The purpose of this study was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in online, offline and combined distance learning in the Assisted Primary Schools of Segugus 05 Kopang, Central Lombok Regency. This research method used classroom action research. The data collection technique uses classroom observation techniques using the observation sheet instrument of teacher competency assessment in implementing distance learning programs (PJJ). The data analysis technique in this study used a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that PJJ with BDR (Learning From Home) with the Online, Offline or Combination system was able to improve teacher competence in learning. In Cycle-1, there was an increase in teacher competence in PJJ by 3.9%. However, this increase was successful when compared with the research success criteria with an increase of 5%. In Cycle-2, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 4.2%. In Cycle-3, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 14.1%. This study was successful because there was an increase in the research success criteria of 5%.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the flipped classroom learning model in distance learning to increase participation in science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Gangga. This research method used descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were class IX.2 as many as 28 people. This research data collection technique used observation sheets, documentation, and tests. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in student participation in taking part in distance learning using the Flipped Classroom model, namely 10 people in week 1, 15 weeks 2, 22 weeks 3 and 24 people in week 4, while 4 other people join the study. outside the network. Furthermore, with regard to student responses, it shows that before the implementation of distance learning using the Flipped Classroom learning model as many as 50% of students are not happy, as many as 31% of students are not happy, and 17% of students are quite happy with distance learning. However, after using the Flipped Classroom learning model, 25% of students were unhappy, 25% of students were less than happy, 35% of students were happy, and 14% were very happy with distance learning.

Mathematics in primary schools still rely on textbooks and workbooks students were also issued by the government. In general, it seems simpler both from the teachers and students, because students only carry one book that contains a variety of subjects. Weak concept is very pronounced in mathematics. In integrated math into the thematic lessons, however, mathematics remains one of the subjects tested on a final school examinations. Teachers are preparing for the final exam had to work hard to repeat concepts ranging from grade 1 to grade 5. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers of proven strategies so that the material presented can be accepted students well. This research purposed to describe the application of contextual learning using math workbook. This study uses qualitative research with 30 research subjects third grade elementary school students in SDN Gandang I Malang. Data collection technique used documentation techniques and tests. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. After implementing the learning using the workbook, the average repeat is 86.96, the lowest score and the highest score each are 70 and 100. Based on the results obtained, contextual workbook that directly relate to the theme 7 that the energy source can be applied to the study of mathematics the third class at SDN Gadang I Malang.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in English aspects of reading skill ability through the word by word pronunciation learning method. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare with a total of 10 people. The data collection technique of this research used observation, tests, and field notes. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the increase in learning for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare through pronunciation word by word is in the first cycle in the low category with an average score of 53.00, while in the second cycle there is an increase in the high category with an average value. average 85.00. In connection with these results, it can be concluded that the learning method of pronounciation word by word can improve learning outcomes of English aspects of reading skill ability for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare.

This study aims to apply clinical supervision to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in conducting class assessments. The method used utilizes three cycles of action research involving 23 teachers from 10 primary schools under the guidance of North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The data has been collected through the observation of the class assessment ability in each action process. The data analysis technique of this study used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained that the first cycle is below the expected completeness percentage (≤85%) which is 67.17%, while in the second cycle it also does not meet the completeness percentage which is 77.17%, and in the third cycle it is 85.86 % (Completed). The study concluded that the implementation of clinical supervision to improve the class assessment ability of elementary school teachers had a significant impact. In the future, these results can be a reference for supervisors in conducting school supervision to improve the competence of other teachers.

Arabic learning must be dynamic following the challenges of the times. The incompatibility between planning and implementing Arabic learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made Arabic learning nonoptimal. This research is oriented to describe E-learning implementation for Arabic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by exploring reference books and journals. The analysis technique uses an interactive data analysis model, which is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data explanation, and conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of e-learning in learning Arabic during the pandemic can be carried out following the learning implementation plan that has been prepared. This is because e-learning has features that teachers need in four Arabic language skills, namely: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills.

This study aims to improve children's creativity in learning dance through learning strategies while playing in Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten in Jambi City. This study is a classroom action research. The design of this study refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, covering planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children in group B, Islamic Kindergarten Sa'adatul Khidmah Kota Jambi, which amounted to 16 children, consisting of 8 boys and 8 girls. The collaborator of this research is the Sa'adatul Khidmah Islamic Kindergarten Dance Teacher in Jambi City. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instruments are observation sheets and diaries. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the study show that children's creativity can be improved after being given action through play-learning strategies that are applied to dance learning. The results of the observation before the action showed that the average score of creativity obtained by the child was 57.9. There are two aspects of undeveloped creativity, namely originality and elaboration. In the first cycle the average score of creativity increased to 85.83 and all aspects of creativity have developed but there are two aspects whose development has not been optimal, namely flexibility and elaboration. In the second cycle the score of creativity increased to 96.66 on average and all aspects of creativity had grown optimally. The implication of this study is that the teacher will implement a learning strategy while playing to improve children's creativity in dance learning.

Abstract.  This research is pra-experimental design that aims to determine effectiveness of student‟s learning interest and outcomes toward learning strategies based humor on genetic subject of student grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Independent Variabe in this research is the application of learning strategies based humor on genetic subject, while the dependent variable is the student‟s learning interest and outcomes of genetic subject. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar with totally seven classes, while the sample is student‟s grade XII with totally 66 students. Pretest-posstest was used as data collection technique, by used a questionnaire of student learning interest and genetic  achivement test. Data analysis technique that used is a descriptive analysis using the n-gain and inferential analysis using paired sample t-test. Based on the descriptive analysis showed that n-gain value of student‟s interest and learning outcomes of genetics achieve an increase of >75% in the category of medium-high, which are respectively 77% and 92%, whereas the inferential analysis using SPSS showed a significance value 0.000 > α = 0.05 which indicates H0 isrejected and H1 is accepted, that the known application learning strategies based humor on genetic subject  has a significant influence (real) towards the student‟s learning interests  and outcomes. Therefore, based on these two data analysis concluded that the learning strategies based humor on genetic subject effectively to student‟s learning interest and outcomes of student of grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The coronavirus disease (covid-19) pandemic demands all aspects including the world of education to carry out lockdowns or self-quarantine in an effort to minimize the spread of covid-19. This forces policy makers in schools to be able to adapt to various alternative activities that are adapted to existing developments. This article aims to describe the leadership of primary schools during the Covid-19 period which was carried out at SD Lazuardi Tursina Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were the director, principal and teachers at SD Lazuardi Tursina Banyuwangi. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the leadership carried out in the management of SD Lazuardi Tursina during the covid-19 period included: 1) simplifying the curriculum; 2) coordination and intense discussion between directors, principals and teachers regarding the adjustment of learning techniques, strategies, models and methods; 3) more flexible budget management; 4) continuous evaluation of policies that have been implemented; 5) good communication between schools and parents; and 6) good cooperation with various aspects.

This research is motivated by teachers who are still not ready to face distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. To overcome this problem researchers take corrective actions through school action research which aims to improve the ability of teachers and researchers to provide personal assistance using the Google Classroom application program for learning. distance and improve school performance in order to be able to compete in the field of graduation. The research design uses a qualitative design, while the data collection technique uses the method of documentation and observation. The data analysis technique was carried out through a qualitative descriptive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be seen from the increase in the results of the ability of the participants in personal assistance and the implementation of activities by resource persons from before the action in cycles I and II. In the pre-cycle of participants who got an average score of 3.52, the percentage was 88.04% with the "Very Good" category, there was 1 person while the average score was 3.12, the percentage was 78.12%, the conversion value reached 3, the next 6 participants got a score of 2, the category "Quite Good". Based on the teacher's ability in the first cycle it reached 74.65% if converted the value obtained 3, with the "Good" category while in the second cycle it reached 87.49%, if the conversion value obtained a value of 4, with the "Very Good" category. Based on the implementation of mentoring by the resource persons in the first cycle, it reached 87.46%, if converted the value obtained 4, with the "Very Satisfactory" category while in the second cycle it reached 91.22% if converted the value obtained 4, with the "Very Satisfactory" category
