This study aims to obtain a description of the condition of adversity quotient among college students of Bimbingan Konseling Islam (BKI). This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The sample in this study amounted to 93 college students of BKI IAIN Tulungagung. The sample taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used for this study using Adversity Quotient inventory and data analysis is done by using standard deviation and mean. The results showed that the adversity quotient levels among collage students of BKI is in high category 35.48%, medium category 53.76%, anda low category 10.75%.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate marketing strategies towards achievement in bakery business in Phetchaburi and Prachuap kirikhan Provinces and 2) to study additional suggestions The research samples were 140- bakery business in Phetchaburi and Prachuap kirikhan Provinces derived through Simple Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for collecting the data were the rating-scale and open-ended questionnaire. Frequency, Mean scores, Standard Deviation and content analysis were used for data analysis. The findings were 1) marketing strategies were used at the highest level and additional suggestions 2) Product, Price, quality and staff and cleanliness were highly concern in order to increase in customers loyalty.

This research is motivated by the low attitude of the students participating in the PMW (Student Entrepreneurial Program) in running a business, this is presumably because it has something to do with the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training held by UPKK UNP properly. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training; 2) describe the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business; and 3) see the relationship between the Smart Entrepreneur Model Training and the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all participants of the Smart Entrepreneur Model training, totaling 85 students. While the research population was 43 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale with data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product-moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training had not been carried out properly, (2) The attitude of the PMW participant students in running a business was relatively low, (3) There was a significant relationship between the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training and the attitude of PMW participants in running a business. It is recommended to UPKK UNP as the organizer of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) Training to improve and further improve the implementation of the training to improve students' abilities in entrepreneurship and to PMW participating students to be more active in participating in training so that knowledge and knowledge in entrepreneurship will increase.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation and perceptions about vocational competency lessons on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. The population consists of 119 students of class XI SMKN 1 Pamekasan academic year 2013-2014. 92 students as sample are taken by simple random sampling. Technique of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. This research used the quantitative approach and data were be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the partially and simultaneously motivation and perceptions have a significant effect on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. greatest Influence is perceptions on student learning by 37%

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency in the Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This can be caused by many factors including the low parental social control. This study aims to see a picture of parental social control, a picture of juvenile delinquency and the relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This type of research is descriptive correlational where parental social control is a variable (X) and juvenile delinquency as a variable (Y). The population in this study were 55 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental social control to adolescents was still categorized as low, the description of juvenile delinquency was categorized as high and there was a significant relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang.Keywords: Parental social control, juvenile delinquency

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is evidenced by their behavior in everyday life and can distinguish good or bad deeds. This is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of parental attention to children. This study aims to see a picture of parental attention, to see a picture of early childhood moral development and the relationship between parental attention and moral development of children aged 5-6 years in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population in this study parents who have early childhood are 43 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire or questionnaire, while the data analysis used the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental attention to children was in the low category, the description of early childhood moral development was in the low category and there was a significant relationship between parental attention and moral development of early childhood in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai.Keywords: parental attention, early childhood moral development

This study aims to analyze the psychomotor skills of Pharmacy students in using a microscope. This research is an observational study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all active students of Pharmacy of Imelda Medan University. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive analysis, namely to get an overview of the distribution of research results for each variable categorically with descriptive percentages. The results showed that on average, UIM Pharmacy students were skilled in using a microscope. The highest percentage of the assessed aspects is in the aspect of turning on and off the microscope with a skilled presentation of 64.10%. While the lowest presentation is in the aspect of holding glass objects, with the percentage of unskilled at 25, 64% and less skilled at 28,21%.

This research is motivated by the many children of oil palm farmers who continue the efforts of their parents to cultivate oil palm, this is allegedly because of the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers. This study aims to describe children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers which consists of three types of ways to educate children: (a) exemplary, (b) habituation, (c) advice, (d) attention, and (e) punishment. This research includes quantative descriptive research. The population in this study were children of oil palm farmers totaling 120 people with a sample of 60 people using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers in Nagari Lunang Selatan, Lunang Subdistrict, South Coastal District which included (a) exemplary aspects were categorized very well, (b) habituation aspects were categorized very well, (c) advice aspects categorized very well, (d) aspects of attention are categorized very well, and (e) aspects of punishment are categorized very well. This study was carried out to determine the influence of library satisfaction on the provision of user services in the Colleges of Education libraries in Benue State. The study was guided by one objective, one research question and one hypothesis. A survey research design was adapted for the study. The population of the study comprises of all the final year students from the two Colleges of Education libraries in Benue State. The simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample 337 respondents from the two colleges of education libraries in the area. A self-constructed questionnaire titled “Influence of Library Satisfaction on the Provision of User Services (ILSPUSQ)” was used as an instrument for data collection. Data collected for the study was analysed using mean and standard deviation to answer research question while the chi-square was used to test hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed that library satisfaction has low influence on the provision of user services in Colleges of Education libraries in Benue State. The study conducted that there was a significant influence of library satisfaction on the provision of user services in Colleges of Education libraries in Benue State. Finally, it was recommended that, in order to make the users to have satisfaction from the services proffered to them, the college libraries in Benue State should provide adequate user services.
