This research is aims to find out the empirical evidence dealing with learning conduct of college students of PGSD study program University of Pasifik Morotai in following the lecture. This is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling techinique of this research is probablity sampling by simple rendom sampling with the result that be gained amount 30 college students . Data analysis technique uses one sample t-test college students of PGSD Unipas Morotai in following the lecture still poor, the highest number is 65% of being expected to be accepted. Key word: Learning conduct. The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Regression multiple linier model in this research is Y = 0,142 + 0,586XK + 0,199XI + 0,227XD + e. Keywords: Employees Performance, Competence, Incentive, Dicipline

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using E-learning as a learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic in the January-June 2021 semester of the Technology and Vocational Education study program, Padang State University. This research is descriptive research with quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire given via google form, where the data analysis technique is to see the achievement of the existing indicators. The subjects of this study were postgraduate students of technology and vocational education in the 2020 entry year of the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. Based on data analysis, it was found that quantitative data, indicators of learning objectives were seen that the respondent's achievement level (TCR) reached 77.20% with sufficient category. The indicator of learning infrastructure shows that the TCR reaches 82.07% with a good category. The indicator of the ability to use technology is seen that the TCR reaches 81.18% in the good category. The time efficiency indicator shows that the TCR reaches 81.93% with a good category. Indicators of learning outcomes seen that the TCR reached 86.70%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of E-learning as a learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic is categorized as effective, it can be seen from the results of research on 5 indicators, there are 4 indicators which are in good category and 1 is in sufficient category.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran lintas minat kimia sebagai implementasi kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan kuesioner/angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran lintas minat kimia terlaksana “baik” menurut persepsi guru dengan rata-rata 3,88 dan kinerja guru dalam mengajar pada pembelajaran lintas minat kimia terlaksana “baik” menurut persepsi peserta didik dengan rata-rata 78,77. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru kimia di SMAN 2 Singingi berjalan dengan “baik. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of teachers in learning cross-chemical interests as the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis using Likert scale analysis. The results showed that the teacher's performance in learning cross-chemical interests in SMAN 2 Singingi was carried out "good" according to the teacher's perception with an average of 3.88 and the teacher's performance in teaching on chemical cross-interest learning carried out "good" according to students' perceptions with grades an average of 78.77. Based on these results it can be concluded that the performance of chemistry teachers at SMAN 2 Singingi went "good"

This study aims to find the effect of variations in the capillary tube winding on the suction line on achieving optimal temperature and room cooling rate. This study uses three variations: the capillary tube without being wrapped around the suction line, the capillary tube wrapped in half on the suction line, and the capillary tube fully wound on the suction line. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the capillary tube wrapped around the suction line, which led to efforts to maintain the performance of the refrigerator trainer prototype. The method used in this study uses an experimental method where the data collection process is carried out through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative descriptive research techniques where the research data will be tabulated and displayed in the form of tables and graphs, and data analysis is carried out to find out how much influence the achievement of the optimal room temperature and the cooling rate of the prototype trainer refrigerator room itself. From the research that has been carried out, it is obtained that the highest optimal room temperature achievement occurs in the variation of the capillary tube fully wound on the suction line, where there is an increase in the optimal room temperature achievement of 16.17% when compared to the room cooling rate using standard variations or without being wrapped. And the result in the form of the highest room cooling rate is the variation of the capillary pipe fully wound on the suction line.

Students' thinking abilities can be identified through the questions they ask during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the types of students’ questions with the Problem Based Learning model integrated with ‘Questions-Students-Have’ (QSH) strategy. This study was conducted at SMAN Tangerang Year XI MIA 3. The research method used was descriptive research. Sampling was in the form of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Instruments were in the form of teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and student worksheets. The data analysis technique was done by quantitative descriptive. The result of this study is the Problem Based Learning model integrated with the ‘Questions-Students-Have’ strategy can stimulate students to ask questions and be able to improve students' ability to ask questions.

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial store atmosphere, product assortment and trust towards consumer purchase interest in Donatello Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Donatello Surakarta is 2574 people. The number of samples was determined with the formula Slovin and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the store atmosphere, product assortment and trust simultaneously and significance effect on consumer purchase interest in Donatello Surakarta. Abstract: This study aims to find out to find out the measurement of community satisfaction with public services in the Cempaka Subdistrict, Banjarbaru City based on the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) and provide input for public services in the Cempaka Sub-District of Banjarbaru City that should be done. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive research by taking samples of 93 respondents and using questionnaires as the main data collection tool according to KEPMENPAN Number 14 of 2017. The results of the study can be concluded based on the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index referring to the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017, showing the performance of service units predicated "Good" with 82.00 IKM values covering 9 indicators based on Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. Keywords: community satisfaction, public services, Cempaka Subdistrict Banjarbaru City Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan ingin mengetahui mengetahui pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dan memberikan masukan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru yang seharusnya dilakukan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel 93 responden dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok sesuai KEPMENPAN Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan perhitungan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 14 Tahun 2017, maka menunjukan kinerja unit pelayanan berpredikat “Baik” dengan nilai IKM 82,00 meliputi 9 indikator berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Kata kunci : kepuasan masyarakat, pelayanan publik, Kecamatan Cempaka Kota Banjarbaru
