems starting from mild to severe symptoms, the incubation or quarantine period is between 6 to 14 days. All activities are stopped, one of which is the Educational Institution. Schools cannot be implemented face-to-face, but schools must continue to run. Therefore, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia through Permendikbud No. 4 of 2020 provides a policy on a series of learning in an emergency situation of the spread of Covid-19, namely distance learning (PJJ) or online learning. Online learning using WhatsApp or the Learning Management System (LMS) media are almost used by teachers and students. This study uses a qualitative method to determine which platforms / media are easily accessible for online learning. The result shows that WhatsApp media is very easy to use in online learning during the pandemic-19. There is 75 % of the respondents use WhatsApp as learning media and only 25 % use LMS. In otherwise, some teachers also stated that online learning felt less effective because of internet signals and data.</p>
