The aims of this community service is to provide assistance and training to the PKK for the manufacture of liquid soap products based on waste oil jelantah to improve the understanding and skill of the PKK through the manufacture of liquid soap preparation forms to take a role in breaking the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak and provide motivation for the development of the creative economy. This method of implementation uses training conducted for one month in December 2020 by starting to provide materials, make preparations and evaluation of preparations to result in good liquid soap. Then for the evaluation of participants by holding pretests and posttests to see the increase in participants' knowledge. The results of this activity obtained an increase in science and understanding of the manufacture of liquid soap by 21% regarding the understanding and knowledge that has been given.

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.

ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. The scope of breast milk (ASI) must always be increased with various effort according to the conditions of the community. Availability of nutritions and limited of funds are the factors that make to increase in the Caturharjo region that exclusive breast milk. One of effort is to teach PKK mothers to be able to reinventing waste benefits. Community service activities with Caturharjo village cadres can reach a wider area and PKK who are always in direct contact with posyandu activities in each hamlet. Activities carried out in the form of conseling and training with direct demonstrations. The results of activities attended by 91 health cadres have given results that there is an increase in the understanding of health cadres mothers about the use waste from average of 7.2 to 8.25 on a scale of 0-10 points. Health cadres are able to carry out breastfeeding correctly and safely. In general, educators in Indonesia better known as teachers, are educational staff who participate in organizing education with special assignments as a teaching profession. Educators have other names in accordance with their specificities, namely teachers, lecturers, advisors, tutors, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators. The Grajagan village had a library located at the village office. So far, the library has not been managed and utilized optimally. The problems that occur in this library include the lack of book collections, the absence of chairs and tables for readers, the condition of the library is not well organized, and the library staff were not trained in managing the library. These problems have resulted in the low interest of the people of Grajagan village to visit the village library. To solve the problems, it was necessary to provide assistance in library development. Library development is carried out through the addition of book collections, providing chairs and tables for readers, arranging library space, and training for library staff. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it can be stated that the library's book collection has increased by 88 books, the library space becomes more comfortable with the increase in furniture, and the library staff has increased their knowledge in terms of library management. To further increase the role and function of the library, promotion or introduction to the library's book collections and facilities to local villagers is required.

Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.

This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation and process of earthquake disaster mitigation at Universitas Andalas. This research was motivated by the high risk of earthquake disasters at Universitas Andalas and the still low education and understanding of students and academic aspirations of disaster mitigation. So it is necessary to optimize mitigation activities in the Universitas Andalas campus area. This is in accordance with Law Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management and the Tridarma of Higher Education which has a strategic role in disaster management, especially in relation to learning, research and community service. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. To test the authenticity of the data obtained in the field, researchers used source triangulation techniques. The selection of informants was done by purposive sampling. As for the results of this study, in general, disaster mitigation activities in increasing awareness of the threat of an earthquake in Universitas Andalas have not run optimally. This is evidenced by the implementation of several activities that failed to achieve the target in the form of increased disaster alertness and increased understanding of students and academics on disaster mitigation, the absence of regulations containing the implementation of disaster mitigation activities at Universitas Andalas. Lack of involvement of external organizations in implementing disaster mitigation activities, as well as limited human resources and budget in implementing disaster mitigation activities. The results showed that the alternative policy was chosen based on the criteria for selecting the alternative policy: 1) Technical feasibility, it was found that the purpose of establishing KEK was as a forum for ecraf’s actors. 2) Economic and financial, KEK doesn’t receive any special funds and no goals have been achieved. 3) Political viability, this policy doesn’t contradicting with the applicable regulations. 4) Administrative Operability policy is realistic, but the support from the nine offices has not been maximal. 5) The criteria chosen are based on the success of the other regions and then it is adopted. It is the main criteria in the process of selecting and determining KEK as an alternative policy for the development of creative economy potentian in Banyumas Regency

With advances in digital technology, MSMEs have great opportunities to take part in it. Various SMEs in Serang Regency are still experiencing problems in promoting their merchandise. This community service program (PKM) aims to transfer knowledge about the use of social media to develop market access for MSMEs in Serang Regency. Indonesia is still facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the socialization and training methods are carried out through online webinars with interactive discussion. This discussion is useful for finding solutions to problems faced by MSME business actors in operating social media to increase income. The result of this PKM is that the participants understand the webinar material well. As many as 72.7% of participants have and will create virtual shops to promote their products and 63.6% of participants strongly agree that the ability to use social media is a must have to increase market access for MSME products.
